I really like this scent, the balance of white florals, sweet orange, and earthier notes like moss and tea is just somehow magical. It's like Red Riding Hood traipsing through the forest with a basket of goodies. The first hit once applied is a sweet freshness, like entering a meadow to pick wildflowers while the scents wafting from the basket mix with those of the distant forest. The orange scent weaves in and out here, but doesn't really read as "citrus" to me, and certainly isn't tropical; it somehow comes off as a more gourmand note, like thin candied orange slices. In these opening notes, I pick up the white florals perhaps the strongest, but they are balanced by the orange so it doesn't come off as a traditionally floral perfume. Even though sweet, it is not cloying, nor overpowering. After an hour of this pleasant sweetness, the Earthier tones start coming through, as if Red's gone from the dewy meadow to the outskirts of a damp forest, and is now picking her way through the underbrush and getting her bearings. The sweet scent is still there, but lighter, now flanked by richer scents of moss and tea. It's this middle wear which is my favorite, though I love it start to finish. The earthiness grows deeper for a while, as if going deeper into the forest, with the day wearing on, with perhaps the scent of a wolf snatched up by the breeze now and then. But then it begins to lighten again. The tea recedes, though the moss still balances the sweetness, as if I've gone past the thickest trees and am headed to the other side. The sweeter orange scent begins to fade entirely. At last even the moss recedes, and everything lightens, as if we've finally reached Grandma's house and are inside now, but the scent of the forest still comes through the window. The "final form" of the perfume rests very close to the skin as a soft tea-tinted floral, as if Red finds real-grandma waiting, not a wolf, and grandma gives her a cup of soothing green tea with petals afloat to rest after the journey.

This is the perfume that made me fall in LOVE with fragrance. The first one that made me feel strongly, the one I still smell when I need to feel hopeful and alive. I'm sure not everyone will have such a strong scent-memory associated with this fragrance, but I first smelled this when I was deeply depressed, and it pulled me out of my apathy. Smelling this is a way of reminding myself how amazing life can be, even when its often awful. This was the first full-size perfume I bought, ever. I was 16 and clinically depressed, and I asked my mom to buy the full-size for me. She reluctantly did, and I treasured that bottle until it went bad about 10 years later. I immediately re-purchased it. Still one of my all-time favorites, Its floral without being overbearing, citrus-y without being sharp. Smells like a deep breath of clean, cool air feels. <3

This is one of my signature fragrances. The name is what got me. It has a philosophical emo vibe to it, like an Evanescence song. I'm a stereotypical Pisces so this sort of thing appeals to me. The strange thing is that the orange is very soft and in the background on me. I don't get much tuberose either. What stands out is the tea leaves, which for some reason Fragrantica leaves out. When I first tried it I got a rush of nostalgia, and then I realized: it smells like Green Teatherapy on me! I have so many pleasant memories of that inexpensive fragrance in high school. Everything and Nothing is like that mixed with oranges and a few more white florals. It's very soft and not at all harsh on me. But then again I can wear green fragrances and white florals very well.

I am glad I got to try this one before reading the reviews here, or else I probably wouldn’t have bothered. I could smell a small bit of citrus from the bottle, but once the scent settled on my skin it faded away pretty quickly and I was left with a beautiful floral, mossy, tea scent. I was surprised to see not many notes listed because to me, it smelled complex... yet simple. Intriguing yet familiar. Simultaneously a dark autumnal dusk and a breezy spring morning. Everything & nothing. I couldn’t stop thinking about this scent after I left the shop and it’s on my list to buy. The longevity was roughly 6-8 hrs on my arm but the sillage was about arm’s length initially, then closer to the skin as the day carried on. My favorite Tokyomilk scent so far.

