Leo

This is right in my alley. You exercise, you shower, you spray this one, and you effortlessly smell creamy, clean, and divine. I believe that only high-quality ingredients can achieve a scent that smells like a day in an expensive spa (not like the spa itself, the space), that scent that lingers all day after treating yourself like a queen with the most nourishing body products. It probably smells more "expensive" than Musk Therapy (which is my ultimate clean musk). This one is creamier, thicker (resinous), and it doesn't feel as airy as Musk Therapy (sadly). I understand the comparison with Dove Soap, but please keep in mind that the quality difference is huge, this is complex. It is a clean scent, nothing bold. I agree: "impressive projection and longevity". I've been testing it for two weeks, and I have already put it on my wishlist. Totally worth it for clean scent seekers who enjoy the scent of white or ivory, and/or all the colors associated with neatness

Leo opens up with beautiful and elegant citrusy notes that become deep and sensual thanks to the Indian Sambac Jasmine and the Bulgarian Rose and thanks to the freshness of the Violet Leaves and the elegance of the Italian Magnolia these become even softer. The base reflects the character of a Leo, strong and powerful woods of Italian oak, Lebanese Cedar and Australian Sandalwood contrasted by the aphrodisiac allure of Musk, which are sharpened by the aromatic appeal of Siamese Benzoin and embraced by the gourmand sweetness of the Tonka Bean. This fragrance has eternal elegance and is free of the constraints of fashion; that same magical and disrespectful desire, that is able to conquer hearts and souls with its natural and subtle sense of persuasiveness.

First impression: loved the way this smelled although I didn't spend much time with it. Fresh and soapy. Need to test drive this further. Edit: tested further. I like it it does remind me of a soapier VIW. Sometimes I get little vanilla give it creaminess and the cedar smells good. It's smooth warm and a bit tropical. Not a heavy scent or gourmand. Normally I won't wear anything with vanilla in the heat. I occasionally get something like orange blossom as well. Performance is slightly above average. Scent 7.7/10 Performance 6/10

I am a Leo and felt challenged to try this perfume! I don’t get it why it is not more popular, to me it is the coziest vanilla - musc - orange with impressive silage and lasting power! It is magical and well blended... it’s no surprise for Tiziana Terenzi though. It’s not easy to put it into any season category, but I feel it very cozy and maybe late autumn sunny afternoon is what it reminisces of the most. Lovely fragrance and superb quality!!!

A harmonious lion is elegant, its very presence draws attention. Not in a forceful or vulgar way, but through the natural dignity that radiates from it. This perfume is the same. It does not blend into the crowd, it is neither heavy nor glaringly intrusive, yet it immediately captures attention with its delicate effortless elegance. But be careful — what it radiates back depends on the chemistry of the skin, not a blind buy parfum!

I would agree that if you’re looking for something that embodies a Leo, this ain’t it. What it is though is a beautiful mild citrus floral freshie. It smells like luxurious soap and clean skin. If you’re into that scent profile like me, it’s intoxicating! It projects well and is long lasting. I absolutely love it! It’s very feminine and classy. I plan on wearing it year round.

The combination of the notes is amazing, so soft, elegant and mysterious. The citrusy opening is delicious and leads to a beautiful and elegant floral heart, the rose and violet are working amazing together. Eventually the woody dry down together with the musk and tonka bean is just perfection, I have no other words to describe this beauty.

Think of a nice perfume. A clean, freshly taken shower smell. It reminds me exactly of that Dove soap with almonds. It has the same smell, but it lasts and stays fresh on your skin all day long.

This is mesmerizing. Such a yummy opening with great notes and a beautiful dry down. Smells really soft and elegant. Both for men and women.

I have blind bought Leo recently, for a steal of a price, and I am not very sure about it as of now! First of all, I don’t get any citrus in Leo, it’s very musky, ambery, powdery, warm, resinous with a pronounced bittersweet, green and vegetal violet and kumquat! The flowers listed in the heart notes: magnolia, jasmine and roses are somewhat distinguishable, but as floral accent, not individually! I don’t love the scent, but I don’t hate it either! It is simply intriguing... I own several Tiziana Terenzi fragrances and from what I have, Leo is the most unique, different than the norm and unusual. It’s also unlike anything else I have in my collection, from any other perfume house. I am wearing for the third time today and I still can’t get my head around it. It’s really different but performs well! So that’s in line with the rest of perfumes from this brand! To sum it up, I would say Leo is very musky, powdery, fruity but in an exotic way, vaguely floral and very resinous, woody, warm and vanillic. Side note: don’t blind buy Leo like I did, even if you are familiar with Tiziana Terenzi DNA, Leo is atypical for this brand!! It doesn’t smell bad or challenging necessarily but it’s not a mass appealing fragrance! Buy Leo if you want something else, different in your collection...

