Interesting. When I first applied this I was taken aback by the immediate birch note, which is the only thing you can smell initially. Since I don't especially like birch I was pessimistic about what was coming. After about 10 minutes the coriander and sage came up, sharpening the scent and making it much more interesting and hot smelling. The oak moss is barely noticeable. I expected something that would be a white floral or soapy scent but the name isn't particularly evocative of the perfume. Tokyo Milk is wildly uneven as a line but it compares quite favorably with many DSH perfumes at a much better price point.

The coriander was what leaped out at me most strongly. I was taken aback to smell the very vivid and real scent of coriander, as if I had just taken it out of the spice cabinet. The other notes are all there, but are more subtle. Once it dries down the coriander gives me the impression of "crispness" I was expecting based on the name, and later on an abstractly mossy scent seems to dominate. It does smell clean, but in a softly dry-herbal way to me.

Notes: Corriander, White Sage, Birch Wood, Tundra Moss Was really disappointed by this scent. I thougth it would smell like an old library book, or something along those lines. It opens with a nice citrus-y smell, but then cools down to this woodsy smell that is very generic cologne-esque. Again, really disappointed. Especially because I really like the design of the bottle.

As someone who doesn't usually care for florals or gourmands, I was really drawn to this woody, fresh, herbal/spicy scent. It's soft and could even be unisex, and it layers well with other scents I like to wear (in the woody, spicy, citrus families). It's my favorite of the Tokyo Milk perfumes that I have tried, although I also like Gin & Rosewater.
