Pure Jasmine

Woody oriental jasmine with a syrupy and smooth nutty touch and some candy sweet indolic florals, thanks to the neroli accompanying the champaca and mugane. The woody jasmine is very reminiscent of Alien EDT jasmine minus the warm, sharp ambery effect and the mandarin orange, so it's not as oriental as Alien. It also is similar to the jasmine in Varens D'orient Amethyst minus the very oriental sharp ambery and balsamic orange-rose combo, but the nutty almond there is similar to the nutty effect of the pistachio in this. Compared to these fragrances, Pure Jasmine is more youthful and wearable, much smoother too because it doesn't have amber, rose and orange/mandarin. The patchouli is non-existent on me. The sandalwood is intense and kinda dry in the opening so it's giving that cashmeran impression of Alien, but again not as sharp. The pistachio - jasmine - sandalwood create a balsamic effect similar to the pistachio - magnolia - cashmeran of Girl of Now which also lacks the mature balsamic rose so it's a fresher more youthful oriental scent like Pure Jasmine is due to the bergamot - much better than the pear in Girl of Now btw. This is the reason I bought the big bottle after trying a sample, because it has all the nice elements of nutty jasmine oriental scents without the sharp amber or the heady rose - orange combo which is a standard oriental recipe seen in Poison Girl and Fleur De Femme La Rive that utilize the almond accord too like Varens d'orient Amethyst. This and Girl of Now which has almond and pistachio, are the most youthful in this oriental nutty genre. Pure Jasmine is not as nutty and as oriental as Girl of Now as it lacks the amber of cashmeran and Girl of Now has a different white floral game going on. It's affordable with a nice sleek bottle and I like the orange-pink color of the juice.

A jasmine honey soaked gourmet baklava. It smells like love. Love, when everything in the world becomes more exciting and your love makes you feel free as a bird. It reminds me of the love between my husband and I. He adores this on me and it’s quickly become his favorite (he is a big fan of jasmine ofc) A stunning honeyed jasmine that will remain in my collection for a long time. Perfect for summer, late spring and early autumn days and nights, or on holiday to somewhere warm. Projection is arms length or more if a wind happens to pass. You get whiffs of it throughout the day. Lasting power is phenomenal-it lasted 6 hours on a hot summers day spent mostly outside.

Pure Jasmine, a true misnomer. There may be jasmine in it, but it is overpowered by vanilla, wood and rose. Straight out of a fresh bottle, you'll get blasted by a sickly sweet, cooking grade sugary vanilla. I had it compared to a cheap Bath and Body Works spray. Fear not, this beauty gets better with age. After 4-6 months on the shelf, the vanilla softens and you can pick out pufts of sweet, heady rose on top of a woody base. The pistachio shines in the Spring, particularly after your bottle has been shelved until the vanilla settles. Wear this in the Summer heat, vanilla and rose are sharp. In the cooler months, the vanilla seems richer and cozier, and you'll get more of the woody note. I prefer this in the Winter. This one morphs from sweet to powder to wood. This is gourmand, but it's a mature gourmand. I can best describe it as a powdery, woody vanillic frag. The drydown is absolute heaven, like dry driftwood on a beach maybe; sweet, but with a powdery-woody depth. And the bottle? Simply gorgeous, heavy, luxurious, needs a prominent spot on the dressing table where it can be admired as a fine art piece. Alas, I've had my bottle for three years, it's truly at it's best now that it's softened and the powder and wood are deep and rich. I'm down to the last eighth of this liquid gold. It's second bottle worthy, and third...I must never run out!

When I smelled this in sephora I thought it smelled like white chocolate, lol. Honestly it's such a beautiful fragrance it's hard not to like it, it does give me a slightly white chocolate vibe but it's not as strong as it was when I first tested it. It's floral sweet. It's an inedible gourmand of sorts. It's very likeable and fit for any situation and any weather, imo. The smell lingers in your nose for a long time. While I'm not a huge fan of florals I can really appreciate this for not being just a straight up basic jasmine floral. I can see this being very attractive and likeable to men if you're looking for something like that. The lasting power isn't the best. My mom couldn't stop smelling it and even called this perfume a drug, so I would say this perfume is a win in my book. (Update: tried it again and the white chocolate came through so strong this time around, I loveeee it now!)

