Libra

I like the style of this house in general but haven't found many of their perfumes that worked for me. I could say that about Guerlain as well, so don't let such a thing stop you from testing. I love TELEA, and Atlantide as well as V Canto's Stramonio (very nice version of BR540 dna) for example. Libra reminds me vaguely of Arabian Oud's Madawi (one of my all-time top 10 which is saying something!), but less candied and softer. They both have a tiny bit of that Erba Pura DNA, and I happen to like Erba Pura, but it was always a bit "too much" for me. Libra also has a bit of some new'ish sandalwood** (?) accord that I'm starting to smell around: Tiziana's Poggia has tons of it, Parfums de Marly's new Valaya has it paired with lily-of-the-valley, etc. In Libra this accord is finally used in a way that I only smell it from very close up, but in the sillage it isn't particularly detectable, which is quite a feat since it's usually quite dominant. I've been trying to make peace with it, and finally I can! For me this makes the name of the perfume apt: balanced! **It's not coconutty sandalwood, but more of an "animalic" (castoreum/ambergris/who-knows-what-this-stuff-is) type maybe? I've become very good at picking it out, though - it's extremely specific and strong in profile, and apparently quite nice when used the right way I've discovered, having written it off at first.

This is GOOD! It has so many of my favorite notes how could I not love it? Ambergris, Jasmine, Orris root, musk, oakmoss and vanilla all blended into one fragrance. I had to have it. I love that the tuberose doesn’t smell bubblegum like, the citrus notes are a bit sharp and tangy in combination with rose, and the patchouli doesn’t smell too dirty. This is blended to perfection. This smells nothing like any of the fragrances in the reminds me of section. Also none of the fragrances in the reminds me of section smell anything alike. What this does have in common with most of the fragrances in the remind me of section is that airy quality. The combo of musk, ambergris and oak moss makes this fragrance slightly animalic. It smells luxurious. This is a slightly citrus, white floral fragrance with an amber base. I’m glad I bought a full bottle. Plus I’m a libra so I had to have it for that reason as well. The fact that I love it is a bonus!

This is so good! I usually hate prominent grapefruit notes in a fragrance, yet I love it here. It's such a luscious and sweet, non-sharp grapefruit; more like the sweet smoothness of a pomelo than a grapefruit. It works so well with the other notes in creating a juicy, lightly sweet citrusy floral that wears beautifully all day long. This performs so well in fact, that I doubt I need anything more than this 10ml. travel sprayer, though I might consider a fb should this run out. Now, I am really curious about other scents from this brand. I hope some of them are as nice as this.

Libra is a super unique fragrance with an opening that is filled with joy and solar followed by the citrusy fruits which are very well balanced with the Bulgarian rose and tuberose. The heart is more about the generosity with cedarwood, sweetness of Tuscan orris, glow of Indian sambac jasmine and ambergris. The dry down is all about the Singapore patchouli wood, vanilla flowers, Haitian musk, vetiver, oakmoss and benzoin. Libra is giving me vibes of joy, beauty and happiness and it's a perfume that is very likeable to wear :)

Ok so I had this in my collection but I didn’t give it a real chance in my vast collection until today. This is so beautiful, fruity, fresh, musky, and just beautiful to my nose. Definitely don’t sleep on this one like I did. It’s a gorgeous fragrance excellent longevity. You will definitely get compliments! I definitely get the ambergris note which is lovely and citrus fruits with some fruity florals as well. I definitely recommend! I’m not a Libra but my mom is and I got her one too she loves it too. 💞

Libra is absolutely stunning! It opens with this bright, sparkling citrus burst that's so refreshing. Then the ambery, powdery notes start to come through, making it feel warm and inviting. The dry down is incredible - musky, slightly animalic, and incredibly sensual. This is a fragrance for special occasions, but I honestly want to wear it every day!

