Girls, girls girls, all you bitchin little girl scouts blasting this scent to death before you even smelled it. Let me answer some questions you young ladies had. 1) YES Lava has a scent. ( ever been to iceland and stood close to a lava flow?) I guess not because you had to sell girl scout cookies , because mommy asked you. And before you ask, yes I have been there and smelled it. But to be fair, this fragrance does not really smell of lava ( thank god) 2) I hope you all HATE this fragrance . I hope none of you buy this. I absolutely freaking love this stuff. It does not smell like anything I have smelled before. For some strange reason I get gucci envy vibes. But it smells nothing like Gucci envy for men. So i do not know why I had to think of this. Please do NOT buy this. So I will be the only one smelling amazing . There is this scent called dior homme sauvage. You can all buy that. Now, be good little girls for your mommy's, and keep on saying: THIS SMELLS LIKE ALL OTHER FRAGRANCES, or, FAKE SCENT NOTES ARE THE DEATH OF PERFUMERY. Please do not smell this, or buy this. To all the people that wrote a positive review: you guys rock.

This perfume is very sweet/syrupy grabbed by boozy smoked pimento (kind of Sauvage Elixir/Boss Scent Elixir 1st 2-hour projection) + aromatix fougère DNA (I can only detected in the air, which masculine DNA you may see in many desinger fragance such as Boss/Sauvage) + combo of smooth patchouli and slightly sweet roasted Italian express coffee/cocoa in drydown. The Noir vibe in this perfume is quite light which is not too dark and not too smoky as Boss Bottle Absolu/Niche fragance like Amouge,etc... I just has a little bit aromatic smoky woody vibe. It open with beast-mode projection in 1st 2 hour, then it suddenly drydown into mild or even weak fragance. I wish the basenote in drydown will amp up after maceration cuz it so sexy and masculine. Longevity is high about 8-9hr, but mild projection after 2 hrs. Overall, it's a very sophisticated perfume when you smell it closely, but in the air what i could detect is only sweet spicy aromatic fragance. This perfume is not suitable for newbie or young person who has little experiment in using perfume.

Now this fragrance is something which I wore to my wedding. It's a scent which provides a tingling to the teeth and an absolutely unique thrumming throughout your veins. I describe it as a metallic tomato soup kind of smell, which is enriched with pimento, grapefruit and creamy tonka. Having said that, the woody element of it cannot be ignored either. It's a very delicately crafted composition where the artistic expression of the fragrance is godly! It feels fantastic to wear at any time of the day, however, do not use this fragrance if you are feeling fatigued as it will overwhelm your senses due to its complex, effusive nature. Absolute Banger. Beast Mode. 100/10. I wanted to gatekeep this, however, I also want to shout its praises from the tops of mountains. Meow

This is absolutely superb. Not groundbreaking but utterly pleasing. Certainly one of the best modern day fragrances out there. The maple sap & pimento are heavenly blended! It just smells divine and its performance is superb. Warm, sweet, delicate but not in your face like all the others. It has a twist, mysterious, alluring, sexy, manly, well mannered, very smooth & stylish with the Italian Trussardi DNA present in its core. Nothing for hoodie and track suits enthusiasts or lovers of harsh fragrances. This calls for a certain elegance and style. Primo is a love story for me.

I personally found Trussardi Primo different, daring, and niche-quality. If it was from a niche house, everyone would talk about it. To me, it starts strong with the Tonka beans, but after the top notes I feel a great balance between warm/lava notes and the cold/ metallic ones, with the the pimento pircing here and there. I do not get amberwood at all. Longevity is impressive and projection very good I have a 10 ml sample, and I think I will buy it... also because the bottle is stunning itself. Very solid release from Trussardi!

It's sweet, peppery I get hints of chocolate and some type of alcohol-rum or whiskey, on the dry down its again peppery, smells kinda like Fahrenheit - very masculine and strong; I also get some tobacco notes at the start which don't get noticed later for anyone trying to smell masculine and manly it's definitely a buy if you're able to get it- i heard that in the USA it's hard to find and on the internet there aren't many reviews covering it

Very nice opening with the maple sirup, lava and mineral notes. In the beginning a bit weird, but very nice. The mineral note give this a metal lic feel. The maple sirup makes it sweet. But not annoying. The mid and base are good but i smelled it before. Longevity easy 9 hours. Good sillage for the first 2 a 3 hours. Good release from Trussardi. And no its not your typically Trussardi DNA.

