O K the opening is a cinnamon blast with sizzling mandarine that does have, not so much a Hobby Lobby/Tuesday Morning/Ikea Café holiday rush thing as it's more Pier One/Cost Plus World Market vintage teak x-mas decorations with complimentary mulled spice tea next to vanilla soy wax candles. AFTER that 30 seconds is over, . . . wait, hopefully this is the new thing because like some oakmoss and santal perfumes --- this bottle permeated toasted coconut after removing the cellophane layer --- YUM snuggle, . . . Soleil de Feu is respectable beach trash! Tuberose is waxy, vinyl hot ipod ear buds and a flamingo innertube, toasted coconut rimmed Cointreau cocktail, the super sweet and sharp mandarine peaks in and out of a creamy float. The cinnamon brandishes an amber dry down like a sunset bathing session squeezing out the last drops of tan top up before stumbling back from shower in a white washed riviera chaise. Waxy, real doll's head, bubblegum yum. Soleilz Update 1. Soleil Neige -- the best, there's still nothing like it. The latex in it is like the doll's head vinyl in this. 1. Orchid Soleil --- 4th bottle, my gosh, sensual as the deed and real perf. 2. Soleil de Feu --- Barbie Summers in Winter! 1. Soleil Brûlant --- most worn, the amber is sweet and spicy with a glossy powder that makes it versatile beyond poolside. 3. Soleil Blanc -- Infinitely likeable. Sweet coconut whereas this is more ganache, toasted coconut, like a Rafffaelo. Bon ête.

★★★★1/2 The word "feu" in the context of perfumery will always make me think about my long gone love Feu D' Issey, that mysterious laconic woodiness that Issey Miyake offered in the 90s. I was not expecting that this would have a similar style (this does NOT smell like Feu D' Issey) but it is a creamy floral amber made for the summer, just like that beautiful Miyake fragrance. The complexity does not reach 90s Miyake heights, but I just can't ignore that Soleil De Feu is a special -though linear- coconutty amber scent that will make a good companion in spring, summer and autumn. Tom Ford offers us a scent with a balmy quality just like a luxurious cream, the same way Soleil Blanc works. This new creation though achieves sensuality with a deep woody accord that is blended skilfully with the amber, florals and the sweetness of benzoin. There is little development in general, but from the first spray its charm is undeniable. A charm worth the high price tag? Well, up for you to decide. It would have been a five star kind of fragrance if it had the complexity of the "90s feu masterpiece", but I appreciate the fact that I was reminded of vintage Issey's vibe after all these years. Is the word "feu" in the name that's playing tricks on me? Or Tom Ford's scouts remembered the "fire of the past"? I'd love to hear what others think. The best Soleil out there.

I received a 2ml when I bought Soleil blanc and boy let me tell you... Soleil de feu is superior! Strong cinnamon note at first but then it dries down to a soft spicy fragrance with a milky note- perfect for summer. I was looking for a clean summery frag that was citrusy and sweet and milky at the same time and I was swatching Soleil blanc for a whole week before buying it(the prize tag is not very appealing so I had to be sure). And I was very pleased with it- lasted good 6h on my skin and a moderate sillage with only one spray on my arm, imagine the over sprayers. So I decided to buy it. And the store I liked Soleil de feu on paper, but I was sure that I wanted a more clean frag and the cinnamon note was not it. So Soleil blanc was bought. If they had 30ml at the store I would return Soleil blanc for Soleil de feu in the instant! The dry down on Soleil de feu is soo beautiful. The cinnamon is not that strong, it still has the same milky note from Soleil blanc but is more complex in my opinion. Think of Soleil de feu as dinner in Greece on a hot summer night drinking wine and eating seafood. Think of Soleil blanc as lunch on the beach at a boho restaurant.

I have a love/hate relationship with this perfume. I decided to wear this on my wedding day because I found it to be so unique and long lasting that it would always bring me back to that day. My Husband wore Eben Fume by Tom Ford and they are a lovely match together. Similar even. I wore it all through our honeymoon in Italy too and it smelt just delightful on warm summer skin at night. At first it is quite cinnamony but that goes away and the sandalwood is so intense on the warm skin with the creaminess form the tuberose it can be a bit heavy smelling but I really don't think it belongs in any other season. But even so it smells like a long lasting skin oil. When I wear it I frequently get compliments. My mom says it smells like the most amazing candle and I agree. The scent alone does not smell perfumey. It smells like waxy burning oil and it is lovely and entrancing but again could be a bit heavy. **Does NOT induce headaches thank the lord and I am sensitive to that**