For me, this one is different. I have smelled many of the other perfumes from this house, and they all smell the same. Potent, musky, powdery BOMBS! However, Libra is much more well blended. The musk and powder is actually dialed back some and the other notes can actually be noticed. It’s beautiful and I was pleasantly surprised.

OHHHHHHH, how I love the house of Tiziana Terenzi. I have so many from this house. Cassiopea, Leo, Kirke, Porpora...the list goes on. But Libra is definitely at the top of my list. So much so, that I have 2 full size back up bottles just in case. This is an every season wear, imo. I will always love this entire house.

Lovely and bright citrus opening accompanies a gorgeous musk in this Tiziana Terenzi beaut. Libra is a sophisticated masterpiece. The composition of citrus fruits, with rose/tuberose, patchouli/musk/vanilla is absolutely wonderful. I would consider this as one of the rare gems in my collection

This is initially identical to Tabit Parfum, just not as beastly. Its beautiful and strong. Yes, it smells fruity and creamy, but the slight shift to musk makes it a winner. You don't need this AND Tabit. It you want something you can wear in a crowd this is the one.

Unique, sophisticated and well designed. I recently got Libra and it’s one of the hidden gems by Tiziana. I find valuable nuances and a great balance between the citrus, amber and musky accords. I love it! New obsession of mine 🥰

Very unique, smells expensive, very well blended. The combination of citrus and musk is masterful. Crowd pleasing as well. Price tag is a bit hefty, but definitely worth because of its uniqueness.

A beautiful blend of notes that you can wear year round. It's uplifting and fresh and lasts forever on skin and clothes. Definitely an easy signature.

This smells like Red Bull to me lol. I feel like the notes don’t really reflect what you smell. This is very fruity/sweet and the musk blends in very nicely.

I got a sample from Fragrancenet, thank goodness. Top notes remin me of Jo Malone English Oak and Red currant. Then it settles into what reminds me of CK Euphoria. A bit later some powdery notes come through. I much prefer this scent profile over the ones with the heavy waxy musk like Kirke. But this is so similar to the aforementioned fragrances I don't feel thrilled from smelling something new here.

On my skin, it dries down 90% similar to Erba Pura, which I had for a while in my collection, but due to being so strong, I couldn't get too much use of it. This fragrance, however, has a similar DNA, with the dry-down identical to erba pura, only it is not as sweet and cloying. You can definitely feel the freshness of the oakmoss and grapefruit and the skin-like scent of the musk. All in all, it's a beautiful fragrance that can be easily worn throughout any season. For people who dislike the slightly artificial smell of erba pura, this is an amazing alternative. I can smell it on me for hours, projection and sillage 10/10.

Tiziana Terenzi is a house of jewels and this sounds like it could be no exception, makers of great scents that are not for everybody, as niche perfumery tends to be. I hope this creation doesn't fall into a spiral of critics from people irrationally buying it as an "I'm a libra" merch. I'm waiting for this to arrive at decant shops, I really want to try it, but that note breakdown already earned my respect!

This smells just like Tabit but a little more mellow. It's kind of weird, tbh. I'm not sure why they need two fragrances with the same scent turnout but here we are. There's no oud in this but they've created a heavy base with a mix of many heavier base notes and it ends up reminding me of oud. A bit disappointed with this fragrance, I had higher expectations for it and it turned out to be not my favorite.

It’s nice but maybe it’s just me but I find a lot of TT fragrances to be a bit redundant, so many smelling the same or tweaked versions of another. I liked the smell but for me it wasn’t special enough to justify the price of a FB as there are so many better scents in this category at the same price point. It had moderate performance for me, closer to the skin but not a skin scent.

I don’t get any of the notes in the scent pyramid. This smells like an old moldy closet. I wanna cry so bad, I wanted to love this and build my collection of TTs but this has gots ta go. Edit: I am finally starting to smell the rose (which is tolerable), but the journey to even get here is nasty work. Jheri Curl Juice!!!! This is what this reminds me of gah!
