Rose Embers

I love Embers like a lot of people, but I also love Rose Embers. I first have a Rose Embers solid perfume in 2019, it is so lovely and gorgeous, then I purchased Rose Embers EDP released in 2021. Although Teone called it EDP at the time, it was actually a extrait parfum with a concentration of 35%, has good sillage and quite long-lasting. Rather than slamming you in the face, it surrounds you like fragrant clouds, very intimate and comfortable. I've been obsessed with Rose Embers. This is an irresistibly deep velvety rose nectar liqueur, wrapped and warm as Embers, with a similar creamy sandalwood base but a bit more chewy and balsamic with a darker golden vibe. This is another successful example of Teone's use of Australian sandalwood as a wood base, with leathery, malty, waxy, honey-like notes, and a slight minty camphor and smokiness. Denser, more passionate than soothing or zen. I hope Rose Embers receives more love, for who love rose and sandalwood, it is absolutely luxurious and gorgeous! As for the vanilla drydown, it was so divine that I keep the aluminum bottle to sniff aftertaste in the bottom all the time. Love it very much. Teone is known for her generosity to her loyal customers, and she is a very true artist who never gives away samples or bottles in exchange for good reviews, not to mention paying, which I believe frustrates a lot of people who want to get free perfume. She gives away thoughtful gifts (incense sticks, fragrance balms, travel sizes, hand cream) to people who genuinely express love for her creations, not influencers. She always comforted people in their difficult situations, and encouraged me a lot during a period when my grandmother was seriously ill. I love her creations, I bought over a hundred full bottles, and I respect her even more for her sincerity, kindness, and art spirit.

Imagine - the most perfect capturing of the freshest, dewiest rose. No dried out mid afternoon dullness here as often occurs when a true rose scent is pursued. Then imagine dribbling this note with a perfect vanilla concoction - spicy and full. Not sweet and gooey, but something grown up and subtly spiced. Add liquid sandalwood so soft and buttery, making this the perfect unisex rose fragrance. It's sensuous and sinks into the skin like a deep red velvet cream. There is not a single sharp corner, it's magically rounded and blended as so few perfumers can do. A little bit of this, a mixture of that and voila - so perfectly balanced it smells of a fantasy rose plucked from a secret garden. It is fresh and sexy at the same time - leaving a dancing trail of roses and gold in it's wake. I wear scents for my pleasure. This one makes me smile like a cheshire cat who has discovered a treasure he will not share. Come close, hold my wrist and inhale. I'll share the secret. It shouldn’t need to be said, but I purchased this fragrance and it, as well as my review are all mine. I have been very lucky to have Teone’s friendship, several years of patient advice and invaluable knowledge. Being able to own, wear, and share that knowledge and reviews with fellow fragrance lovers is a gift.

If a friendly and gentle person turns into a perfume, I think that a person will be Rose Embers. There are my favorite sandalwood, Benzoin, Rose, Vanilla, Labdanum, Spices. Awesome vanilla and spices start with Rose. Rose scent is lightly, so it's not heavy. These add more warmth by intermingling with Labdanum and creamy Benzoin. Sandalwood like milk has an air feeling, and emphasizes a more elegant and dried aroma. Rose Embers will become to my friend which can wear in almost seasons (especially cool days).

It’s nothing great, very very weak skin scent. I am very disappointed with this perfumer. I blind bought Embers 2012 and it was so foul smelling that I returned it asap. The nerve or Teione to sell such horrible “perfume”. I’ve smelt incredible rose amber perfumes. By very good small Indie and Niche perfumers. TRNP isn’t even in their league . I’ve even gotten a sample set from TRMP and all of the perfumes were garbage, weak and no joke I couldn’t even smell it after 10 mins . I now know that fake reviewers are all over this website. These perfumers reach out to ppl and offer to pay them to give a great review. How do I know, I’ve been contacted myself. I would NEVER accept because liars are the most despicable ppl.. so imho after trying many perfumes from this TRNP, they’re not worth the price. There are many much better perfumers to spend your money on. I HIGHLY suggest sampling first. With every perfume you are not familiar with . And yes Lucky Scent is a legit place for samples .

Spicy warm rose. OMG this is so nice. Initial spray I get strong rose (Reminds me of those perfect pink rose pictures with the bits of dew on them), some spice and sweet amber. This is beautiful to me. Later I still have my rose, but the whole scent quieted down (Scents do this to me). It lasted about 5-6 hours on me, which is pretty long for me... I have a lot of rose, some powdery rose and sweet amber when it dries down. I want this... Alas, It looks unavailable so sad... Update: I found one, an I am so glad I did. Lots of rose and Amber for me <3 This is an instant pick-me-up. I was feeling depressed and wore it today and it definitely is a happy place.

@klnewell. I purchased this from perfumedefrance . They are out of McLean VA. (I can't post the url for some reason...) Unfortunately, it is no longer in stock. I wish I bought 2 when I could...Sigh! I have not bee able to see it anywhere...

@can I smell this? Ohhh! Is that a niche store?I had no clue there was one there. I’ll have to look it up the next time I’m in NOVA because our Nordstroms has closed and decants get expensive. Thank you!!

@can I smell this, how did you find this? All I can find is lucky scent samples. I’ve been dying to try this.