Just received this scent as a gift! Thx babe, you rock!! I really enjoy this one! I love the way the sweet orange and the pressed petals combine to create this yummy, sweet citrusy, soft sweet floral composition which smells almost edible to me! It's creamy, sweet & fresh... it smells really good to me!! I would probably prefer to wear this one in spring and fall, but I will reach for it even on cold winter days, because it also seems to embrace me with a certain cuddly warmth... I really love this one! Good sillage & longevity 7+ hours ♥♥♥♥♥

One of my all time favourite scents. I am on my fourth bottle. The notes on the bottle are different than what's listed here, and the bottle notes describe it perfectly - sweet orange, pressed petals, desert moss, and tea leaves It opens with an effervescent sweet orange and then settles to a mossy tea scent with a hint of floral. If you want a mossy scent without to going to masculine, this is a fantastic option. This fragrance makes me happy whenever I wear it

The orange is secondary to me. The vetiver and tuberose I notice first. It's a very airy and clean scent. Rather precise in the way is wears on my skin. For a very cool scent it warms gently yet quickly. I wish it was a tad bit heavier. Its a rather flexible scent. Suitable for both day and evening wear. This fragrance doesn't wear very long though and that is not due to olfactory fatigue either. Beautiful scent nonetheless but I do wish it had greater sillage.

This is my all time favorite fragrance that I cannot go without. So much so that I always have a back up bottle in case it’s out of stock or gets discontinued. It’s a very sweet citrus on me at first, but has a dark earthy-ness from the moss and tea notes on the dry down. It makes me feel like a dark, mysterious princess walking in her sweet, candied garden. I always reach for this when I want to feel like me - truly my signature scent for nearly 10 years now.

Only scent I have ever bought blind and it might be my favorite. Has a subtle musty-ness to it that makes reminiscent of old book smell. I'd describe it as "musty orange", which makes it sound awful, when it's really such a mature and comforting scent. It smells clean in a lived-in kind of way. Smells like I've just finished eating an orange at my grandparent's house. I find it much more masculine than others here have. It's completely gender neutral to me.

I can't get enough of black tea fragrances and I am in love with this one. It smells very straightforward to me. Black tea, tart synthetic orange, some florals way, way in the background, and that's pretty much it. It gives me kind of peaceful feeling when I wear it, probably because of the association with tea. Much lovelier on the skin than out of the bottle, IMO.

This whole line has turned out to be one that I find interesting and unique. This is candy and baby aspirin (yes! that is exactly it!), girly and frilly, this is a scent for Lolita girls in their ribbons and bows on a mild spring day. Opening with an effervescent Orange and white flowers, the vetiver smooths it into hard candy on the drydown.

This is my favorite of the Tokyo Darks. You have to like the smell of orange to appreciate this fragrance as it is the most prominent note but the other notes are well integrated into the fragrance giving it an organic and mysterious quality. It is an excellent buy at $36, you can wear it, layer it, year round and it gets compliments galore.

I cannot say enough how much I love this perfume. It is very organic smelling- like bitter orange, moss and an underpinning of not too sweet rose. It is earthy and has great staying power. I have gotten many compliments. Even my husband likes it! I can't wait to get more fragrances from Tokyo Milk. I am impressed for 36$.

What a lovely, invigorating tea scent, opens bright but dries down into a strong earthy black tea. Smells a lot like the Black Tea body cream from bath and body works which I also happen to have and will layer nicely. A new favorite from Tokyomilk, will be snagging a full bottle immediately.

I won a sample of the lotion from a fellow Fragrantican. Since it was a lotion, I am not going to review longevity or sillage, as that would not be fair. However, I love the scent itself. This is a very sweet citrus, but with a refreshing note from the tea. I want to buy the actual perfume.

Such a beautiful scent. Some Tokyo milk scents that have a tea note give off a stale vibe, this is the opposite. So fresh with an almost aromatherapy vibe. Smells great on skin or clothes. I definitely need to repurchase.

All I smell is orange, tea, and the tiniest bit of floral. It doesnt smell complete, like theres something missing in between the orange and tea leaf notes. The notes never combine completely. No regrets here.

This perfume smells like black tea and citrus in a bottle in the most tart and refreshing way. 10000/10, people have asked me for the perfume name. It's pretty unique without breaking the bank!

This smells great on me. I've never been into citrus scents (outside of tropical lime stuff), but this one has a bright, almost orange flower water scent to it. I definitely want to buy this.

