Oud Mira

An interesting Floriental which showcases a nice ylang-ylang paired with Laotian Oud. The perfume opens briefly with notes of saffron and rose along with slight citrus. The perfume proceeds quickly to its firmly ylang-ylang heart surrounded by slight cloves, nutmeg, and geranium. The perfume settles on a bed of powdery patchouli and sandalwood aided by Laotian Oud and cypriol. Exotic slight feminine leaning scent with moderate to strong sillage and very good longevity. Very close to the usual Oud Rose combo that has flooded the market over the last 10 years. There’s is a “but”.... the Oud in here is very good quality. It reminds me a bit of the same Oud used in Dubhe, their most gorgeous creation in my opinion. I can’t understand why people who posted their feelings on the notes didn’t mention the presence of the Rose. It is very intensive (3) and when I selected this option, the rose popped up scoring 2, meaning that someone said it didn’t exist at all! Is this person sure to have smelled this perfume or did he select random?? Spices are also prominent, a mix of the listed ones, but I am unable to distinguish them. Hardly do I detect the citrus fruits, they seem subtle. There are better alternatives out there.

This formulation is sticky and it lasts like crazy. That Oud combo with the almost tea rose type florals are to die for. Animalic yet so smooth.

Insane performance. Hybrid tea rose mixed with skank oud. Smells like burning money.

I'd love to buy this!!! Note pyramid is quite an interesting one!