I am reviewing this again because I impulse purchased this in May when weather temperatures were already quite warm. I was in love from the first sniff but now over the winter months I have been wearing this beauty and now I can honestly say I am blown away by this beauty. The colder temperatures really amplify the green rubbery nature of the Jasmine here. Instead of being powdery vanilla with jasmine in the background as it is in the summer months the winter months really bring this perfume's uniqueness to the foreground. Vegetal, green, almost chewy rubbery jasmine with a salty musky vanilla background - very little powder. Absolutely unique. I have had to buy a back up bottle now which I rarely do because this is GORGEOUS.

No regrets To my nose this fragance is purely feminine but anyone can wear or layer it I have GON but this is wayyyybetter Edit: after wearing it for a few hours (doesn't last long, around 3/4 hours on skin+clothes) it started smelling like Zara's Rose Gourmand, but then it doesn't smell like rose at all! And yet so familiar.. That's when it hit me, it smells like MFK GFGold's sillage, not the scent itself but the bubble it creates.. Interesting

Other than sharing a nuttiness, this does not smell like Hermetica Sandalsun. Sandalsun is a delicious composition which is quite dry but warm. It is freshly roasted hazelnuts, vanilla, and a sprinkle of this and that to make for a gorgeous albeit soft sniff. Pure Jasmine on the other hand is a floral vanilla with a delicious creaminess from the pistachio. It shares the base of the original Trussardi but the vanilla is more pronounced and the pistachio is just heavenly. I rarely wear designer fragrances these days since I have become a niche snob, but this is up there as one of my favourites. Creamy, cozy, warm, sophisticated, heavenly!

Basically blown away by this scent. The opening is incredible - nutty and warm powdery yet there is this very fresh, slightly medicinal edge - it's sweet but not at all syrupy. It's sheer yet structured. Dries down into a jasmine vanilla powder that is suede-like and gorgeous! There is an easy sophistication that I am thoroughly enjoying after years of syrupy sweet, shampoo musk releases. The longevity is quite good on skin. Not sure about the sillage yet since I just had the one spritz to the back of my hand. I have a fairly large collection and after 5 minutes I bought a full bottle. Will update more as I get to know this beauty.

As other users have also said it was love at first sniff for me too! This is a better version of Cheirosa 62 as it has more white chocolaty like base and a sweet and a little bit sharp jasmine opening, which is really delicious though. The sharpness lasts only for some moments though and then settles down to a sweet and warm scent. If layered with some vanilla milky bodycream or bodyspray then this scent becomes even more sweet gourmandy. I first bought Pure Jasmine and then Cheirosa 62 and i'm returning Cheirosa as i don't need both , especially when Pure Jasmine is more tasty and rich , whereas pricepoint for them is the same.

at first the jasmine note freaked me out but when i sprayed it on my hand for the first time i was pleasantly surprised. the jasmine is really faint (good thing for me) it's such a creamy rich floral scent and the pistachio note, albeit not as long lasting as i would have preferred, takes it to the next level. the dry down is beautiful sadly the sillage isn't strong but it lasts for a lot of hours and i can't stop smelling myself everytime i wear it. i think the name of the fragrance is a miss, jasmine isn't the highlight of the fragrance

This is the only pistachio perfume I've tried that smells exactly like opening a bag of roasted, salty pistachios. The nuttiness and salt merge perfectly with the creamy, floral vanilla base. There's something about it which makes it very addictive and causes me to reach for it again and again, I think it's that airy, yet salty opening - I have a similar reaction to Olympea Solar. It's not too strong, so it plays well with other gourmands, and for the very low price, it's a true gem. An absolute must for all pistachio lovers.

Creamy pistachio, milky vanilla, a bit of salt and white flowers. I detect jasmine mixed with some other, a bit tropical, creamy flowers. Reminds me of a pistachio ice cream, but florals keep it from being too much of a gourmand. It continues to be creamy with prominent pistachio and vanilla notes in the drydown. Elegant, feminine, sweet but not overbearing. It gives me clean white feel. Suitable for summer or winter, any occasion. And the projection and longevity are very good. I got many compliments wearing it.