I can smell every note listed for this fragrance individually, and yet they all work together to create a beautiful yet very simple composition. Sweet Orange, Flower Petals, Moss, and Tea Leaves. Precisely that. The initial spray is like a shot of orange vodka. This boozy sharpness fades into a soft candied floral orange, and the languid moss and tea notes sit in the background. Orange stays on top all the way through as the most obvious note. Overall, this smells like a handmade bar of orange soap you would find in an eclectic boutique. Prim, sophisticated, yet distant. This embodies the poetic, feminine shy girl who roams antique shops in her ruffled beige dress, longing for picnics and tea parties, if only she could find girls like herself to connect with. It makes a gentle impact, and would be perfectly suitable to spray on while fresh out of the shower. The general aura of Everything & Nothing can very much be likened to a Bvlgari style of fragrance... at a much more palatable price point. This reminds me a bit of Pour Femme and Voile de Jasmin. So far, it seems longevity is average. Depending how much you wear, it is rather subdued and hangs closer to the skin. This is not something I would buy a full bottle of, because my tastes don't naturally go for this. However, I appreciate its beauty and simple elegance. I can only further express that I love Tokyo Milk. Their packaging is thoughtful and artistic, and the prices are inviting.

Everything & Nothing wasn't one of the Tokyo Milk scents I went into Sephora to try - but it ended up being the one I liked most. I was attracted initially to its somewhat nihilistic name, but this intriguing scent stuck with me. Everything & Nothing begins with bright orange, like the slightly bitter rinds, that in a way carry the scent more than the fruit itself. Slowly a smoky tea note unfurls, joined by some very soft, very behind the scenes, nondescript floral notes. Although typically orange is quite a happy, energising scent, here it is done dark, acrid, not fruity at all. I liked this difference. Everything & Nothing made me think of embers - glowing beneath the surface of something mostly forgotten. It blended into my skin very well, unusual for citric scents. I like it for all year round (except perhaps spring, because it is dark), but think it particularly suits late autumn, with the cold weather, but flashes of colour in the falling leaves. Staying power was good, 6-7 hours, again, not usual for a citrusy scent. Very unisex. This is to me a citrus scent for oriental lovers and also - I don't know another scent like it, which always makes something worth trying.

Like the previous reviewer, I am reviewing the little rollerball bottle from the scent wardrobe. Although I am a fan of several of the Tokyo Dark scents, this one is only okay. It definitely is sweet, but not in a sugary way. It is a very sweet floral. It has more depth than a standard white floral but it has similar notes. I am thankful that the gardenia isn't super noticeable because I hate gardenia (and this may be the reason this scent is only a like not a love). I find gardenia overbearing and cloying. In this scent it is well hidden by the orange and the vetiver. Although it isn't listed in the notes, I also detect a hint of tea which adds a bit of astringency to an otherwise sweet composition. Other writers have mentioned seasons that pair well with this scent. I am currently wearing it in Summer and it is okay. I think this would work well in Autumn but not as well in deep Winter or early Spring, at least not here in the Midwest. Maybe it would work in warmer climates. Overall its nice but not really my style. I will probably keep the small rollerball vial and use it occasionally but I doubt I will ever buy a bottle.

Perhaps I got an old bottle that turned slightly, but this smells much more refined on paper than on my skin sadly. It starts of very sweet, like a musky orange. The sourness of that orange is gone - it smells like a orange flavoured drumstick candy thats been rolled in soil... unpleasant immagery, but its the only way I can describe it! The tea notes aren't very sharp too, making it smell slightly cloying on me and overall, I somehow instantly thought about a Y2K children toy scent when I gave it a deep sniff. Such a shame because its lovely on a piece of paper; each note is more defined, but on me - sweet blob. I can enjoy this if I want something unique but only now and then.

I just finished a rollerball I had and I quite liked it! Tbh, I was a little worried about the tuberose; it's a note that tends to really dominate once it mixes with my body chemistry. Not here! The citrus is the star and the florals and vetiver really transform it into something different. The mix is very balanced - not too sweet or sharp. It's very versatile, though I did find I liked it a little better during the winter months when the vetiver is easier to notice. ETA: It also layers amazingly with vanilla scents. I wore it layered over a vanilla whiskey body cream and it was a great combo.

