Il Piacere 2022

I get ROSE at first whiff, and it's a beauty. Il Piacere is definitely a floral perfume, rose jasmine and lily of the valley, pansy and peony take center stage. It stays on my skin for hours! Worth the splurge, imo.

Oh, I had a sample, really liked it..Bought the full Bottle, it made me really sick, Huge migraine for hours, It also burned my nostrils, maybe it singed my nose hairs.. I was nose blind for days..so, what to do with this?? If anyone wants to buy it , I'm in.. lol, I hope many people love it. Anne L

If you’re not sure about this one, just get it. Another complex floral creation by Paolo Terenzi that smells unique, romantic but still has some depth to it. I cannot compare it to another fragrance as I don’t own anything similar in my collection. But if you’re looking for a floral-rose centric fragrance that has much more going on than just a rose, then you might find it here. The fragrance opens with a tiny „water-ish” and floral quality (I guess it’s the fresh nuances from water ginger lily and Bulgarian rose) but immediately after 3-5 seconds you start smelling whiffs of some texture and powderiness (I guess saffron?) Later on the fragrance gets even more complex as I smell other notes that actually lean towards a powdery dry floral fragrance than the initial blast of almost watery rose. It actually makes sense as in the mid stage you have violet, orange blossom and later on ambergris, vanilla, sandalwood etc which all of these posses the dry-wispy-powdery quality. From the opening till the dry down there is present a slight marshmallow-y or a light sugary sweetness that makes this fragrance airy, but DEFINITELY NOT light. The performance is amazing, I wore it a couple of times and I get around 7+ hours with a nice projection out of it. A truly an amazing fragrance 🤌🏻

This is so beautiful 🤩 I am so glad I blind bought it, my bottle is from Jomashop (online store in the US).If you are on the fence just order !! Such a pretty well blended floral without being old or grandma smelling, this is elegant fresh and sophisticated. It came in a box with anniversary stamped on it and it was huge, when I opened it there was a light 💡 shining on the bottle ! I didn’t expect such beautiful packaging. I own many others from this house and they all came in regular boxes. This one was a special for their anniversary but my bottle says 2023.