I was looking to buy this fragrance for my birthday as I am a Leo in the Greek zodiac but I couldn’t find it in stores to try out so I decided to order a sample online. When I say this fragrance smells exactly like the Nivea Vanilla and Almond oil lotion I am not exaggerating. This smells EXACTLY like that lotion. It has a lotion-y powdery musk scent with a bit of vanilla and something approaching almond. I don’t plan on buying this 300 dollar fragrance for it to smell like my lotion but if that’s what you guys are interested in, I would honestly support. It’s a pleasant scent, don’t get me wrong, it’s why I own the lotion itself. But I don’t want that in a fragrance. It has absolutely no association to the stereotypes of the Leo zodiac, nor an association with the months of the Leo zodiac (July and August). I would honestly recommend this for cooler weather but I could also see this on a warm season night. This and the lotion would probably be amazing to layer and you would almost definitely get compliments due to its pleasantness. It has below average projection but lasts an eternity, even on me who runs a little warmer which makes fragrances go a little faster.

I like it a lot, but I'm disappointed, that Leo is very close to my skin. No sillage, no longelivity. I can smell it around me only about an hour. After that - only, when I smell my skin, I feel there light and pleasant shadow from parfume. Beautiful and soft, and elegant, but only a shadow... I wish it have larger sillage. I wore it today to office, I left my cabinet after being there for two hours and then, after short time come back and there was no smell at all. Even not a hunch that I have wear perfume today. :( Try before purchase. Perfume is good. Very good. But with no sillage for me.

Leo opens very citrusy. Initially this is reminiscent of Creed Silver Mountain Water but it quickly dries down to a slightly powdery & musky skin scent like most TT fragrances.

It smells just like the Delta SkyClub scent. Not bad but just reminds me of long layovers.

Loud, muddled and not well put together... Leo by TT is everything a Leo isn’t. When I first sprayed this to wear, I was offended honestly. This fragrance was extremely cliche and was not thought out properly. When I think of a Leo, I would be remiss if I didn’t acknowledge their obvious, yet understated regality; their fun-loving and outgoing nature AND let us not forget their fierce passion!!! Unfortunately, this fragrance from the house reflects none of those attributes.

The citrus feel in this perfume isn’t fresh or juicy or tart or tea-like like Hermes Jardins Monsieur Li’s woodsy kumquat. If you wonder how this smells - to my nose it’s like a less powdery, but more ambery and unisex candied kumquat than Dama Bianca by Xerjoff. This is a simplistic, but very delicious autumn ambery citrus, slighly gourmand. The bitter candied citrus reminds me of the one you can smell in ELDO Remarkable People - there’s a chance if you like ELDO RP for the summer, to enjoy TT Leo in the autumn. It also seems to have a pinch of faint “solar” sweetness a la Sun di Gioia underneath. Layering Dama Bianca or Mr Li’s Gardens or even Eau des Marveilles with Remarkable People makes Leo redundant for me personally, simply because I already own them. Leo a pleasant perfume nevertheless and worth trying for those who are on the hunt of an easy-going Citrus-Amber for the season. Oh and it has nothing to do with Kirke (if anyone is wondering). Edit: if I have to add scents which are close enough it in the same vain: Panorama The Woods Collection, it also reminds me of Bvlgari Tygar, Montale Tobacco Oud is a bit farther from Leo - its density and depth make it more of a winter variety ... these are all worth exploring if you care about the ambery citrus Leo has to offer - if more come to mind, I’ll add them .

I got a little sample of it, but I am trying it during different time of the year. When I tried it for the first time I thought to myself it's beautiful and smooth. It has got some potential to become more than a sample. But... The more I wear it the more I think this isn't me at all. I think it's well blended and really great composition. Please do not think it's a bad one. It's a musky one, and I read that it has got white oud. I got it because I am trying to explore the note in different brands and compositions. I have got Magnificent Gold by YSL and it has this note. They are both creamy and smooth. Both are unisex. I guess Leo at the base does not do it for me. I will get back to it again and continue my review in winter, it is an early autumn now, it might be the wrong weather for it.

My absolute favorite TT fragrance. I’ve tried several and this one takes the cake. I had to get it because since the day I smelled it I couldn’t stop thinking about it. It’s perfection. It still has that musk that most of TT fragrances have but this one is so much more smooth and wearable than others that I’ve tried. If you love citrus, just get it!