I can't understand why this is part of TokyoMilk's "dark" line, because for me, this is the smell of a warm spring day. It's sweet citrus and flowers. I find I tend to wear this when I'm in a good mood or want to be in one. It's an uplifting, brightening scent. It also comes in one of my favorite bottles, and I love the quill. The scent combined with the quill make me think of a Rococo painting. Not my favorite perfume, but I enjoy wearing it; and it's light enough for any occasion. As with every other TokyoMilk scent I've tried, it fades quickly and has no staying power.

A very nostalgic and melancholy fragrance for me. Smells exactly how my cat used to smell years ago. He always hung around our orange tree so when it was time come back in and I would give him a hug, he would always smell so comforting. Floral, oranges. This scent really gives off a cold, spring morning vibe I am in love with. Sitting underneath an orange tree admiring the blossoms blooming. Slight mossy and dirt/soil vibe too which adds to that animalic quality. Rather unisex. Every now and again I’d dab some on if I miss my cat and want to reminisce on simpler times.

A super sweet fruity floral that is more candied orange than white floral. After an hour or so it fades to a light, less tooth achingly sweet mixed floral bouquet. I definitely get the St. Jos baby aspirin. Simple and straightforward, seems like it would make a nice candle. Perfume? Not for me. Not dark. Too bad they didn't throw some dark chocolate in the mix. The tea note is very pleasant. I am retesting this today, and finding it to be a wearable fruitachouli, nothing spectacular but very nice, warm orange, white florals, and a clear, clean, black tea.

Have to write another review for this. Despite the notes sound very "warm weather" like I came to conclusion (at least on my skin) that this fume work better on colder weather. When its warm it turns cloying gardenia creaminess all over but when its cool outside turn perfect orage candy flower fairy smell! Thats what I imagine a white witch would smell. She is sweet and kind and likes to spend her time in the nature practicing her spells and honoring her ancestors.

Refreshingly light, reminds me more of limoncello than orange. Very clean and great for a pick-me-up. Not very good staying power or silage. This is delightful paired with vanilla perfumes like Dead Sexy (same maker) - like high-quality lemon chiffon pie and elderflower liqueur. Just the perfect balance of tart and sweet. Sort of out of place in the 'dark' line - no edge to it in my opinion. Great for a summer day at the office.

A white floral, slightly aquatic, tea-like scent. Reminds me a bit of perfumes from the 90's, like Davidoff's Cool Water for Women, which makes it feel a tad dated. However, the tea makes it more relaxing. I sprayed it on my clothes and it left a pleasantly long-lasting white floral smell. Smell: 7 out of 10 Longevity: 8 out of 10 Feminine

I smelled this at Sephora today and out of the range of Tokyo Milk fragrances, this one seemed to be the best, at least to me. I actually think this smells like orange pez and I quite liked it. I wore it for a day, but unfortunately, it didn't last very long. The price point is decent,though so I just may pick one up anyways.

Sweet orange and candied white florals. Sweet but in the white floral fashion, not too gourmand. A bit of wood to round it out. Beautiful rich tuberose particularly, very ripe, not the green type. A good going out scent. The white florals are potent and indolic so I can't recommend unless you love white florals.

I agree with whoever said this perfume smells like baby aspirin. I also think it smells like orange tic-tacs and orange pez taste :) I love Everything and Nothing. It almost has a dreamsicle feel to it. It is definitely a feminine fragrance in my opinion. I get many compliments when I wear it.

Very interesting fragrance. Starts bright and orangey, then soft florals work their way in to create a composition that is unique yet holds a familiarity that is inescapable. Wait for it.... Glade air freshener. That explains why I had the urge to want to use it as a linen spray. I'll pass.

This was my signature perfume in high school and I just found my probably 10 year old bottle of Everything and Nothing in a box in my apartment. Still goes hard. Not usually into something this floral, but the tea smell makes it darker. Gagged me a bit. I have taste.