This is the best thing I’ve smelled in a long while. And the most surprising, in a good way. I’ve never smelled anything like this combination of a slightly fresh almost cucumber feel in a spicy warm sandalwood. It sounds like it shouldn’t work, but it does. It’s magnificent. Really evokes the feeling of a holiday evening, when you don’t have time to wash your hair and hit the bar straight after a shower at the beach, with the smell of he sea still in your hair mixing with your warm ambery sandalwood perfume and the soft whisper of white florals and coconut from your shower gel. Love. Love. Love. Safe blind buy if you like sandalwood. I bought a 50ml and it’s worth every penny. Dry down is toasted coconut. To add: I put maybe 6 sprays on my skin at 8am this morning, it was still projecting in a meeting at 3pm, and I can still smell it on my skin at 6pm.

This is my kind of summer sun. Soleil Blanc always punches me in the face with the tuberose and Jasmin mix, as if someone was shouting `sUmMEr!!!!!!!` into your ear (or nose?) which really puts me off. Soleil de Feu, however, smells absolutely exquisite - transports me instantly to the pleasure of enjoying cold Rosé on a fun, carefree, summer afternoon in one of Ibiza`s elegant chiringuitos while wearing whites and beiges. Good performance on me (like usually with TF perfumes), interesting, evolving composition, vividly present without being heavy. Well played florals - not obvious, but absolutely vital. Price point of TF always sparks a conversation but it is very, very, very hard to find worthy and quality alternatives. My dream is to have a full collection of all my TF favourites organised by colour on my perfume shelf... Well - one of my dreams ;)

An update from my previous comment: I am SO HAPPY I got my hands on this one because i love it so much! I have and love Tobacco Vanille but this one is like the softer and more summertime sister. Still definitely holding onto that cinnamon warmth and at the start the vanilla is so true gourmand, creamy ice cream like with that sandalwood base that glides in after the dry down but doesn’t make it musky but just more smooth and an earthy tinge to the cinnamon. I will still wear this in winter especially on more mild days as it really can be worn all year round, longevity is surprisingly long lasting considering its a softer scent, not crazy projection but only need to spray it in the morning and still get nice whiffs of it throughout the day. I would consider this a more feminine leaning scent but guys can pull this off too!

Rich, lush, warm like a summer sunset. Absolutely beautiful, almost stunning creamy natural santalwood with amber, cinnamon, a hint of tobacco. I also detect a dryied fruits note in the muddle of evolution. A cinpliment getter it makes you simy shy. As a non TF fragrance lover, vecause I found them not so longevive, this one could ve a happy exception for me. I got almost 8 hours ferm longevity with 4 sprays. What I also found interesting is that this fragrance works amazing in warm temperature as it works stunning in the cold nights. Must find a convenient price for a backup, I simply adore it. ☀️👑 All the comparsions I see aboove on the "This perfume reminds me of" are disgustingly ridiculous...JPG Scandal?! These people who voted like this shoud be left without the right to vote anywhere.... 9 out of 10 rating

White Vanilla Absolute + Sage + lemony Elemi tree resin + Bayleaf + a touch of White Floral (I can’t identify) + Amber + Javanol (synthetic Sandalwood) + Spice (possibly Pink Pepper) + and possibly Osmanthus? If there is Tuberose in her its done in an extremely modern non-cloying way. But this white floral doesn’t smell like Tuberose tbh. Might be just the wrong information floating around. Has that solar note vibe found in the other white bottle TF frags. Sits close to the skin, low projection like most TF frags today to force you to overspray. Lasted about 4 hours. It’s another great scent from TF, but low projection won’t create hype for this with the public. Gorgeous fragrance! Effortlessly beautiful. Summer dress vibes. Would kill if a woman wore this in the office! <3 4/5 Woofs!

TLDR: Soleil de Feu smells like you're sipping on a Moscow Mule while lounging in a cabana on a warm beach Love it! This is going to sound weird, but....the opening is straight up Moscow Mule. Yes, I understand how nonsensical this may sound, based on the listed notes, but...it's what I immediately thought of after the initial spray. Now, the dry down: it quickly becomes more linear to the other TF Soleils - solar notes, with the same beachy vibes that Soleil Blanc contains. Personally, I adore this scent...but it is not a safe blind buy, IMO. Longevity is good. True unisex, with a slight lean more towards feminine. And definitely unique! I've never smelled anything quite like this. I think I'm in love!