I MUST get my hands on a bottle of this beautiful juice The funny thing it’s far from “pure jasmine” This is a nutty, sweet, gourmand that has a pleasant background of wood and creamy white florals It’s unlike anything I know and really surprised me when I tried it. Also this lasts forever. The tester strip I sprayed last week still smells! If you enjoy scents like girl of now, hypnotic poison, manifesto, I suggest you try. Love that it’s not too sweet and young, it’s stays smooth and classy.

This is the lovechild of Yum Pistachio and Zadig & Voltaire This is Her, absolutely adore it! There is also a bit of Narciso (the cubes) thrown in, it’s like the perfect combo of some of my all time faves 🥰. If I had to choose between Yum and this gorgeous scent the choice would hands down be this one. Creamy and sweet pistachio, with a light floral & woody edge, perfect for the spring and summer. Excellent sillage and longevity and I’ve had many people compliment me when wearing this.

This is a very creamy Jasmine perfume. It has a soapy quality in the opening that is very soft and refined. Then the scent turns into a nutty and airy round Jasmine. I have Jasmine in my garden and can confirm that this is mainly a "Jasmine" scent. It is not a plain vanilla scent like some reviews suggest - far from it. Good longevity, you catch wiffs as you move throughout the whole day and has a moderate sillage. I really enjoyed it.

Such a feminine and intimate fragrance, one of the most beautiful I've tried so far. The opening is a little bubblegumish but later a delicate and subtle creaminess takes place. The bottle is also beautiful and it disperses a gentle mist of wider range. The fragrance is sophisticated and sensual with some white flowers and a nutty/woody edge.

This was a blind buy for me as I was craving jasmine. I did not get jasmine, but I did get a very comforting pistachio ice cream vanilla scent. Too bad it doesn’t last long. There is also an unpleasant synthetic component I can smell, like whiffs of cheap hair dye, so overall I’m not too happy, just trying to use it up as quickly as possible.

wow. Upon initial spray no alcohol nonsense, just a luring "Je ne sais quoi" I felt before having checked the notes. Then it made sense - the pistachio in here is just genious. I agree with the comments below that this is NOT jasmine-forward. However, I do not agree with it being a summer fragrance, it might be headache-inducing in the heat.

Fresh citrus, pistachio nutty opening blends with sweet, clean and exhilarating floral tones. On my skin jasmin and white floral develope slowly with interesting hints. I adore this fragrance, it's very elegant mixture of pleasant and subtle notes. Solid, soft base notes. Very balanced blend. Works well on every occasion.

This is simply summer in the bottle...it's solar, creamy, sunscreenish coconutty, wonder if champaca gives that tropical vibe. It's so lovely. I'm getting T.F Soleil Blanc vibes here as well. This is impossible not to love. House of Trussardi has so many hidden gems I wish I discovered it sooner. Love.

Cute and sweet like waffles, ultra-feminine gourmand floral. Perfect any time and season. Vanilla intertwines witch pistacchio and jasmine to perfection. It is not a loud scent, but something intimate that guarantees a pretty scent is what you are covered with. It is amazing.

This is beautiful creamy jasmine and vanilla , finally a good noticeable pistachio without overpowering almond, and not too sweet, lasts very well on my skin,(even though it's pretty hot at the moment) really good!

Unusual, very creamy, warm. I bought it in Rome, a bit of a blind buy, but it was well worth it. Not too pricey, and lasts for ages. Probably most suitable in cooler temperatures.

A very successful piece. I also have a classic EDP which is also excellent but this is an amazing creamy jasmine with pistachios. It's sweet but not too sweet. Great perfume

Very nice vanilla jasmine perfume. I wear it during pre-christmas season. It is nice in frosty weather. It is not synthetic or plastic. It lasts 6-7 hours on me.

