Rococo

It should be mentioned that the notes listed above are no longer accurate, that is the 2015 version, a pure white floral, which I believe very few people have. The 2018 version may still be in circulation though it has been discontinued. I believe what most people have is the 2018 version. Its notes include: cardamom, black pepper, cloves, cinnamon, star anise, nutmeg, ginger, tuberose, Tahitian gardenia, vanilla, and classic TR amber accords. For me, it is a regal, dazzling and opulent spicy floral amber. (If the term oriental floral has become outdated.) Tuberose and gardenia will reveal their white floral creaminess much later, as the top and middle notes add a generous dose of warm spice, bringing a golden-red color to the overall composition. You don't smell it right away, but they still make a presence of pure elegance and beauty blooming in the middle part, developing a deep luscious nectar core, matching perfectly with the vanilla ambery base which is very rounded and rich. It's a marriage of sultry spices from the tropics and classic French florals, that's totally exotic and potent. Better than a simple white floral, I would say. It's gorgeous, but become more unisex. I love it so much and cherish every drop of it. I don't want to bring negative emotions here, but since someone mentioned something from several years ago, I would like to say that Teone has never not accepted criticism. She is very okay that not every works will be loved. she is just true to her inspiration from the life experience, try the best to describe the picture in her mind. Whether others like it or not will not change the way she creates.

Rococo has luxurious and deep red velvety atmosphere. It seems to a lady who is wearing a red A line dress that came late (so she will be noted) for a luxurious party venue. Though all are from white flowers, I image a red. This dark Tuberose (that's nice) like butter tells me mellow sounds. Gardenia is showing the spicy textures around the lake of bitter-sweet Vanilla. Until I met with Rococo, my favorite tuberose scent was an another perfume. As you know, it was Fracas. Yes, that's still wonderful, but now my Tuberose scent became it. This is the masterpiece.

It opens with a large mentholated tuberose, large sweet gardenia, strong doses of cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, surrounded by caramelized amber. Maybe I also take some honey, labdanum, benzoin, tolu. It is orange in color and most of the time it is medicinal and loaded with Christmas spices before slowly drying into a warm, frosted and vanilla dragee. I have alternating vibes, recalling Jardin de Borneo Gardenia and l'Ambre des merveilles. If you love those two you will love this one. More feminine, rather charged, definitely sweet to calibrate with sprays, enjoyable on cool evenings but also wear well during the day. A nice dessert!

An utterly lazy creation from a talented artist! This is a failed inspired rendition of the Olympic Orchids beauty, Olympic Amber. Rococo is TR's signature amber-base, topped with copious amounts of tuberose. Also there is a ground fennel-seed effect which lends it an unearthly scratchy feel. Undoubtedly, one of the worst purchase ever. FYI: Don't ever critique TRNP because you WILL be blocked by her on all social media. I had such high hopes for this one (how many reviews start out with those same, sad words?) I didn't smell any tuberose at all. No florals. Just a sort of odd woody smell. Sold it.
