A classy perfume. Intense, spicy, warm and non-linear, it evokes a mature woman, 40+, accomplished, confident, well-dressed, reserved and firm towards those around her. I see her at a table in a pretentious restaurant, with an expensive leather bag and a glass of red wine. Although the fragrance is very complex, the root note is maintained throughout the development of the aromas, while the floral notes seem to rotate one after the other. Surprisingly, I also perceive a constant incense note, although it is not listed in the official description, it is probably due to the fusion of amber, cedar and benzoin resin. This review is for the "frosted" bottle EDT....like the one shown above...but frosted glass. Being a total lover of the original Trussardi (white leather bottle), I had to try this one This edt smells very similar to the original...but toned down...and citrus plays a bigger role here. Totally LOVE this...but the original still has it beat...IMHO. Classic gem !!!!

So incredibly lovely. Though this is a complex fragrance with some other notes detectable, this really is all about the rose. A green slightly bitter decaying rose in a garden after the petals have fallen and been covered with dew.

this was a gift from my sister some 15 years ago..and I remember wearing it with a lot of love..love everything Trussardi makes and this is no exception..i didn't feel it was too strong for me