Another beautiful Trussardi! This time a floral gourmand. I don't know why they call it Pure Jasmine or why they claim it is a chypre of sort (below I reed a review that says this becomes green during summer but on me it fared the same way as winter). This is a nutty powdery heaven! It starts with a tinge of sparkling bergamot for brightness, but it is soon lost. No bitter neroli, just sweetness. The pistachio note it's lovely, nutty and creamy. Like a pistachio crunchy confectionery! I don't recognize it as salty. And I have to agree with some other reviewers that said that the scent has a whole smells a bit like white chocolate or icecreem. Actually in Italy we have just a bar of white/pistachio chocolate with the salty nuts bits in it made by an historic brand and it smells very alike. The jasmine has its presence but the scent does not center around it like the name suggest. It is a pure airy jasmine, delicate; I don't know about the others notes, chapanca and mugane, I don't smell muguet or any kind of green facet, just ultra feminin flowers and I suppose, in here, the chapanca lends its more caramelized facets since I don't smell heady florals; all of this rests on a soft bed of vanilla, musk and sandalwood. Nothing too woody, the milky vanilla seams to prevail but the sandalwood is incredibly cramy. No patchouli for me and I think there is musk, even if not declared, but I think it's similar to that of Prada Paradoxe or Chloé Nomade Naturelle, whipped and cloudy, a sort of kitten fur musk! This perfume creates a sweetness and powderiness that is so airy and ethereal. A texture similar to spun sugar (just texture, not the smell). Very feminine, classy gourmand. It behaves pretty well, lasting for at least 6 hours, projecting moderately. Packaging is beautiful and romantic, and it is priced just right. I imagine myself wearing this in Paris while visiting Laduree shops, eating pastel macarons and buying their expensive cute smoochy makeup...well, a girl can dream! One thing is sure though..I would follow whomever wear this and ask what it is!! Edit: I see it's compared to Manifesto by YSL but I think only the vanilla is vaguely similar, I used Manifesto for a long time, it has a much more soapy jasmine that in combo with sandalwood and cedar turns in to a creamy soapy/lotion like Dove, it is strongly tonka based, with a more dewy and fresh opening, heavy on the black currant too. They are very different, this one goes almost in to gourmand territory.

This is a dupe of Roberto Cavali ‘Florence’. I like it, but I already have Florence which I prefer. It is a little nondescript, it smells ok, but is isn’t something you will reach out often. Also jasmine?where?maybe a hint hidden underneath a mesh of notes where nothing really strikes out.But to call this perfume ‘pure jasmine’ is laughable. EDIT: this is so weird!I was buffled by the descriptions of other reviewers, about thick creamy,white chocolate etc and wondered, where? Are they reviewing a different perfume? So I just tried it at night and I am smelling it as I am writing this edit, and yes, I do smell the creamy white chocolate flowery gourmand notes, such a big difference of what I originally tested! Still gives me a bit of Florence vibes, but it is different at least in its initial notes.This smells yummy, I think it is definitely better and more gourmand when wearing at nighttime. I am kind of shocked... in its creaminess I am reminded also of Hanae Mori butterfly (blue-the edp), but this one smells more delectable - gourmand-wise. In retrospect, the similar bottle Trussardi edp (the rosy colored one) which I have also sprayed now on the other hand, which normally is a hazelnut powdery smelling perfume in daytime which strongly reminds me of LVEB intense, now, in nighttime in its middle notes brings out the tomato note which I couldn’t detect before, and gives out a slightly more masculine note...So weird... I will retry both in daytime again and make an edit 2 note, because it may also be a case of letting the perfume breathe for a few weeks after first getting a perfume and after having it sprayed a few times... don’t give up on a perfume if you are just meh about it...Of course the opposite might happen, you really love it when you first get it, and after it has breathed out for a while, it becomes sth you might not even no longer like (I am looking at you Burberry ‘her’😒)

This isn’t a scent I wear out in the world—I tend to save it for myself, for the quiet, inward moments. It’s my personal comfort fragrance, perfect for a peaceful night in wrapped in my favorite blanket. I own way too much, so I am selling 10ml travel size decants on Mercari.

For someone who doesn't care too much for vanilla in perfumes, I kinda like this.. It happens all the time that I read about notes in a scent and I think ...wow...this will be the One for me...and then when I sniff it in the store it turns out it's not what I was hoping for. I have a sample size od this and have to say that it changed from when I first tried it in the store. I liked the opening but then it turned a bit too sweet for me in the dry down. I sprayed it yesterday ( after two or three weeks) and didn't sense that sweetness that I disliked before. It reminds me of a shower gel that I used to love and can't find anymore. Lately I tend to like perfumes that smell like I'm fresh out of the shower all the time and also have that body losion feel. This is nice and creamy on me and vanilla doesn't hit me that hard... otherwise I probably wouldn't like it...or maybe my nose is changing 😁 I did turn 40 this year...