Intellectually, I can comprehend that this is supposed to be a sweet and creamy floral on an amber and sandalwood base, but somehow my brain keeps interpreting that combination of notes as something more like cinnamon, maybe ginger and cardamom, but in a way that is soft and milky sweet, almost like a chai latte. It gives an impression of radiant heat. Linear. Unisex. Respectable performance. I really like it, enough to have bought the smallest size bottle, but I’m not sure I understand the marketing as a summer solar fragrance. To me this is a sweet, creamy, and slightly spicy fragrance that is simple and likable enough to wear any season or time of day.

Very spicy opening. Like an unsweetened chai cinnamon heart. Quickly the spiciness cools down to a creamy woods with gummy benzoin. It’s an odd experience because the benzoin is cold, not warm like it usually is mixed with (say Encens suave). This is also like a layering of tuberose nue with cinnamon or benzoin. Waxy benzoin. I adore the creamy sandalwood aspect. But I have SO many creamy sandalwood scents now Update: after a few days of full wear this scent was a lot more sticky, incensy benzoin heavy. Along with lots of spices and only a slight bit of sandalwood. Lots of cinnamon, dries with more vanilla tnis time. Lovely

I got a chance to have some of this sprayed on my wrist today at the Neiman Marcus counter; the sales associate never let it out of her hand or I would have sprayed it further. She said today was the first day they had it. It's just huge. It's a big blousey floral - amber bomb, and I'm usually never a fan of tuberose. It nearly glows warm summer. The amber saves it from being ordinary. That was 2+ hours ago and it's still going strong. I wanted to plunk down my $295 right on the spot and hang the consequences, but I managed to scurry away. People who aren't retired won't feel so constrained.

To me, this brings to mind the "feels" of Intuition for Men or Allure Homme in that this lighter, somewhat airy nature they all posess is constantly bringing you in closer for a stronger sniff of something nice. That can be frustrating at times, sure, but a glass-half-full outlook allows you to see the versatility you gain, and I see Soliel de Feu as such an easy wear throughout the year. This is a beauty, and unlike Intuition or Allure, SdF somehow manages to stick around being nice and serene for a surprisingly generous amount of time.

I'm a man and this is a 10/10 masterpiece for me. Not sure why they decided to market this as a female's fragrance. It's 100% unisex. Soleil de Feu deserves so much more attention than it gets. Every lady I've shown this to goes wide-eyed. Think caramelized cinnamon creme brulee next to a warm fire at Christmas time with a creamy sandalwood candle burning in the background. It is captivating and lasts forever. The tester strip in my room has had my room smelling like SdF for weeks.

I fell head over heels in love with this! The opening is very spiced sweet cinnamon and chai spices. Then it dries down to a nutty, creamy dreamy sandalwood with a honeyed orange blossom - very similar to Guerlain’s 190 Ans Absolue (Imagine) No sharp edges, very smooth and luxurious! It projects above average for 5 hours but lasts on my skin 12 plus hours. I get more of scent bubble if I spray on clothes. This is really magnificent for orange blossom and sandalwood lovers

☀️🌞☀️ Solar Sun Drenched Sultry Skin. Right off I do get the cinnamon but it is blended w a sweet fleshy tuberose and rich ambery warmth on sandalwood base. All notes blend very well and give off a summery, beach, tanned skin kind of scent. I love it. *transports me to childhood, using Bain de Soleil Per ingredient list, there are other secret notes not listed: cinnamon, tonka, and citrus. ( hexal cinnamal, benzyl cinnamate, cinnamyl alcohol, coumarin, limonene, citral)

A very good scent. Like a buttery, woody, vine-leavy, earthy biscuit house. Santal wood is very strong. But creamy. The smell makes you think its familiar but, also its a unique scent. Took it in my collection Edit: longevity is very longlasting. It is not screaming but you still smell it next day in your room from your tshirt like a soft coconut tuberose. I actually can’t get cinnamon. There is also a smell something like a green walnut shell. It is unisex

First impressions on skin are lots of cinnamon, powdery floral (abstract to me, not necessarily tuberose), and a touch of sandalwood and sweet benzoin. Something sweet and smoky akin to tobacco on my skin as well. It reminds me of something from Diptyque, though I cannot remember which. A bit surprised by its branding—I’m not getting much “Soleil” from this, and that’s a good thing as I find almost all of the other scents in this line overly sweet.

Amazing fragrance. Spicy and woody notes for the first hour after spray. Amber becomes more apparent as it dries in and floral notes come out. Unlike some Tom Ford fragrances it is not overpowering, and wont annoy other people around you. The combination of the beauty scents but also amber and spices of fall is so interesting and sets this fragrance apart from most. This is definitely the most interesting and unique Tom Ford fragrance Ive smelled.
