Tyl Assoluto

“Steamy” musky vanilla “yuzu” with milky and ozonic vibes on creamy woodsy base. If you don’t dislike the following scents, it’s likely that you will enjoy Tyl: - “steam bath” musk from Initio Musk Therapy, - the ambery yuzu/ candied citrus peel feel in Bvlgari Tygar or ELDO Remarkabke People; Leo from Terenzi - the woodsy vanilla lavender in Shaikh 70; - the nectar sweetness from Cassili and Fleur Narcotique - ozonic milky woodsy creaminess in Seminalis Orto Parisi - a particular type of soft “alkaline” /warm “aldehydic” silky musk notes, which probably have some specific name that I’m unaware of in order to describe them by it - but as a reference to where I ever smelt them before - this was Rappelle-Toi by L'Artisan Parfumeur ... it’s all mixed in here as elements with the comforting “thick hot steam” musk enveloping everything. Unisex. Very enjoyable for daily wear. And, yes, not worth the price, but definitely worth exploring.

This is one of the best vanilla fragrances that I know of. Very unique and elegant scent; there is nothing juvenile, overly gourmand, or tacky about this vanilla. It does feel somewhat humid and balmy despite halving an ozonic note. However this quality only makes the fragrance better. I also feel that this scent is more mature because of this quality. To me this is a female scent, but to each their own. Yes, the price is expansive, but the scent is good. On my very cool skin the performance is better during warm weather. A truly luxurious experience.

First thought – is this what the lightness of being smells like? Heavenly (airy, fresh citrus and florals) and down to earth (woody, creamy, ambery) at the same time. I find it quite calming and just the right amount of sweet. It's rather sophisticated, definitely an adult woman's scent. I don't think I would ever justify paying 700+ euros for a bottle of perfume but hey, maybe one day I will find something that is close enough (need to check the aforementioned Kenzo Amour).

It's not just a vanilla fragrance. There is (in order of prominence): an aura of freshness, florals, bright fruits, then the earthy woody vanilla. Absolutely beautiful scent ideal for Spring, Summer, Fall, then Winter in that order. Absolutely stunning unisex scent with monstrous longevity. This one is an attention getting projector, but does not light up a room in an obnoxious way. One of the best scents I have in my collection.

This is super musky and animalic but with sweetness. Leans feminine in my opinion. Smells VERY similar to Gritti Dame. I love it.

TYL has many things in common with Roja scandal . The price is also ;))))

Tyl is, without a doubt, the brightest star of the Assoluto collection. While it is marketed as unisex, on a woman's skin it unfolds into one of the most sophisticated, creamy, and expensive-smelling auras I have ever encountered. The opening is breathtakingly airy—an ozonic freshness paired with very refined lavender and citrus that feels like a crisp morning breeze at a luxury resort. The heart reveals a delicate floral dance, which quickly melts into Terenzi’s signature golden amber. The drydown is where the true femininity shines. It becomes a velvety, musky vanilla dream. It’s not a “cupcake” vanilla; it’s a couture vanilla—powdery, smooth, and incredibly polished. It reminds me of the scent of sun-warmed skin after a dip in the ocean, followed by the application of the world’s most luxurious body cream.

A lovely perfume suffused with the nostalgia of happy childhood memories like trips to the beach and eating chocolates. The unisex perfume opens with ozonic notes, lavender and citruses. The heart is mostly amber with hints of rose and jasmine. The perfume settles on a base of musky vanilla with woody notes and chocolate. A happy uplifting scent with moderate sillage and excellent longevity. Absolutely not worth its asking price though but luckily available for a fraction of its retail on the grey market. Enjoy!

A Tizania Terenzi specialist told me Tyl contains REAL musk from a secret unnamed source. Is this true? Real musk is rarely used but I would imagine high luxury parfum might still use this. If real musk is used then it would justify the price. Precious musk is listed as an ingredient in the notes.

