Tom Ford Taormina Orange features the most realistic mandarin orange note I have ever experienced. Its bright, natural citrus opening is simply outstanding and surpasses anything else I have encountered in this category. Among all of Tom Ford's Private Blend citrus fragrances, this is easily my favorite. My only criticism is the price, which is undeniably steep. Other than that, I have very little to complain about. The quality, realism, and overall composition are exceptional. I am generally not a fan of unisex fragrances, as many tend to lean too feminine for my personal taste. However, Taormina Orange strikes a perfect balance. As a man, I can wear it confidently without ever feeling that it is overly feminine. For anyone considering a purchase, this is one of the safest blind buys I can recommend. If you appreciate authentic citrus fragrances, Taormina Orange is absolutely worth experiencing.

Absolutely stunning release. Just been for an afternoon stroll around the fragrance section in Flannels to sample both this and Buongiorno by ADP as I wanted to sample both... ended up buying both. I’m in love with these scents and can’t decide which will be my summer staple. Both are very different, but there is something about the TF that is familiar, but can’t quite figure out what. It really isn’t a boring scent as some say, and having owned most of TF’s summer scents (with the last few being a bit boring), this is definitely a step up, or step back, to what TF used to be all about. This really is summer in a bottle. Edit: I remembered! It’s extremely close to Aqua Allegoria Forte Nerolia Vetiver Guerlain.

Imagine a stroll through the narrow streets of Taormina, where the cool sea breeze meets the blooming orange groves. The freshness of green mandarin and lime, sharpened by a touch of cardamom, gives way to the luxury of orange blossom absolute and succulent blood orange. The final touch: Earthy, sophisticated, and deeply evocative, thanks to patchouli and the rich depth of oakmoss that lingers on the skin like a warm memory. 🌿🌊 It is the fragrance of a person who adores light, quality, and the irresistible contrast between the brilliance of citrus and the depth of nature.

First wearing impression on skin: I didn't expect to like this one because Tom Ford fragrances have become overpriced disappointments. However, this one is very very good imo. It does share some of that lime character with azure lime and the drydown is absolute money. I don't expect performance from my citrus fragrances, I expect niche quality above all else and this one delivers on that front. If you like Azure Lime, you'll like this one, and you might even like it more.

I love this one. I think it’s even better than neroli portofino. NP for some reason is a little more muted to my nose, and this new one has more oomph and presence. It has a little bit of bitterness, but also a little bit of creaminess, which is so interesting and yummy. Projection is at least an arm’s length or more, longevity on my clothes is about 3 hours. I can see myself reaching for this one a lot this summer, along with a couple of Louis V’s citrus juices.

smelt this in the store and from all of the tom fords this one stood out a realistic blood orange, mandarin and orange in to one combined with orange blossom i had to spray this on to my skin and when going home i was smelling this none stop but sadly it quickly faded away maybe at first i thought i went nose blind but when i got back my mom said she didnt smell anything for the longevity its overpriced tho the smell you know its the best

It’s really good at the top and pretty good on the dry down. Starts off with strong citrus notes with oak moss supporting but dries down to oak moss with supporting citrus.... It performs about as well as Neroli Portofino which is not great but not terrible. Overall, it’s a unique scent that is well suited to warm weather with acceptable performance.
- em inglês
Hello my friends 💚. Unisex perfume refreshing bitter orange blossom and I love it for hot weather and I'm obsessed .. good longevity and projection, love the tiny sweet drydown in my skin. It was not in my taste but it make me rethink my preferences. So don't stop smelling you never know
- em inglês
A lovely citrus-orange blossom scent—a fresh, slightly creamy orange fragrance. It has a well-rounded profile and is easy to wear. It’s perfect for those who love orange and orange blossom scents. The performance is terrible, though. If it were an eau de cologne,
- em inglês
To the person below .. Dimitri bortnikoff indi perfumer will never come close to MASTER perfumer Anne flipo. What good does “high quality natural “ bortnikoff mean when it is blended to absolute sh*t
- em inglês
A bright and delicious burst of blood orange turns into a mask after ten minutes and then completely dissipates into nothing at all another ten minutes later. Smells divine, but lasts 20 minutes.
- em inglês
Orange spiced heavy, and the orange blossom comes through. Lives in the same world as Afternoon Swim. Heavy Citrus. Lovely unisex scent but also a bit basic. Longevity not great on skin.
- em inglês
Fantastic summer fragrance, as someone mentioned earlier i see similarities with afternoon swim. Decent longevity with moderate projection
- em inglês
Classic Tom Ford summer fragrance, very pleasant high quality scent, but performance mid asf. It’s not worth the price at all
- em inglês
Its good, strongest tom for freshie yet. retail is a bit much but lasts twice as long as mandarino d'amalfi and neroli.
- em inglês
最初は苦くて好きじゃなかったけど凄くいい匂いが漂ってきて購入してしまいました。腕には2時間で香りが消えてしまう。服に吹きかけたら12時間以上持続しました。服に吹きかけましょう。
- em inglês
I really do love it, but it’s perhaps the most overpriced Tom ford.

