Tuttle

I tried a sample of Tuttle and got so impressed. It opens up with citrusy notes and eventually the wood is taking over which is a very special feeling I get when I wear it. Love this one. EDIT: I bought the whole bottle and tried it over and over again and just came to a conclusion that this is a beautiful creation and I am happy that I came across this beauty. I feel like I know this fragrance better today and I wanted to edit my last comment and explain more broadly about Tuttle. Tuttle is a beautiful creation that opens with a sparkling and joyful bouquet of fruits and citrusy notes, dominated by Sicilian Grapefruit, embraced by the characteristic wild strength of Cassis and the revolutionary Romagna Peach, used for the first time in perfumery and a world exclusive of the Terenzi olfactory library. This luxuriant head settles on a rich and opulent heart, where the echoes of regal white flowers can also be sensed, with lush Tuberose, Magnolia and Iris excelling, skilfully blended with Lily of the Valley and Royal Jasmine, thanks to the aphrodisiac overtones of precious and rare Ambergris. The base of the creation rests on a foundation that is imposing and precious, but at the same time light and effervescent, capable of ensuring a long persistence and at the same time increasing its projection to impressive distances. The intensity of Red Patchouli combined with the sweetness of Indian Sandalwood contrasts with the wild, woody scent of Italian Birch, accentuated by the Caribbean freshness of Cuban Cedar. This majestic rush of woods is enveloped by the exotic scent of Haitian Vetiver, which lends an unpredictable and innovative touch to the entire creation. When wearing Tuttle it will deliver to your souls a shimmering happiness and joy that will make the light in your eyes shine brightly once again, leaving you wonderfully fascinated and irresistible.

I stopped by NM to try Rosso Pompeii, and ended up completely smitten with Tuttle. These scents really are quite similar, with many common notes and incredible sillage. But Tuttle is a bit softer, fresher, more delicate. In the opening (just as in Rosso Pompeii), I get fizzy Coca-Cola spurting from a soda fountain— loud, bright, with sparkling ice cubes and a slice of tart lemon. Later, there’s a hint of dry ginger and juicy, pink grapefruit that temper the sweeter notes, balancing out the composition. All of this is set against the translucent backdrop of black currant and not-quite-ripened peach. On my skin, the peach is palpable, but not sweet, while the black currant reveals itself in all its glory, giving Tuttle a piquant, slightly tart, note. There’s a note of sandalwood in here, too—delicate, dry, lending the entire composition depth, along with a warming facet of spice. To me, Tuttle is the best discovery of the season and a clear new favorite—an ambrosial juice with impressive longevity and sillage that is so easy to wear. And although there are unmistakable sweet overtones, the scent comes across as fresh rather than sweet—fizzy, spicy, remarkably well-blended. If you are looking for a unique, stunningly beautiful spring/summer scent—Tuttle is well worth a try. A gorgeous unisex showstopper.

Very elegant perfume; slightly basic for tiziana, however that makes it a safe blind buy and universally liked. Leans feminine, but still rather unisex. Has great progression, and definitely develops as the notes are listed (for me at least). Starts off incredibly fruity, tart, and jammy for the first several hours with strong projection. Then slowly develops into an (almost powdery) white floral with a deep woody/ambery base that has a hint of that initial fruit opening; with moderate projection towards the end. Has insane longevity, lasting 15+ hours on me, and can even survive being scrubbed with soap and water. I consistently catch myself smelling it throughout the day. Sometimes, I can even smell it on my skin the next day. Overall a 10/10, and one of the best fragrances I've ever gotten--especially for the price I paid ($89). While not the most unique or niche smell, it smells lovely and has insane performance. And for the price, it outcompetes every other fragrance I've ever tried. While I'd never pay full price, I understand why it has a MSRP of $500.

Imagine the juiciest sweet grapefruit - the main and most persistent accord in this fragrance. It is further sweetened by peach and slightly tarty and sour from the black currant. Mouthwatering juicy and fruity, you're on a hot summer vacation and just carefree and ready to party all night. Just a tad freshness from the vetiver and musc to tame the fruits down (beware if you hate musc in the dry downs) . Rich and uplifting, I really enjoy this one! Sillage and lasting power won't let you down. PS: jawdropping presentation and bottle too! Just recently I tested the Cruise Angel Mugler 2019 and I can't help but find quite a lot of similarities.. even if not literally the same, they possess pretty much the same vibe, especially the fruit accords.

Woww. I get tartness in the fruits and LOTS of wood. Definitely, try before you buy, but the comments below captured this perfectly: a showstopper. Perfectly unisex to my nose. Very similar to the other T.T. fruity offerings, but more elegant, as the price tag reflects. It’s nuclear. I made the mistake of over-spraying at the store. I wasn’t familiar with the brand. After about 8 hours, I tried to scrub it, just to tone it down. NOPE. This is a stunner that could absolutely be a signature with one(!) spray, year round.

I got my bottle today and it was love at first sniff... this is one of my fav already... Remind me of Vibrato,.... I will get another again... I only paid $150 on Jomashop. I love this and Vibrato.. I didn’t get any peach but the again I was outside in the Miami heat.. the wife love it so I’m happy.... Do your self a favor and try it. This is for me...

The base of this creation is patchouli combined with the sweetness of sandalwood and cedar. It's a very unique perfume which gives warm vibes and is perfect for this weather now. Love it!!

An amazing creation, Tuttle is a perfume filled with zest! It's a fruity perfume with a beautiful grapefruit opening, and an amber woody dry down. Sillage and longevity are nothing short of excellent. I absolutely cannot wait to break this out for use this summer!! <3

This smells like a cross between, PDM Haultine, Oud for Greatness and Roja Elysium. Some of my favorite fragrances brought together in a well rounded scent profile.

Woody with some tart rich sweetness. My initial thought was it's a date night fragrance, but I could see it being worn during the day too. Very unisex

The drydown is better than the opening so I won't talk about the uninspiring opening of grapefruit and white florals. Alors the dry down, well, it is amber, vetiver + sandalwood goodness with some white florals. I love how the amber and sandalwood notes have been blended together in this fragrance. I 'like' it, but was not fascinated enough to purchase a full bottle.

I recently picked up a sample and although I'd consider it a beautiful and delicate fragrance, it is definitely not for me. I'm more into Ouds. This is floral, fruity, powdery. Very gentle and comforting with an impressive longevity and sillage. I can imagine my mom wearing this perfume and feeling comforted by her presence.

The pricing of Terenzi’s work is unintelligible, but at least Tuttle is somewhat competent as a perfume, even if it is grossly overpriced. It’s a rather well-done fruity citrus with soft woods and clean musks. The scent is focused around this refreshing lemony grapefruit, which is at once sweet and fizzy with a clean and juicy, fruity facet from the blackcurrant. The grapefruit itself is quite nice, both sweet and delicious yet with bitter rind included. In the strangest way, it reminds me quite a lot of Roja’s Burlington 1819, without the cumin and ginger. It’s obviously not as good, but to be fair is half the price. It’s decent, but nothing impressive.

I wish I got the progression others get out of this one. On me it's pure fruit juice--unending juicy peach surrounded by sweet-tart florals. I really like it for maybe the first four hours but at that point I start longing for the woods to come out to play. But apparently the woods are scared of me and stays in hiding. It will stay like that for a good 20+ hours but I almost never last that long myself; I typically have to shower it off after about 6-8 hours to get a break.