Like others have mentioned, the name is unbefitting - this is not "pure jasmine", lol. Jasmine is in there somewhere, but don't expect a jasmine-forward fragrance. But is it a nice fragrance? Absolutely... a subtle nutty pistachio haze, with gentle white florals, and a soft undertone of vanilla-sandalwood sweetness which leans a touch powdery. Out of the florals present, the more prominent one is champaca on my skin. There's this faint smell of "waffle cone" present, but Pure Jasmine doesn't lean gourmand. This is nearly a skin scent on me, but an interesting one. You can over-spray at will, it'll be fine. It has "shy coquette wearing vintage cream lace" vibes. Perfect if you desire a non-cloying sweet perfume for summer. Con: not particularly long-lasting, maxed out at 3 hours and now it's very faint.

I keep on testing this fragrance because I am still not sure if I want to buy it or not. The floral vanilla with the pistachio is so addictive and delicious. My only complaint is the white flowers in the heart. I have a feeling that it is the jasmine that I actually don't like in this composition. It's soapy, clean but sharp and a bit artificial to my nose. I usually don't like jasmine so it's not a surprise. But I still can't stop testing it because it has aspects that I adore.

Beatiful smell, I wish it was even stronger. It is not the same every time I smell it. Sometimes it is more floral and sometimes it is more gourmand (which is exactly when I think "damn I love it"). I feel like it is more sweet gourmand when my skin is fresh out of the shower, so it's better as a base, so it's a pity it is a bit too weak to wear it solo. Better staying power on fabrics though.

Beautiful pistachios covered with vanilla and jasmine. The scent is thick and dense, but its base is soft, delicate and creamy. Pistachios are fatty, maybe too fatty, but in a good way. Longevity and sillage are average. But this is OK for me, since the fragrance is a little bit heavy, though it has a beautiful transformation. I definitely like this new line of Trussardi in round bottles!

Sophisticated, cozy, soft and pleasant creamy scent of vanilla and nuts. It's not sweet and jasmine is not felt at all, the name is misleading. I find it difficult to wear during warm days. It's more for autumn or winter. For me it's not distinctive. Projection is ok but the staying power is not that great and when i oversprayed it gave me a headache.

This is a really lovely jasmine scent! It's not overly sweet like some jasmine perfumes can be, and the pistachio note in the opening is super unique and adds a nice touch of freshness. The vanilla base is warm and comforting without being overpowering. I get compliments on it all the time!

This is a great hidden gem...or at least something that isn't talked about much. To my nose it is a pleasant light floral that leans a tad sweet and creamy. My nose does not pick up on the patchouli.

I tried it a couple of times and I liked it. Good feminine smell and - for once - the drydown doesn't go wrong, it's actually very pleasant. I'll surely buy it - when I'm older :)

I blind bought this after stumbling coming across it on here. The notes looked like my cup of tea and the reviews were even more promising. After wearing it for a few weeks my verdict is: meh. It’s nice but nothing wow. Reminds me of something I can’t quite put my finger on... perhaps a perfume someone in my life once wore. Kind of your classic designer fragrance with a hint of gourmand. Warm and pleasant.

Its ok not groundbreaking and no wow. Just an ordinary generic nothing special spicy, Woody and sweet perfume. I have smelled this kind of perfume many times before. Projection and longevity is moderate. So i will use my bottle but not buy a new one.

بوی گلهای سفید در کنار روایح کاراملی و شیرین به راحتی ازش حس میشه بسیار با کیفیته و قدرتمند ولی تکراری. اگر به دنبال تجربه کردن روایح جدید و متفاوت هستید این عطر ناامیدتون میکنه.پسته و برگاموت نتهایی نیستن که من بتونم تو این عطر حسشون کنم.

UPD: after top notes settle it smells similar to Isabey Lys Noir. I had it few years ago but had to sell as it was way too loud for me. Pure jasmine smells quieter and not that dense.
