Sublime Eau de Parfum

This is a fruity, citrusy floral that is so clean and so fresh but she is not to be underestimated; she comes with an edge. I love that they designed Sublime to have a leather base note because that's what makes her so different. She's a clean girl but she's also a badass that likes to take risks. She's taken seriously but she's also a lot of fun and doesn't take herself too seriously! The mood of Sublime is like wearing a silk gown with combat boots or lingerie with a leather jacket. It has a metallic sourness to it that I actually love! The big silver round top on the bottle is very accurate to the metallic sourness of the fragrance. Better in spring/summer but also great for layering in the fall. I like to layer it with Santal 33 because they both have that leather base. This has definitely become one of my signature scents! The sillage is definitely moderate and the longevity is mid, wish it lasted longer but I don't mind reapplying because the journey to dry down is truly an experience!

I could see why some people don’t like this scent. It doesn’t smell typically like a perfume. It does smell like a new car, especially with leather seats. I personally enjoy that, but I would understand why some wouldn’t be inclined to wear it. It’s also somewhat run-of-the-mill, but there is something so nostalgic (not dated) about it, I could tear up. It’s instantly dear to my heart for that reason. Sublime is a clean, crisp, easy and breezy smell. It’s citrusy, but not sharp, and the leather and patchouli ground it. There’s an uplifting yet calming quality about it, and it’s suitable for everyday wear, work or even a brunch out with friends. To me it doesn’t smell niche, but it smells luxe and old money. It’s not trying hard to garner attention, and I personally feel confident and laid back in it. It’s an underrated fragrance.

Belle trudged through the misty forest to find the Beast's old castle overgrown with thorny bushes and climbing ivy. Creeping through the halls, she stumbles an enormous library full of dusty leather bound books. She is enamored by the vast array of rare and out of print books and begins reading feverishly, seeming to forget all about why she'd come. As the sun goes down, the sound of rain hitting the castle stones reminds her that she's not going home tonight, or maybe ever. She curls up in an old armchair and reads by candle light untill she closes her weary eyes and drifts off to dreams land.

This is shockingly a good scent! It's sexy, even...that citrus opening and the leather play quite well together!..Then the peachy osmanthus, with rose and a bit of patchouli adds some depth! I see you,Tory! Sublime is a day into night spring/summer scent! Probably a little too bright for the winter unless your climate allows for it. Performance is also above moderate, here...about 8/9 hrs of wear. Not a projection monster, and you probably don't want to this to be loud, it remains present though. Overall I'd give Sublime a 8/10.

This scent is quite the hidden gem, but it's discussion amongst frag comm was definitely short lived. The scent is a beautiful interpretation of modern day 90's vibes, imo. It opens bright and citrus not like cleaning products more like fresh fruit, then it tries down into the floral components, I experience the leather and patchouli throughout. This fragrance is simple, nostalgic and sort of complex all at the same time. Its very interesting! Performance is moderate and I expect to wear it more this summer.

This one shocked me! Truly was not expecting much but upon sniffing on my skin and paper I’m instantly reminded of a leather purse scented with perfume samples or an expensive leather purse store. Refreshing while also being grounded. The only leather perfume I’ve been able to wear and still feel feminine. Highly recommend. Can’t say too much on the longevity since it’s still fairly new to me but I have received compliments when I felt I could no longer smell it

I came here to see if I was correct in smelling ginger in SUBLIME, but it’s not listed. I am very disappointed with the number of ratings of this fragrance because this is STUNNING! This is high level craftsmanship and a ‘niche’ smell: how many designers fragrances give you “ginger” or something like it that is soft yet bold? And bright. The good thing is the price point... I guess I will get a couple of back ups in preparation for discontinuation.

This scent was surprisingly good! I wasn't expecting much as it's not rated very high, but it's very light and refreshing! It smells very clean and fresh. The floral and citrus note come through very strong, but not at all overpowering. I'd gladly buy a full bottle of this, especially as it's not that expensive. Edited to add: I just did buy the full bottle for only $26, so totally worth it!

I love the scent. Its very clean fruity and fresh. It might last 45 minutes. I lovvvvve it when I first spray it. Then, it's gone. For the price and having to keep respraying, it's not worth it to me. Kind of like a body mist in the longevity/sillage. Mehhhh

Very pretty smelling but so faint initially that I needed to do multiple sprays. It still is faint despite numerous sprays. I can barely tell I am wearing any perfume. It does have a light, slightly citrus floral scent when I can detect anything.

Unique clean scent. On me all I can smell is ivy and soft leather. It is light and not annoying or heavy. I love it 😻

Somehow strikes the perfect balance between undeniably pretty and brazenly confident—simply sublime.

