Lace Noir

Wow, first review in a few years! My nose must be broken because I actually enjoy this fragrance. Is there an alcoholic opening? Yes, but it dissipates quickly. It smells very "my skin but better" imho. It's not an Earth shattering masterpiece, but if you enjoy florals, you'll like her. I'll end by saying this: I can see how to some people it might be a little screechy, especially if white florals aren't your jam. But believe me when I say, they don't smell grandma, and this isn't overly sweet. I have had my bottle since 2018 so she's been able to mature a little, but this fragrance is nice. She's quiet confidence not boisterous popularity.

Any of you who have read my reviews before know that 90%, if not more are positive ones. I rarely leave a negative review unless I really deem it necessary. This one is just NOT pleasant! I sprayed it...and the first 60 seconds is just pure alcohol. And then the sweet accord comes through but it's NOT pleasant one. I smell mostly an alcoholy-caramel smell but toffee and peach are both notes that I dislike so it might just be me and actually come off pleasant to others. Jimmy Choo's original perfume has toffee mixed with florals and I despise that one also. So maybe it's just me but this just smells like sugar cubes, a touch of caramel and a rancid alcohol smell. Big pass for me. Smell before you buy this one.

Smells like a plastic dumpster fire to start then it becomes a synthetic oversweet peach and caramel scent. Fancy from Jessica Simpson gets you what you want in this scent profile a lot better than this cheap waste of shelf space.
