Sublime Rose

Of all five new fragrances i liked sublime rose the best! (I wore and road tested cosmic wood, sublime rose and mystic geranium, i didnt really wear divine moon or electric sky yet but i sniffed them). I really loved this one, i like this rose interpretation. It is not a fresh cut rose, it is not a dark rose. I think the black currant makes it slightly jammy to me. It is not similar to anything else i currently have, i think i could have fun layering this one, you could make it sweeter or chocolatey or maybe add some musk or leather, or oud i think would be great. I will likely buy a fb of this one just bc it is versatile, multi season, any occasion, and great performance on my skin. Very happy with this scent. Update: im wearing this again today and i like it even more than i recall! I am getting a lot of black currant and i really love it. It isnt too sweet and it isnt too cloying. I think it is a great fall winter fragrance.

On my this is a nice, light rise scent. It’s very rose forward, but not heavy or overpowering. On me with a moisturizing base it lasts 6-7 hours though the sillage doesn’t last that long - that’s maybe 2 hours. I can smell it still on my clothes at the end of the day though. I’m super picky about rose scents but really like this one. It’s light enough for daytime wear but pretty enough for a date night out.

Not a fan of rose frangrances but this is DIVINE. The best in the Tory Burch line. I sampled them all for a day each. I wanted more of this one. It is like the incredible beauty of rose with a jammy (some kind of berries) scent along with a woodsy solid patchouli base. It is a safe floral. Does not smell cheap at all. It's the most beautiful take on rose that I came across from a new perfume recently.

Love this! It's given a calm, classy, woody like you're sitting among a roses garden with peacefulness nature around. Normally I'm not a big fan of rose(but not hate it) but I keep smelling my skin when wearing this one. I've tried 4 of this perfume line at the counter and I came back to buy a full bottle of this. It's definitely give a unique sense so you better try it rather than blind buy.

Not you typical rose scent. It's hard to describe but there is something in it that makes it captivating. Perhaps it's the blackcurrant. I enjoy this one a lot! This one is the best in this collection. Worth blind buying if you're a rose fan. Also, the scent doesn't turn 'grandma rose' either. It stays linear (which in this case is excellent) throughout.

I had to wear this a few times before I decided if I liked it. At first it smelt too heavy on the rose, but as I got used to it, I found myself wanting to smell it more. It only lasts a few hours on me, but it is a beautiful floral rose heavy scent. I liked it so much I bought a full sized bottle.

Essence of Dream has the best packaging out of designers that ive seen..i really would not mind collecting all of them. I picked this one cause its the one that seems like to at least has stronger projection. Rose water tangy scent makes this perfect for hot climate.

I wore this today after not wearing for a long time. I love it, but i love rose and black currant. I love jammy rose scents, and i can actually smell them very well which is great. If u love a jammy rise this will not disappoint!

I usually wear classic perfumes from established houses; Guerlain, Patou, Dior, Amouage, Chanel and Caron. I recently was gifted with 3 fragrances from 2022; Good Girl, J’ adore l’eau and this one. There is a softness to all three, which I found very appealing. I believe I will be much more receptive to newer offerings from now on, and will not be dismissive of designer fragrances simply because they lack a “pedigree”. I am looking forward to exploration. Sublime Rose is a very fresh rose with excellent bone structure provided by the wood notes. Sillage and longevity are moderate. A lovely fragrance suitable for the office AND date nights. I see that Shisheido owns this line and I attribute the restraint and quiet elegance of this fragrance to the parent company. Definitely worth getting samples from E bay or similar sales platforms.

Sublime Rose is a magenta-shade rose held in a delicately carved wooden vase. It is blended so elegantly and seamlessly. It sits balanced between a fresh plucked natural rose and a wine-red plush perfume rose. There is a touch of tart blackcurrant but it is not especially sweet and never overshadows the rose's own natural sweetness. Sometimes I get a touch of camphor like breaking a twig off of an elderberry tree. Sublime Rose does not have particularly unique notes or a groundbreaking structure but it does this fruity-woody rose very well and has lots of thoughtful little nuances tucked into its otherwise simple design. Very nice!

I am not a huge rose forward fragrance fan, but something about this perfume is extremely alluring and feminine to me. There is a deepness that follows directly behind the strong rose opening, and as the rose dies down (just a tad), you smell the base notes come through. I admit, I wouldn't wear this often, as I am more into unisex scents. However, layering this with a nice moisturizing lotion after a late-night shower will make you feel soft. Who doesn't enjoy feeling soft from time to time?