Taormina was a pleasant surprise from Tom Ford as his recent releases over the past few years have been hugely disappointing. Toarmina is Neroli Portofino (and the Forte version) after a dusting-off and a glow-up to rejuvenate and perfect all of its shortcomings. It’s brighter, juicier, more naturalistic and all about the blood orange and mandarin fruit rather than the softer orange blossom. Toarmina is more along the lines of Neroli Plein Sud, Orangea and even Bergamote 22 with its mouthwatering orange citric juiciness and with a green lime and oakmoss freshness. Finally, a job well done Tom Ford, and just in time for summer.

Anne Flipo took a bunch of Parisian/Italian Pharmacy manderin perfumes, some of which you can still buy today for under £10... and she slapped a Tom Ford label on it. Don't get me wrong, it's beautiful, just like the ones in the pharmacies but for what it is ans the fleeting skin scent which is gone within a hour... it's outrageously and hideously over priced.
- em inglês
I'm going to compare this to Neroli Portofino - similar scents, but if NP is floral citrus, this is fruity citrus. Very pleasant opening, like you just peeled an orange and the oils are still on your hands. The negatives - vanishingly short wear. It is fully gone from my skin in three hours. Hard to justify for the price.
- em inglês
Vibrant citrus. Eatable. The only problem is that this is completely unwearable. It's a bit too feminine and doesn't last. The orange is almost too realistic and the scent profile is a touch too feminine for me. I would love it if I could pull it off...
- em inglês
This smells amazing and lasts about 11 minutes. This is the whole orange tree - sweet fruit, bitter pith/peel, green leaves, woody wood. It's a really amazing scent - that doesn't last for sh*t. Frigging Tom Ford and his freshies.
- em inglês
The rich opening is of photorealistic blood orange, however the top notes don't stay long, and soon dissipate after about 20 minutes, this is when the heart notes of orange blossom and floral notes come out and live with you for approximately 30 minutes to an hour. 2 hours plus, your mostly getting the base notes of musk and patchouli, which are pleasing and nice as a skin scent, however you'll soon witness a sting from purchasing a 300 plus scent for barely 2 hours of performance. While I understand that citrus scents, are known to dissipate quickly, I'd rather forego the photorealistic blood orange and go with LV Afternoon Swim (Similar price for double the amount), or one of the many clones out there with this DNA. Love Tom Ford. Not worth the money unfortunately.
- em inglês
I tried this on skin and found it to be easily the most underwhelming of all the Tom Ford citrus fragrances, which I have tried or owned all of. Mandarino di Amalfi is the best of the range. This is a generic orange scent, put simply, with slightly below average performance. I love citrus fresh scents and have too many in my collection. I was VERY interested in this. Sadly, the dream wasn't fulfilled! I saw someone compare this to Louis Vuitton Afternoon Swim. This is COMPLETELY different and far inferior to it!
- em inglês
I just tried this at Sephora.. and the briny orange opening is amazing. It dries down to something far different (and rather quickly). Within an hour this moves to a musky and powdery scent retaining some of the orange. That dry down makes this a niche-style scent that isn't going to be for everyone. My gut reaction is that the dry down leans a touch too female. If someone could make an opening like this last, I would jump on it. I loved that part!