This is nice. Fresh, citrusy. Clean. I agree with bagaceirababy‘s description, “ Like rich lady in her white outfit enjoying her european summer in a riviera.” It’s like walking past lemon trees while on vacation, you’re a little hot but there’s a slight breeze. The leather is subtle, it’s not loud like it can sometimes be. It’s enough to add a little spice, a little toughness. It makes this fragrance mysterious. My mom would love this, I think I’ll get this as a gift for her. I think the way the leather interacts with the citrus just gives “rich girl in a boujee hotel lobby” vibes, and it has absolutely sold me on this fragrance. It’s what I love most about this. This fragrance is perfect for a formal event in the summer or springtime. For some reason, a graduation party or wedding reception is coming to mind as a perfect event to wear this to.

Smells like a brand new car with a bit of magnolia. It also reminds me of stepping into a fancy clothing store & that scent that hits you the moment you walk in. It’s just very commercial smelling. I have a little vial I got as a free sample & im definitely gonna use it as car freshener. I actually really like it but I can’t see myself wearing it. This fragrance is cold & sterile & yet I can’t stop smelling it. This would be fantastic as a candle. I think in order for me to comfortably wear this I would have to be properly dressed. A very crisp outfit & long peacoat. Hair slicked back in a bun, gold jewelry & an expensive leather bag. It’s giving me young adult that comes from old money & owns several horses.

Pretty yet it’s basically a cryptic redo of the original. I own the original Tory Burch EDP and this smells almost identical (Sublime is fresher and lighter) until the 4 hour mark. This is an orange, peach, Osmanthus dominant scent. You can’t shake the floral, citrus for the first 3 hours. It’s overwhelming and saddens me because I didn’t want Tory Burch original EDP. At hour 4 it completely converts to patchouli, Vetiver mix, it’s like the top notes were never there to start, its DNA is gone. I wish the dry-down was the scent at the opening versus later when it’s a skin scent. I get zero leather. I am wondering if I should let my bottle macerate a few months and see what I get after it’s had time to settle.

This scent performed somewhat differently than I expected on my skin, although I still like it a lot. At the beginning, I primarily got a rich tangy blend of orange and peach. It reminded me somewhat of orange marmalade, but not quite as sweet. After an hour or so, I started getting hints of something powdery before it turned into to this cozy blend of powdery and mildly animalic accords. I barely noticed any of the green notes here, even in warmer weather. It’s got moderate longevity and sillage, so I can’t imagine it being too offensive in the workplace unless the wearer bathes in it.

At first spray, elusive notes of ripe peach and mandarin dance in and out, giving way to a wave of magnolia, rich and mysterious, with hints of mandarin flickering beneath the surface. As it settles, a shadowy undertone of rose draped in leather emerges, grounding the fragrance in a spellbinding warmth. Altogether, this scent lingers on my skin in a way that beckons me to wear it on a fall or winter evening out.

Honestly this seems to be a personal skin scent. After reading the reviews I was surprised. I kept waiting for the dry down which never came. It stayed very orange. Not fruity exactly but orange, with a hint of floral. I only tried a small amount yesterday. It did last hours and has great sillage, but I feel I need a full pulse point day to really see if it comes out of Orange Sanguine Atelier Cologne territory. Bottle is gorgeous, though.

At first I smelled it and thought, "Okay, another office safe scent", but before I could even put the test strip down, I thought, "wait... is it though??" There's a little bit of sexiness in there. Very subtle, very coy. You could wear this around your work crush and make him swoon while looking innocent the whole time! It gives the same vibes as "You'd never know I have sexy lingerie on under my tailored slacks." I like it.

Like the name itself, it is truly sublime ... it’s a pause. It’s calm and clean not in your face. A scent I would wear on a spa day, or when I’m curled up watching Netflix at home while it’s raining outside. A simple, no brainer scent. Not complicated, not deep. Wow I did not expect to like this as much as I thought! It is FB worthy, I love how the leather makes this floral-freshie smell so sophisticated. The vetiver is also a really nice touch that gives it depth without making it masculine. Love love love. Smells very luxurious yet still fresh. I can actually smell the peach a lot on my skin as well, which I love. Sublime reminds me of the Fleur Narcotique DNA.

To my nose it reminds me of walking through a department store in the fall and getting whiffs of the leather coats and the perfume counter in the air. Neither one is overpowering, but the scents seem to blend together for a nice, pleasant smell. On first spray, the citrus is reminiscent of Happy by Clinique. Very pleasant and an easy wear to me but not necessarily ground breaking.

Another reviewer hit it on the head - this gives Boss Lady vibes. Lawyer, Exec, Wedding planner, Yacht Sales, etc. The scent starts very sharp and green. Let it calm down a bit. It stays intense through the middle with floral and stems. Some sweetness with the peach. Don't be scared by the leather. The bottle design even reminds me of an executive boardroom encased in glass .

