A Beautiful Rose perfume. I believe this is all natural, which amazes me as it is so perfumey and opulent. It is the real scent of heavily perfumed crushed red and pink velvety petals, so plush. It has Elemi as the top note, airy and invigorating it just lifts the Rose scent. All in all a gorgeous Rose soliflore, I think it is my favorite along with FM Une Rose. I own the perfume and oil, and both are same scent. It stays close to skin, not huge projection, which is fine by me.

I became enthralled with this scent. May Rose is gorgeous yet elegant. Elemi and lemons natural acidity will be spices for various roses. After dry-down, tea rose and musk(from Ambrette) stay on my skin, and was still beautiful. This exquisite acidity is lovesome.

May Rose is so beautifully fresh and youthful, and the musk-rose scent combination is intoxicating - definitely recommend for daily perfume or a gorgeous gift!

Exquisitely beautiful. May Rose is refined, dignified, and even saintly. Calming but oh so fresh. May Rose is like being seated on a bench sniffing and sipping Lady Grey tea in a convent rose garden in early morning sunshine. Pinky finger up, of course. Alone with a pen and journal, a statue of Mary and sparrows darting under the crystal spray of the sprinkler. Rumi on the lips....“That which God said to the rose, and caused it to laugh in full-blown beauty, He said to my heart, and made it a hundred times more beautiful.” May Rose is a tribute to the singular beauty of the rose and to all things beautiful: around us, in others and within ourselves. A love.