This opens fresh and powdery with an aquatic rose water scent. Freesia and black currant create a tangy almost cassis aroma. Rose is difficult to keep smelling like rose without it becoming musky on skin. Patchouli is slight. Projects for 5 min max then dulls. I don't dislike this, but it's nothing out of the ordinary to me. This has a mature woody, mossy influence behind rose and freesia. Jo Malone-leaning.

A wet and jammy rose with berries. Really digging it. Some are saying it's simple, and maybe so. But Sublime Rose does this one thing so well, it's hard to not love it. It's almost gourmand, with the juiciness and subtle sweetness. Kind of like Lush Rose Jam but more refined and realistic. Better than the other rose fragrance by this same brand, mystic rose geranium.

It reads very soft and woody on me. The rose is sharp initially. The dry down is very pretty, the patchouli comes out a bit more, but there's still a sharp note may not be everyone's cup of tea. It doesn't have a super longevity, but it's very nice and I like it a lot.

I like this perfume. It smells rosy and woody. Smells pretty natural too. Good for the spring, summer and fall months. Sillage is intimate to moderate. This and Divine Moon are my favorites. Overall, I am happy I bought this perfume.

Smells like a bouquet of roses, sweet but not overly cloying. Maybe don’t overspray to maintain that sweet rose scent. To me it smelled better hours later than when I first sprayed it. Lasted a good 8 hours in the cold.

A friend of mine wore this and I could smell it from across the room, so that either tells you that she showers herself in perfume or tells you that the sillage is great, but that’s not what you’re here for. The smell is very enticing, but it’s a bit too strong for my taste. I didn’t really enjoy smelling it on my friend so I suggest you steer away from this fragrance if you’re concerned about its affect on people around you. I was given the small splash variant by said friend so I have it laying in my desk setup as decoration.

Beauitful but it's a skin fragrance doesn't project doesn't develop doesn't do anything asides from disappear a few hours later. In these times buy another rose that gives you the experience of rose not a watered-down nonsense.

Not a big fan of strong florals. This one is very strong. Even just the tiniest bit radiates and lingers for what seems like forever. Good for people who want to smell like flowers all day.

To me this feels like a sparkling rose, there is almost an aquatic note. It’s not too strong and doesn’t last that long which is a shame.

I am not impressed by any of Tory Burch new releases. They all smell quite pedestrian, uninteresting and, dare I say, cheap. Simple perfumes are not bad at all, generic also doesn't mean it's bad, but this just smells like nothing, like some cheaply made, pathetic rose-wannabe essence was used to create it. Black currant is awfully sweet and not nuanced enough. These are just overpriced body sprays. Sorry.

All I can smell is rose, rose, rose and rose. I don't really like the smell of roses; however, if smelling like a living rose is your cup of tea, then this fragrance is for you.

Tory Burch has two confusingly named rose scents: Rose Sublime and Mystic (Rose) Geranium. I do find it disingenuous to treat rose geranium as somehow distinct from rose in perfumery when the majority of rose notes are actually made from rose geranium oil, ...or just synthetics. In any case, these two rose scents do go in distinctly different directions. Rose Sublime is a green-fruity rose, thanks to a persistent black currant note. It dries down to a warm, mildly sweet softness. That Firmenich Dreamwood note at the base may add to this light sense of warmth, but it is not in anyway overt. Mystic Geranium, on the other hand, is basically a drugstore-style rose musk, with an added nuance of honey that does add to the experience. That bergamot in the opening is a slight misstep, but it doesn't last long anyway. Overall both are pleasantly adequate interpretations of their respective genres.

fresh dewy soapy rose. i enjoyed the entire collection from tory burch and they honestly all stood out to me but this one is the most beautiful amongst them. i sat there in the isle spraying it all over my jumper and i was absolutely sold the moment i smelt how soapy it was. i love connecting scents with songs and i was listening to 'in a lake' by mitski whilst i was driving to the store and as i was practically drowning myself in this scent i was while recalling a part of the song where she sang "it's like one brand of soap's sold in town ’'cause anyone you can get close to smells like your first time around" the song has nothing to do with the scent, but it also does at the same time. i bought it in a blink of an eye

i cant be the only person who smells la panthere cartier . this is maybe a touch more modern fruity for a couple mins but it settles out the same . so much i believed my friend who was wearing this was wearing la panthere . this is gorgeous, chypre vibe

It starts out nice But then gets pungent Something awful It is not aquatic as I thought. If you are looking for something like Rose n Rose by Dior edt This not it. I think the freesia note is not going well w my skin

The opening reminds me a bit of Fashionably London but jut fir a while, as it fades quickly, at least on my skin. Shame, because it's very pleasant.