Little update, The bottle is hideous. Someone wrote it is a 90s style bottle. The person was right. It is an actual screw on top, It smells amazing, bottle is UGLY. And before you read my sarcastic other message here. I was very pleasantly surprised by this. Finally, something that smells new . You should all try it out.

Bboy, its not a screw on top. Its magnetic. The screw part is just a detail of the top part of the bottle but it has no actual function. Also, its a refillable bottle. I think it is absolutely stunning as well as the smell itself!

....so after a year I am loving this more & more in the autumn time. Simply superb in all aspects and a pure joy to wear! Warm, embracing, sexy, alluring, special, intriguing and confidence boosting!

It's an insanely good combination of ingredients, maple syrup, pimento and woods, its just so good, masculine, sweet and sexy

A bit spicy Egoiste... I had the Egoiste; that was a love that lasted years. Then, they changed the recipe (a friend in the industry told me they excluded 2–3 components that were no longer available due to health issues. Personally, I think they did it to make the formulation cheaper and easier... anyway), and the result was a quite "peppery" Egoiste perfume. Sorry, Channel, no more. The latest "Egoiste", however, is this one! To me, at least. This interesting and pleasant fragrance opens with a lot of pepper, but thankfully, this stupidity ends very soon. Then, smooth notes of sweetness fill your nose, and you feel comfortable and satisfied. After all, we don't wear fragrances for the people we don't know in the U-Bahn or the street; we pay for our own comfort and pleasure. If you prefer smooth, sweet perfumes (with an acceptable fading remaining of pepper), that's fine, take it. Personally, the pompous cover repels me. A straightforward bottle might work better (the colors are fine, I'm referring to the design).

Quite interesting for a 2024 designer release, I love the packaging, the idea, the notes. Opening and heart are very nice, the lava and mineral notes seem weird, but it's recognizable and well made, the pimento mixed with the lava amps up the spiciness, the "red" aspect of the fragrance, while the slightly mentholated geranium amps the mineral feel up too. Unfortunately it falls short in the drydown, with a big dose of amberwoods and a gourmand caramel/toffee type of sweetness. It's still nice, creamy and sweet, nice for the cold, but I much prefer the first 2 hours. For the moment, it's "only" a like, but it could grow on me.

Nose Note #666 I think it's clearly trying to copy not Angel's Share DNA, but something like Lattafa Khamrah. Plus they've taken a sideroad making it a maple syrup pancake instead of an apple pie. The maple syrup note is very realistic and very sweet. The pimento note is very similar to pimento in Givenchy Xeryus Rouge. Very impressive bottle design! If you like an interesting twist on Angel Share's DNA, you're welcome. 7.8/10, deserves more attention

At first quite rough but later beautiful smooth vanilla scent with woods and a dark edge. But it starts off interesting very dark and hard to like btw i never smelled lava so idk maybe thats what im getting but soon u get vanilla and in the dry down its a nice smooth vanilla with woods and in the middle something like that mineralic notes that give it a nice touch between the notes. 7.7/10 Decent performance

Lava — a scent of earth, dry yet profound, in a sensual and pleasant way. It feels like the colors of the bottle come alive. The sandalwood stands out, adding smoothness, while a faint smoky nuance lingers in the background. A beautiful fragrance, though not a personal love. Worth trying, but not an essential — unless you’re particularly drawn to the distinctive mood of the “lava” note.

A blast of maple syrup in the opening with a dash of pimento. I think this fragrance is more suitable as a gourmand, rather than fougere. The maple syrups actually stays through the journey. I don't know much about Lava notes (ash-y maybe?), but i don't feel it in this fragrance.

It's a nice fragrance, longevity is good and sillage is moderate, the first 30 minutes the sillage is very powerful.
