Tommy Now

"Tommy Now" is a beautiful fragrance. In spite of average ratings by online reviewers, still went for a blind buy since I liked the original Tommy. Not disappointed at all. It does have some characteristics of its parent - "Tommy" OG, but this one is much better refined and less pungent. Definitely not redundant even if you have the original. The opening citrus is beautiful. It has some great Tea notes as well which is not mentioned. The ginger and moss are also noticeable and good. Surprisingly, "Tommy Now" has a close resemblance to "BVLGARI Man"(about 75% close) due to its lovely Tea notes. If you are unable to get your hands on Bvlgari Man, then try this one instead, it gives similar vibes. However, its a weak scent and longevity is poor at about 2~3 hrs only. Projectivity is good in that short period. Got a 100ml bottle for $13 in Oct-2021. So nothing to complain about for this price. Made in Switzerland.

It's a very heavy citrus smell but smells incredibly nice. It has a sporty smell to it and works best during the day. Projection is pretty decent and you don't want to be using more than 4 sprays of this. It last around 5-7 hours depending on how many sprays you use but it's very weak at the end of it. Can be used year round except for those really hot and/or humid days. You will wanna stay away from this if it's humid.

This is a warmer, or rather spicier (the ginger addition) version of the original, so it could also be good on colder days and if you loved the original you’d love this one, because it keeps the same characteristics, and smells quite delicious, at projects well at first The only downside is the performance... 2-3 hours and it’s gone . Like the beloved original, it’s a good one to carry in the gym bag.

Carr's Ginger Lemon Cremes Cookies. The amber note gives it the creme wafer vibe. What CH VIP, the original did, give you a gourmand but made it crisp and refreshing at the same time; TH NOW does that in s different way. Casual, daytime, informal warm evenings, gym, beach. Office safe. For the price and easy wearing experience, it's an easy recommendation.

I don't know where all the negativity comes from. Its actually a really gorgeous scent. Clean and versatile allrounder. Vetiver done in a very youthful way. For the price definitely worth a purchase.

This is the original Tommy with a modern twist. They made it ”blue” and a little bit darker but kept Tommy from 1995 in the mix. I still love the OG, but to be honest it’s a bit dated. Tommy Now 👍

Wow, this one took me by surprise. Fresh, orange fruity, a bit heavy for summer, but really energetic and blueish. Good one.

Affordable at discount sellers and its a gem it reminds me of the OG. Love the dry down.

Ever see the "I want item but we already have item at home" memes? Tommy Hilfiger Tommy Now is the item at home for Grey Veitver, Guerlain Vetiver, Dunhill Icon and even Cuba Black. It is a stripped down take on those scents. If it isn't at discounters already, Tommy Now should be soon... I don't hate the scent which is a bit weird for me if I can't wear Grey Vetiver or Vetiver. It opens with a mandarin orange with some bergamot and the ginger and the moss. The moss I don't know what it is gives off the vetiver feel. I get some geranium similar to eighties and nineties scents. It has some Amber wood but isn't bathed in it like more modern scents are. With the notes, this is a case of marketing blunder. There is nothing "now" about Tommy Now. It is a vintage style fragrance. That said it is a very much office ready scent and a kick it scent. It is for more mature kids who want something that isn't the standard mass appealing scents. Tommy Now is very much a Tommy Hilfiger fragrance. The performance is in line with Tommy releases and it is decent considering pricing compared to others if you are not a fraghead and know to shop around for the best deal. It is wearable nearly all year but it is mostly a daytime scent. Tommy Hilfiger Tommy Now is a 6.8 to me. It is far more wearable than Guerlain Vetiver to me but Dunhill icon is far better. Guerlain Vetiver is maybe a few dollars more on most retailers.

Mesmo possuindo as mesmas notas de topo que sua versão "girl", "tommy now" começa com um frutado mais apimentado, quente e verde que sua versão feminina, que, ao ser aplicado, explode numa bomba de aromas frutados cítricos bem leves e refrescantes. Ele chega com a suavidade que a bergamota e a tangerina trazem, porém entrega o acorde de forma mais pesada que o "girl", se tornando mais marcante e masculino. Ao longo do tempo ele vai, aos poucos, se tornando mais amargo, provavelmente por causa do musgo presente em sua base. Diferentemente de sua outra versão, que tem as mudanças de fase bem nítidas e satisfatórias, tommy tem uma performance bem redonda, se mantendo praticamente com o mesmo aroma do início ao fim. Definitivamente essa fragrância é feita pra quem gosta de cheiros picantes e equilibradamente pesados (carregando peso e leveza o suficiente, sem se tornar sombrio ou fresco demais).

Citrus open that leans more lemon than orange (bergamot influence), with ginger and slight spice from cardamom picking up quickly in the mid notes. The ginger hangs around for the base that gets slightly woody. This is a simple scent profile, but it's nice. Given it isn't expected to last more than a couple hours, it makes for a very good gym or quick errands scent. I believe I found my 30ml for $15 at Ross, so it makes for a great value. If Tommy ever wants to make a EDP or Parfum of this style, I want in because the classic 90s DNA comes through in this and is pretty solid, so a richer concentration with more depth would do quite well I believe.

TOMMY NOW 🪵🍋🇺🇸 This “FLANKER” is a modern and remastered version of the original Tommy Tommy (1995). The Opening highly AROMATIC; a blast of CITRUS and GINGER; a room filler. The MOSSY accord makes it smell a bit VINTAGE and Gentlemanly. The dry out turns WOODY and EARTHY. Clean and versatile: every occasion, all year around. Performance is not the best, but Quality/Price is ok.

today i tried twelve current fragrances (mostly flankers of flankers, all the Y's, all the sweet obsolete releases etc) and some older ones i never had the chance to sample before and i went with tommy now. fresh and deep. 7/10

There’s something really pleasant about this scent 👍. I think it’s one of the best picks in the budget-friendly category 💸. Great for everyday wear, and works well for the office or outdoor activities 👔🌤️.

Testing this now and it is very faint after the first hour with two sprays. Gingery and lemony with may be hint of geranium and moss. Not too bad but not very special either. Still a respectable release.

I haven't had 1 person smell this who didn't go back for a second whiff - longevity could be better, give us an edp of this

Apart from the immediate opening spray, once it settles this is in the same vein as LV L’Immensitè, no joke!

I got a small 1 oz sample of Tommy Now to try before committing to a full bottle. Since I enjoy some of the other Tommy fragrances, I was curious about this one. My first impression is that it's very bright and sharp, with a noticeable ginger note—probably more ginger than I've ever encountered in a cologne. The ginger blends with the citrus, and there's a hint of geranium as well. It’s not bad, but I think I prefer the original Tommy. I’ll hold off on buying a full bottle because while I like it, I don’t love it. My Score: 6.5/10. If you're a fan of ginger, it could easily be a 9."

Smells gorgeous and well-judged, but seems to dissipate to nothing after 10-15 minutes. Kinda like my Tommy Hilfiger backpack - wonderfully stylish until you realize the zip can't hold their place and the bag falls open in the grocery store mid-shopping with all my stuff hanging out. The money is better spent elsewhere due to middling quality. Thus ends my Tommy Hilfiger love affair ;)

As a 43 year old, single man, this seems to suit me and attracts the young ladies as well. Not as high end as Chanel Homme Sport EDT but still a good, warm weather fragrance.