Beautiful, easy wear fragrance and my favourite from the Tokyo Milk range so far. It's a warm 96°F here which suits - but would wear well in spring, autumn as well. I think this will be my day to day work wear scent. I find it completely unisex even with the florals.

This is pretty good, it reminds me very much of Carolina Herrera 212 men. But this is slightly different in its execution, just slightly more feminine. But still interesting to me because of the mix of green bright and dark components

Light candied oranges mixed with creamy white flowers. Its very pleasant and maybe a little too strong (or too sweet? I dont know). I like it its simple and pretty. Longevity its pretty good too on this one and sillage is moderate.

slightly smoky and dark citrus with an essence of florals. has a very vintage and clean feel. light longevity on me and i can't really smell it unless i spray a lot.

Fizzy orange fanta that dries down with a moss/tea scent. Really unique and an instant buy for me. Overtime it do age and the fizzy-ness disappeared.

I bought a set of 4 Tokyo Milk rollerballs that included Tainted Love, Bulletproof, La Vie La Mort, and this one. This was my least favorite one when I first tried it as it made me recoil in disgust. It was too strong and artificial smelling and I HATED it. Fast forward about 6 months and I'm craving something different, something a bit more fresh and happy and light. I pull this one out and sniff it and think "Okay, I'll try this one again". So I do. And I end up coming back to this everyday for two weeks. The artificial orange (which is literally all I smell when I wear this fragrance) really grew on me and now I'm trying to decide if I want to buy a full bottle or not. For whatever reason it just makes me so happy and gives me uplifting fuzzy feelings. Makes me picture being in the orange grove that used to be by my childhood home. So yeah this is basically a mouthwatering orange scent that starts out loud and strong and then calms down after a bit.

Unfortunately, I get very little scent out of this and it is too light for me. I received Everything and Nothing in a rollerball sampler and while I love many of the Tokyo Milk fragrances - La Vie La Mort, Novacaine, Bulletproof, Dead Sexy, Arsenic, Tainted Love - I can't get into this one. I get mostly sweet orange with some jasmine, white musk and a tiny bit of tea leaves. This doesn't last long and is a skin scent for me immediately. If I liked this, I would probably wear this in spring and summer during the day.

Oh no...I’m so disappointed... I bought blindly and had high hopes after reading about TokyoMilk and the going through reviews for this perfume. I gave it my best shot, but could barely last an hour before having to scrub it. Unfortunately, all I could get from it was a cheap, artificial, headache-inducing Glade plug-in vibe (I hate products like that!)...This one is not for me! Also ordered Library of Flowers True Vanilla, also by Maria Elena, and do not care for that one either. That said, I have a full bottle remaining (minus a spray or two), if anyone out there would get more pleasure than I from this perfume!

The first thing that really hits my nose is the tartness of the oranges here. Its very much a candied sour smell, and it turns this fragrance from being simply fruity into something I'd expect a home scented spray or candle to smell like. The florals are a lovely backdrop to the tart orange, giving some creaminess and adding something more, especially after the sourness has had some time to mellow out a bit. I really do like this one but I'm still on the fence about it. I like to smell nice, but not so nice that I end up smelling like the latest addition to the Glaze or Yankee Candle line up.

I love Everything & Nothing! A mysterious and soft floral, it's not linear at all, but it's especially beautiful pairing it with Excess - it smells even darker that way. YUM! Edit: I finally got this after ruminating about it for months and now, I just don't like it. It smells cheap and for younger teens. Guerlain and Hermes, you have ruined me for all other perfume houses! Haha

I honestly feel like I'm wearing a febreeze air freshener when I put this on. I don't have a specific one that it reminds me of, it just has that vibe; it's very fresh and bright. The blend is pleasant and simple; sweet and zesty citrus and generic, clean white flowers. It puffs in a small cloud of girlishness for about 2 hours and then whispers away.

Sniffing from the vial this smelled gorgeous, so I went ahead and sprayed about four times on my arms. Ugh bad idea it smells so musty now.. I can't quite pick the notes apart but it does smell a bit like febreeze that is covering up a bad bathroom smell.. or potpourri that got thrown in the trash.. I hope this has weak longevity..
