Tova Signature Summer

My introduction to Tova was in 1998 by Tova Borgnine herself!! My aunt was an employee of hers and when I flew out to CA to visit I was given a travel bag with Tova Signature, Tova Nights ( full bottle plus the perfume balm compact, lotion) and a bunch of samples. Heaven. I bought Signature summer a few years ago and used an entire bottle in one summer. TOVA perfected the art of "Clean" perfumes and this one doesn't disappoint. I get sparkly grapefruit, bergamot and bright sandalwood. This is how I like to smell when I'm in a white summer dress. Rest in Peace beautiful lady you are still loved.

I agree with all the reviewers below. As you can see by the small amount of reviews this is not super popular or it's quite unknown. I love original Tova very much. I decided to give this one a whirl. I enjoy unique fragrances that don't have a vintage feel. This one is that. It's something you might get a wiff on the person next to you and wonder, what is she wearing? It's so totally inoffensive, light, feminine and totally likable. If you get a chance to try this one give it a go. I am so pleased with this blind buy I cannot even tell you.

This is a strangely familiar scent, still I could not tell what perfume it reminds me of. It smells somewhat like a dentist's room. Surprisingly I love it despite my phobia of dentists 😅 Long lasting on clothes with not much projection.

Tova has really made a beautiful fragrance! I am so amazed at the wonderful smell of this! Very bright, light, clean, airy! I can smell the Tova Signature but then a crispness just pops! Breath of fresh air!

I visit this site all the time in my search for a fragrance to love. I’ve been looking for a clean fragrance buy - not too green but with some floral notes. I’m not into heavy, sweet or spicy fragrances . I wore original Tova for years until they changed the formula. It was my signature fragrance. Based on the reviews of Tova Signature Summer I decided to try it and I found it on eBay for a good price. It’s due to arrive in a few days and i am so anxious and excited to try it. I will write a real review after I do. I have spent a small fortune buying fragrances that just didn’t meet my expectations. I wanted to thank all of you for your reviews because it really helped me decide. I know everyone experiences fragrances differently but the reviews on this fragrance all seemed to be unanimous, which is rare. Thanks again

I’m back to review this fragrance. Unfortunately I didn’t have the same positive reaction to this fragrance as others. The initial spray is definitely citrus but then it immediately has a sweetness that is off putting to my nose. I couldn’t wait to wash it off. I tried spraying it on one of my scarves but not a fan on clothing either, so my search for a clean fresh floral continues. This is not it. I now have a collection of mistakes on my dresser. Banana Republic No. 78; Tova Signature Summer; Natalie by Natalie Woods and On the Beach. I do like Always by Alfred Sung but it has no lasting effect. I may just stick with my go to Sung by Alfred Sung. It never disappoints.

I found my Tova fragrance collection stashed away in a dark, cool bottom drawer of my armoire. I hadn't worn Tova Summer in years. I'd forgotten how beautiful this perfume is. This is a fruity floral that is reminiscent of Tova Signature. The combination of notes is unlike other perfumes in the mass or niche market--quite unique and delightful. Tova Summer is long lasting, bright, and elegant. The sillage is medium strong. I do plan to wear this more often. Fortunately, you can still find Tova Summer available on QVC. Though, I'm saddened that the lovely Tova Borgnine has passed away. I used to enjoy watching her describe these perfumes.

I must say I was surprised how much I love this perfume. It was a blind buy, and I have never tried any other in the Tova line, but this one is fresh, summery and lasts forever on my skin. I am talking about all day, and I can still smell it on my skin in the morning. Pretty amazing. This is a great addition to my collection of over 65 high end perfumes.It is definitely a summer scent.

This is a joyous summer scent, reminds me in some ways of Miss Dior, how fresh it is. It is midwinter and 27°, and generally i would use this in summer, but i needed a lift today and this did it.
