this is my current favourite scent! the gorgeousss bottle is what drew me to it, which feels and looks expensive. to me, the scent opens with a really juicy citrus, then the floral notes come in a little, and then it dries down to a powdery vanilla smell. overall its really sweet, i wouldn't say its a typical gourmand but it also doesn't fall into the floral or fruity categories either, it's a mix of all three! as someone who doesn't typically like florals, i don't mind those notes at all in this. it's super feminine and pretty, best for a young adult i'd say. it smells expensive and unique, after smelling for the first time i knew i had to buy it! <3 the only odd thing about it for me is a really faint body odour scent when smelling from the bottle!? i think it could be the jasmine, but when sprayed it's unnoticeable so it doesn't bother me much.

This is a lemon meringue that manages to be pretty and ladylike like most of Tocca’s fragrances. It starts its journey as bright and a little tart, but a wearable gourmand which is perhaps why it’s a disappointment to some; it’s not as sweet as people were probably expecting. I agree with FallonAngel’s description of its prettiness and how it feels. I’d like to add that the desert rain accord is quite refreshing, and with it the florals and wood balance everything out. On the deep dry down, the tartness goes away and it’s soft and delicately sweet. I think this is perfect for daily wear and is not as “young” as a lot of gourmands can feel. It’s quite lovely and, to me, almost addictive.

This is a beautiful and fresh fragrance. It’s feminine with an edge of masculinity. The opening reminds me a lot of Prada Paradoxe, but with citrus instead of florals. Later on in the drydown, I smell rain, jasmine, bergamot, and woods, and I would describe that as a fresh floral smell. It is so unique and interesting. The longevity is great on skin, I haven’t tested it on clothes. This perfume is sexy without trying too hard.

I just received this fragrance and am honestly shocked at how much I love it (especially as a citrus hater). It has a fairly strong citrus opening and then the amber, vanilla and nectar are present in the dry down. It smells like a really light, fresh citrus pastry. It is not heavy at all and is a lovely summer/spring scent!

Oh, this is a good one! This perfume was not on my radar, but it came in a sampler set from Ulta. I'm really loving the cardamom and the ambery dry down. Luxurious without being overwhelming. This is going on my list of scents I want a full-size bottle of.