Basically a lemon cologne which you can find under $5 anywhere in Turkey.
- em inglês
astringent . i pictured lemon leafs, you still have orange peel under your nail from lunch, and for breakfast, an evil Sunny Delight . no florals (besides obvious orange blossom) or cardamom, noticeable aromatics and musk . its realistic quality and aliveness is what i find artistic about it . will it be the next bitter peach or lost cherry? no, this wont last long, on skin or its production . in times of uncertainty we crave something real, simple, safe, maybe nostalgic, which Taormina Orange is doing well . maybe the sephora air was making me sensitive and dizzy, idk . i usually love TF but not here .
- em inglês
Despite my high hopes for a fresh summer scent, tormina only delivered bitter orange on my skin. No white flowers or anything to balance the orange. After a while, it was only some sort of bitterness not even the orange itself. Is it me or perfumers are cost cutting? I am not buying a perfume just because its Tom Ford.
- em inglês
Classic formulation reminds me of antique perfumes from the 16th century. Not original, not modern, not long lasting either. 2/10
- em inglês
El peor de los cítricos de la colección privada Tom Ford. A día de este comentario el más nuevo. 4/10
- em inglês
Maturing is to realize that Tom Ford doesn't know how to make oranges. Horrible.
- em inglês
A bright citrus opening that immediately collapses into a humid, herbal-orange-blossom haze. The herbal note feels sharp and slightly green-bitter, and the orange blossom turns warm, fuzzy, and cosmetic — the same structure found in Diptyque Eau des Sens. The whole thing becomes a humid, herbal, slightly plasticky citrus-floral fog with no mineral clarity.
- em inglês
BORING BORING BORING. Don't get me wrong it doesn't smell bad but really nothing I would spend my money on.

My own take on Taormina Orange and then the impression it gave the people around me was very different. For me TO starts out as a crisp almost dry orange with some lime zest and a few translucent soap bubbles on the side. The sweets and the florals are kept to a minimum in this refreshing open; it feels like it is tailor made for very hot weather, being airy and refreshing in the same way sparkling water is. TO is comfortable at this point in its minimalist nature and is appealing for its stripped down cleanliness; my only complaint is that I wish the orange lasted longer. What replaces it after a bit, to my nose, is a repressed jasmine and a mushy orange flower that add kind of a dirty and damp under layer to the crisp top notes. That was my version of it, anyway, and that’s where Taormina Orange lost me. If that clean and sparkling open could have lasted longer I would call this a minimalist treasure. But it feels like someone had designed a crisp stark white room and just couldn’t help but keep adding stuff to it until its striking simplicity was lost. People around me however complimented me on this white flowers part of the perfume and called it a pretty and sweet honeysuckle. That surprised me but it’s worth mentioning; people like Taormina Orange and can smell it on you. It lasts about 5 hours before fading away.
- em inglês
Literally smells like a fresh orange peel with some oomph radiating out for the first 1.5hours or so. After that, good luck knowing it's there unless you smell close to the skin. If you have that money money, this would be an incredible gym scent or a dumb reach for some errands or a walk in the park or whatever... but for the average person, would be a waste of money. Really great first hour though, a true citrus bomb masterpiece scent. My advice as a freshy/citrus fan, just get Molecule 01+Mandarin. It's just as good and actually lasts and the sillage is INCREDIBLE. It's also pricey though but that one is justified, it performs (and is a layering boss).
- em inglês
Citrus & White Floral - done in a very Tom Ford way. It's perfectly unisex. It's not very strong though. It's quiet and understated. Opening is definitely orange-like, but the white florals dance around in the back a bit. Theres a small touch of a tangy fizz like quality to it, as well as a bit of sweetness in there too. To the common nose, they may not notice the attention to detail and the nuance in this that makes it what it is. Overall I really enjoy the scent, but I detest the price and the longevity is poor. That said, TF is moving in the right direction if they keep building scent profiles like this.
- em inglês
Smells very good, it’s like Neroli Portofino in the base with green orange peel in the opening through the middle notes, borderline cleaning product but not to the extreme. Also, it has less of the vintage feel in NP. At times you can smell the neroli from NP, Mandarino di Amalfi’s floral notes and minerality, plus the orange peels specific to this fragrance. I actually like this a lot, performance is alright; to me this is a better orange fragrance than Afternoon Swim and it performs better too. Not for the price, tho, I think TF 50mls should be between 150 and 200 retail, no more.