There is extremely sharp green note combine with lemon, it’s almost unbearable at first, but after this green Ivy note calms down beautiful super fresh magnolia starts coming trough. Leather is bit heavy for such a fresh parfume, but definitely interesting, original fragrance. Way too sharp for me.

This smells very similar to Guiding Water by The Harmonist. Almost identical but slight less intense and at a fraction of the cost. I prefer this bottle compared to the Guiding Water black bottle. If I didn’t own GW I would get Sublime.

Wasn't sure about this at first. It seems to morph into different scents and then ends up being softly sexy. Think of a softer version of Coriander. The Patchouli & Vetiver thing going on. Yeah, that's what I get. I like it! :)

This smells exactly like walking in a mall in between the shoe section and fragrance counter! The leather and floral combination works surprisingly well, and the peach adds a nice juicy touch. Hmm interesting!

If sparkling water was a light peach and orange spritz. A little too feminine even with leather accord. Very green/herbal. Magnolia softens but makes it basic. It's nice but not anything different.

Really pretty clean solar scent. A great summer signature scent and good value for the money. Lasts about 4 hours on my skin with intimate projection and the bottle is stunning.

What a cheerful floral! Fresh flowers with a touch of fruit and barely-there leather. Very nice. I’m adding this sample to my summer selections.

Like a hot leather car seat on a summers day but in a good way somehow

Opening is delicious and unusual. Bright citrus dirtied up with woody greens. I get a lot of the ivy all the way through and it's a cool, unique element. Love the idea of these notes together, but the peach gets sickening for me in the dry down. It doesn't act like a top note - it peaks out when the mandarin fades and really clings on. Now I can't stand peach scent in anything. Don't let me put you off though (especially if you like peach), because it's really unique and classy. A fancy, sexy, Monaco spring/summer scent. I think I could be just super sensitive to peach because it's not a highly voted note above. Does anyone else think that the marketing for this is a bit odd though? I wouldn't have picked this kind of scent to be a hit with Kendall Jenner's core fanbase. I almost didn't even try it because she was the face of it - assumed it would be too young/generic. It's not.

This opens with a very sharp citrus, if you're not a lemon fan I wouldn't recommend it. The magnolia isn't clearly magnolia to me, but it's quite clean as it dries down and the lemon chills out a little. You can tell it's a white floral, but it could pass as "freesia". Only after half an hour to an hour does the suede-y leather begin to show it's character, it's truly a classically feminine leather however (who cares about gender though, wear what you like), and smells like a handbag. It's very clean, and has a crisp quality about it. Very "office core". It's not particularly memorable to me personally, but could make for a great easy-reach or work fragrance.

Sublime feels familiar - like the seemingly cool girl that reinvents herself every so often, and each time it's unforgettable. Maybe it's the design of the bottle, or the dry down of sweet mandarin that keeps you coming back for more. Unfortunately, the sharp, almost crude opening of leather is anything but Tory's promise of sensuality. It's headache inducing. But hey, she's the cool girl. If you can get past that initial note, you may find yourself pleasantly surprised by the gentle floral bouquet.

Another sample I was gifted and unfortunately another miss for me. That being said this is really not the kind of fragrance I would have reached for anyway so don't let this influence you at all. It's foaming soap and a squeaky clean porcelain sink in a decent hotel room. Some vague blend of bright citrus and greenery. I really don't get wood at all here. It borders on an herbal lemon cocktail of some kind. I cannot imagine a world where I reach for this but if you like "freshies",own a pair of white capris, wear open toed wedges, keep your roots bleaches and that shoulder length hair layered to the heavens then maybe this is for you. I say this with all the love in the world. love you ladies lol <3

I know it's listed as mandarin, but all I smell is bergamot and leather. I don't hate it but I find it kind of boring. Not my cup of tea. Pulls pretty unisex. A citrus freshie with a lot of leather. The juice doesn't match how cool the bottle looks. Pretty shocked to learn that this has peach notes? There is nothing sweet or peachy about this. I'm picking up on the rose and magnolia, but yeah...meh. Mostly citrus. A bergamot fruit dressed in a motorcycle jacket. It doesn't smell bad by any means, just not my thing. Might work for you if you love freshies.

bought a travel size (cute lil cap on it by the way . tested on paper forgot to test on wrist but when I got mine home it gagged🤢 me (from the patch and leather i suppose ..i’m favor of a tiny bit of these2 notes i’ve only found a handful of scents that do them perfect the top notes smelled like the name says...sublime update i think it’s not as harsh as i first reckoned and i wear it more now it’s in the cutest travel bottle (don’t like the design of fb much. but as it’s just a like i’ll stick with my travel size

Not for me. This smells like you are wearing a leather jacket with some citrus body spray. It smells very pretty on paper but as soon as it hits skin, that leather is prominent.

