Talitha

Really good. I was scared because of the dominant Leather note (I hate Leather bc I think it smells cheap) but this was very smooth, very reminiscent of Suede. Elegant. Vetiver is also smooth and not as strong as I thought. I also scared of this being too masculine but for me it's unisex with an edge. My bf agrees this is unisex. I really like that I can see both men and women wearing this. The fragrances doesn't change too much throughout the wear, which I really appreciate. At first this smell like a woody musky Suede-like Leather with Vetiver base with Ylang-Ylang and spices on top. At first you get more Leather, Citrus and green notes but after 1hr or so you get the other ones. After a couple of hours you get the sweetness of Ylang-Ylang more and more as you wear it, but it's never a sweet or gourmand. God I'm so happy to come across Ambergris after smelling too many Ambroxan fragrances. It's a completely different level of quality. The only complaint I have is the sillage. It's intimate for a "male" fragrance, idk how because longevity isn't an issue.

Talitha is as sensual as a man's perfume can get. This golden bottle could be named Hercules and it would perform just as well. It oozes Greek good sexiness! Top notes are definitely fruity with its combination of lemon, grapefruit and bergamot. I am in love with the dry down, it smells amazing on my boyfriend. Leather, guaiac wood, vetiver mixed with ambergris and musk lends to the woody atmosphere that I feel makes this more suitable for men. Amazing performance from this niche house

I bought this as a birthday present to myself. It opens with a strong citrus, leaning quickly, turns leathery, vetiver animalistic. It’s a very unique fragrance and I’ve not experienced anything like it. It does have a rose base that somewhat reminds me of toy boy, although not the same at all this to me leans extremely masculine. I’m quite happy with it last a long time as well.

So I heard that this just came out and I immediately ordered it and I just can't wait to try it! (I think you guys can feel my excitement!)

Starts with mossy, earthy and woody notes, continues with quite sharp, dry and slightly animalic leather. Also have a huge dose of spices. Reminds me a bit of Azaran Bvlgari . Strong masculine vibes. Follow me on IG: scent.guide

I get mostly leather, guaiac wood, cedar, animalistic musk, and vetiver here. Everything else is toned way down. The scent itself doesn't feel like it projects or has sillage. It does smell very natural, elegant, luxurious and has decent longevity but it sits too close on me with no presence. Very woody. Update: I tried the scent again today, during the colder weather. All I can get is bug spray. Very disappointed. Whatever I had smelled in the warmer weather is no longer here. Kind of sad since I feel the note profile is better for fall/winter

Ultimately it is MY OWN FAULT that I blind-bought a freakin' expensive a$$ "Niche fragrance" which I ended up HATING! Buuuut, I will say that it would've been nice if somebody, AAANYBODY would've mentioned how REDICULOUSLY light/faint this supposed "Extrait de Parfume" truley is! And I want to emphasize that its NOT only that it does NOT project, its more that there's barely a smell at all and what little scent there is is NOT PLEASANT! Now, I get that there are many folks who enjoy more discreet, intimate fragrances, but Talitha is RE-DON-CULOUS!😂 Like For Real tho.. what in the world?! Besides the fact that it sorta smells like bug spray, it hardly has a smell at feakin' all!! It does get just a tiny bit more pleasant in the dry-down bc of the leather note and after the "Bug Spray accord" wears off, but hand to heart, honest to G, this has like ZERO projection, sillage and you can barely even call this a skin-scent at all! Like honestly, Im NOT even exaggerating. I can do, and actually enjoy a "Challenging fragrance" like Ouds, anamalic Leather, Cumin etc bc I find them more unique, intersting and just more fun to wear, but this truley is extremely faint and does not seem to last much at all, and I cannot for the life of me figure out why no one has mentioned that here on Fragrantica.. SOOO WIERD! And Im sure that my bottle is NOT a fake bc Jomashop I do trust to send out authentic fragrances unlike a few other discounters which Ive had awful experiences with as far as Counterfeit frags go. I was truley super shocked at how damned weak Talitha is! Its crazy ah yo. And for no one to even mention that fact really just has me floored! JomaShop said I could return it, so I did and I hope that everything goes smoothly with my refund once the package arrives as Ive never asked for one from them in the past, but folks, PLLLLEASE DO NOT BLIND-BUY TALITHA like my goofy a$$ did! Such a dissapointment and hands down, 100 percent my absolute worst blind-buy to date and probably from here on out! Whats also weird is that when ya spray this on skin there's veeery minimal oil sheen left and what little oil there is ledt evaporates almost immediately, so theres NO WAY Talitha is an Extrait de Parfume! And for the record, Ive sometimes read reviews of people who bash a fragrance simply because they dislike how it smells and I find that TOTALLY unfair and even ignorant bc people OBVIOUSLYhave different tastes etc.., my point is that there should've been some sort of description about the fragrance's (TRUE) concentration bc again, ain't no dang way this is an "Extrait", or maybe some sort of description about how extremely intimate and fleeting Talitha really is.. Well, I actually feel a lot better after getting this off my chest! just wanted to vent and help give folks a heads up about this fragrance which has probably ruined the Tizia Terenzi House for me bc it was the first fragrance Ive ever tried from this house... Ughhh! Anyhow, thanks to whomever took time to read my rant/review/WARNING!! LOL!

I come back to the Tiziana Terenzi-Talitha page from time to time just to see if someone, (ANYONE) has had a similar experience as I did... and IDK man! Im really beginning to think that JomaShop sent me a fake Talitha! First time I sprayed it there was BAAAARELY any scent AT ALL, yet folks here on Fragrantica say it smells great, and is long lasting, but sits close to the skin? iI WISH my bottle had any scent AT ALL besides an EXTREMELY faint, barely perceivable bug-spray smell that one could barely even smell at all? Plus there was like ZERO oil sheen left on my skin where I'd spray it? Now, after the first day I let the bottle sit a couple more days to see if it just needed air introduced for the scent to "activate" (happens sometimes) but nothing changed! I Havent purchased any niche from Joma shop ever since and will ONLY buy Cheapies from them from time to time. I've also had bad experiences with a couple other frags from them with similar issues, but I wasn't sure if those were just "bad reformulations, "bad bottles" or what was going on with those. Now, I did end up getting a full refund from JomaShop for Taletha, but had to drive like 20 miles to the nearest FedEx to ship back the fragrance! The other two fragrances weren't as expensive as Taletha so since I didnt have the time (nor the desire) to drive 20 miles AGAIN to ship those back for a refund, I just counted those as a loss. Now, I know most folks swear by JomaShop (I was one of them), but when purchasing "Niche" from them, Buyer be ware!

Reminiscent of a sort of Laundry Scent, and also at the same time, what it smells like after you have bathed + shampooed your dog. strangely powdery at open, with a very deceiving presentation of notes vs what you actually get (I usually love anything bergamot, lemon, grapefruit, neroli, etc). The top notes are veiled (they are not sharp at the open). The dry down is actually more pleasant, which is where it seems that the lemons actually become apparent, and vetiver. This leans feminine to me (male).

The leather in the dry down on my skin is luxurious. Omg , this smells like entering an expensive leather shoe factory. Projection is great , silage on point and last a very long time on clothes and everlasting on the skin.

I have to try ittttt! Sounds too good!!