If you could bottle Summer '26, this would absolutely be it. I've been collecting fragrances for a long time and I've always had this urge to find the best blood orange fragrance but it's so hard to put into words what exactly you want as they all differ. I went from Shay & Blue's Blood Orange to Acqua di Parma's Arancia la Spugnatura and more. They're all wonderful in their own way but they never really scratched the itch I had. I wanted something like Light Blue Forever but Blood Orange edition, ya know? I think this is as close as I'll get. I feel satisfied.
- em inglês
I blind bought this one and I'm kinda disappointed with it. Generally, I'm a huge fan of the TF Colognes like Neroli Portofino and Mandarino, but this one isn't as good IMO. It's perfectly fresh and pleasant, but lacks the "juice" of NP and Mandarino. It's quite similar to Hermès Eau d'Orange Verte, but maybe even simpler. It's not sweet or "resort-y" at all like NP or Afternoon Swim. It's sort of an office freshie if anything. 6/10.
- em inglês
Tom Ford I am sooooo bored. Please stop with these citrus scents. This one to me is dirty and just smells like orange peel skin. I would never want to smell like this. I did like Oud voyager though. That’s definitely one of their better releases in the last few years. Would never wear this or recommend this. ESPECIALLY at this price point. HUGE PASS.
- em inglês
This smells like its in the neroli portifino family, a little blood orange in top notes, i think its unisex, not that exciting, just tom ford a drop different. I don't get why it's not just regular orange. I think this scent is more spring that pure summer fragrance. Not really Afternoon Swim different company, style is different.
- em inglês
As an orange-scented perfume, Afternoon Swim is miles ahead. TO is a remix of Neroli Portofino, but it hasn't really changed much. The scent is incredibly faint, like scented water. I'm really starting to worry about the value for money with Tom Ford. There are SO many better alternatives for spring and summer.
- em inglês
mediocre freshie at best, doesnt smell natural orange-y at all. every time i try a tom ford fragrance i am disappointed, dog shit cheap quality perfumes every single time. If you really want a high quality orange fragrance do yourself a favor and get afternoon swim.
- em inglês
it's like if Mandarino di Amalfi and Azure Lime procreated at first sniff. little touch of Neroli Portofino which im assuming is due to the orange blossom since it has a neroli vibe. waiting to see what it does on the dry down but it's very uplifting and fresh.
- em inglês
Agree with the reviewer below that says it smells amazing and lasts 11mins. Maybe more like 20mins on me...just long enough to convince me to buy a travel size thinking I've found this amazing bitter orange. It becomes a watered down moss smell.
- em inglês
Nice orange blast at top. Then evolves to white florals musky slightly soapy heart. At base it feels sooo familiar, think Mugler Cologne but orange version with some of the creamy musky feel from Eau Soliel Blanc . Will retry for sure
- em inglês
When will people stop dropping $300 on weak designer juice? I can buy 2 high quality natural fragrances with that money. This Tom Ford is not that. Bortnikoff is such a superior value for money proposition it’s not even funny.
- em inglês
It smells the same as Eau de Bahia from institut Cinq Mondes. Smells like lime and orange peel, and a tad bit of sweetness. It's absolutely divine and fresh!
- em inglês
A good quality citrus fragrance, may be a simple orange and wood fragrance but smells natural. And smells similar to Tanger by Ormonde Jayne
- em inglês
Ultimate citrus perfume. Look no further. Getting 10+ hours longevity from a citrus perfume is unbelievable. TF nailed once more. Hail!!!