I absolutely love the smell of this fragrance! However, it does not last-- not even 2 hours. It is an extrait that doesn't extrait 😔 poor longevity and no sillage or projection. The second time I wore it, I sprayed a little more (the opposite of what I normally do with an extrait). It did not matter -- no change in longevity, projection, or sillage. Again, the fragrance itself is beautiful -- vanilla, musk, powder in the forefront, light citrus behind. Fruity, sweet, spring/ summer vibes-- so disappointed that the lovely fragrance is short lived.

Not my cup of tea 🫣 I really wanted to like this, but the lavender and vanilla gives me weird animalic vibe which I can not tolerate. It is almost chocolatey milky vanilla toped with freshly harvested lavender. I can’t feel any other notes , I am going to try to wash it off, but as you know, the smell you don’t like doesn’t come off easily 🫣

I’m sorry, how much?? I am not well-versed when it comes to Tiziana Terenzi, I did not realise Tyl Assoluto belonged to its hideously overpriced line of slop. How can anyone in their right mind spend €850 on this absolute garbage? Initially it smells like a rancid mix of olive brine, marshmallows and laundry detergent. As it settles, not much changes: the ozonic soapy laundry note, as if dried outdoors, persists alongside this pillowy sweet vanilla and soft woods. It’s not awful, but it certainly doesn’t smell like it costs. Terenzi makes mediocre perfumes in gaudy bottles to trick people into thinking it’s ‘luxury’ when in reality, they’re just pathetic. The price for this basic tat is utterly egregious and if you paid for it, you need to take a long hard look in the mirror.

You know, I wear mens fragrance a lot and love even some animalic and heavy duty fragrances with civet etc... but then I also like warm and sensual yummy notes - so I can wear pretty much any fragrance from any genre.... but this fragrance is and was my second love from Tiziana Terenzi right after Kirke. Tyl Assoluto is the richest, warmest and most unique vanilla fragrance I have ever bought. my bottle is now empty, sadly and probably won't repurchase. But if you don't like fresh citrusy fragrances, try this one. It smells to me like an Ambery and woody lemon curd, maybe a bit in a direction lemon cake - but it never reaches the gourmand territory which is what I love!! I DEFINITELY don't want to smell like a cheese cake, but I love warm citrusy wintery fragrances. The contrasting ozonic notes break the linear but rich fragrance profile and kind of make it a bit boozy or heady. Just try the fragrance, its one of the best vanillas IMHO

Best of all vanilla fragrance with the ozonic and citrusy and floral opening notes followed by floral and ambery heart which settles finally to vanilla, musk and woody notes wherein vanilla speaks perfection. Wear it and you can feel freshness, flowers, fruits, and earthy wood too with the amber around. Of course, vanilla too which is best part of it. Wear it in summer, spring due to its fresh, lively, floral notes while you can wear this easily in winters because of its warm, woody, and amber. So, it is really a versatile one. longevity is eternal and silage is enormous too. Once you wear it and step out of the house, all you are going to get is compliments and compliments from many people around. This reminds me of Kenzo amour, but TYL smells more pleasant and has better performance too. Lovely scent to add to the collection. Grab it!

I always look for this info in unisex reviews - it's only feminine scent imho. I sampled it and after applying I've got "damn I know this scent" whereas I'm sure nobody I know can afford it. A few seconds later I realised that it reminds me of Kenzo amour that my grandma sometimes wears. It is not 100% similar, don't get me wrong but I get the same vibe. TYL is far more refined and you simply feel quality (perfect quality of igrednients). Maybe that's why I find it feminine and for mid-older audience (40+). It's a good smell, pleasant, non provoking, long lasting but probably out of range for like 99% even fragheads here. It is hard to criticize this perfume - you just like it (but don't lose head over it). For me it's rather casual scent than special occasion type of scent.

Chocolate vanilla amber. I kind of detect allot of chocolate, vanilla, amber, and doses of citrus as if it's milk chocolate citrus. The amber and the musk are adding the none gourmand factors but they are just trying so hard to balance the blend but couldn't. Hmm.... i see it as a MEH.

Anyone looking for this fragrance but wanting it to last longer, get the DUA version. You won't be disappointed.

Gorgeous, unisex leaning feminine but i can see a man pull this off aswell. The price tag is the only problem.

This is Ani, but cleaner and not so cookie/cake gourmand-ish.