Sublime opens with a fruity note that immediately feels off to me—almost artificial and strangely sharp. As it develops, that fruitiness turns sour, with an ammonia-like edge that’s hard to ignore. Instead of smoothing out or warming up, the opening just becomes more unpleasant the longer it sits. Overall, it comes across as weirdly sour and chemically rather than fresh or elegant, and it never settles into anything I enjoy.

Very tart unripened peach and green ivy to start but becomes a leather fragrance. This smells like cheap scrap hide my mother who was a leather craftsman would find no use for. Very unappealing. The vetiver in here is overdone as well. This is a very screechy, unappealing mess.

This is one of the most vile perfumes I’ve ever had the displeasure of testing. It’s reminiscent to the scent that can only be found at the bottom of a grandma’s handbag.

Smell cheap, very sweet and animatic. Uninteresting and I feel myself unpleasant wearing it. Osmantus, rose and peach don’t play well in this bottle for me.

When I first smelled this on my skin, it brought me back to how Victoria’s Secret used to smell back in the late 80s and early 90s. Remember before they got so big and started selling their own frag lines - they scented the store with this really well-balanced soft, clean floral scent while classical music used to play while you shopped? Or shopping at Laura Ashley in the ‘80s when the original “Emma” perfume wafted gently through the store? (The updated Emma IMHO sadly smells nothing like the ethereal original.) Sublime is that scent! To me, this would be worn by a woman who is confident and is at the pinnacle of her life: she has the world by the tail. She is purely professional: hair in an up-do, studious glasses, looks impeccable in a skirt or a pants-suit. This is what I’d imagine a judge, litigating attorney, or CEO of a company would wear. For me, it’s definitely a daytime office fragrance. Don’t overdo it though. More is not better with this! As with the woman who wears this, you’ll want it to reveal itself slowly by the sum of its parts, not as a rushed and forced-upon whole piece. This is for a woman who knows how to take her time to get the best results in anything she does - SHE’S in charge. The price point though... So not worth it! When the prices come down to earth like the grounded women is who wear this, then I’ll think about purchasing a whole bottle. Until then, sadly the sample sizes will have to do 🖤

Spritzed a bit on my arm at my local Ulta. My first impression was ozonic rose...I liked it but I'm not a huge rose fan, so I passed on picking up a mini set. However, as the scent developed, I could not stop sniffing my arm, fell in love, and decided to go back for the mini set the next day. After three weeks of wear, I now find it FBW. There's tension here that I really enjoy....the rose is really prevalent at first, pulled kind of creamy and juicy by the peach and orange, then subverted and balanced by the other florals, ivy, vetiver, and patch, which read 'ozonic' to me, but might read sharp, metallic, green, or herbal to others. I usually find leather scents too heavy, spicy, or masculine, but here I experience a lightness and a depth at the same time that I find really appealing and makes this combo unique in my collection. Sublime's ingredients highlight the facets of each that I enjoy most and the result is languorously feminine; sophisticated but humble, with a confidence and ease in it's development and expression that suits me. There's a touch of nostalgia here, but for what I can't quite put my finger on....maybe my aunt's Louis Vuitton handbag as I dug around in it at church looking for gum...it's subtle though bc Sublime reads mostly modern otherwise, imho. Bonus points awarded for moderate sillage (I'm not looking to blast anyone's face off) while achieving all-day longevity.

To my rose, it is an inoffensive bright white floral perfume which is suitable for office wear or all year round daywear. Smells pleasant and the note from Magnolia is pretty present. The leather note is underneath not in a loud and typical way, but adding a bit of masculinity to offset the feminity of floral notes, in a sense making this scent not too girly but strengthening on the "confidence, independence" image that the brand wants to protray with it. Overall, it is pleasant, difficult to dislike, but also not easy to be impressed.

Sniffed on an insert. A very sensual, fruity leather perfume! I actually really like this, but I don’t know how it would translate to the skin. I think it smells great. Tried it on my skin, pulls VERY much leather (not surprising, leather dominates on me) with a hint of rose and mandarin. Performance is somewhat weak. Dries slightly smoky. I think it smells good but I don’t prefer it on. Someone with better chemistry would probably have good luck with it though

The dry down reminds me of the mineral smell of rocks and concrete when rains. It's powdery in an dusty, earthy way. For that reason, it has a similar vibe to Bvlgari au the Bleu, though the effect is achieved with different notes and doesn't actually smell the same.
