Trussardi Delicate Rose

I guess I prefer my fragrances more on the light and airy side. This one is just that. It feels fresh, clean and feminine, great for hot summer weather, because it's not heavy, and is nice in the winter as well - because it will remind you of a beautiful summer garden. The rose note is combined beautifully with some sweet citrus and smells amazing. Yes, there definitely are similar fragrances out there, but I appreciate Trussardi's elegance and style. Also - the bottle is very tastefully done. The sillage and longevity however are not great and I do wish it would last longer.

really love wearing perfumme but dont like strong perfumme that can make people can notice it first before they see the person or when people sitting in same room with and suffocate due to heavy strong perfumme (likewise) this perfumme really suits with its name 'delicate' rose different from other rose perfumme perhaps they are more bold in certain way so spray it lightly cause though it's delicate, the perfumme can last long bought a big bottle and not regret :)

So much love for this scent!! The funny thing is - I'm not just getting red roses from this. It's more like a huge bouquet of multi-colored and sweetly scented roses that you can't resist. It definitely has a fruity side to it - but is well grounded in florals. I am so so glad and thankful I decided to pick this up as a blind buy from strawberrynet. If you remember an impulse spray from the 90's called 'Alive'... this is the exact fragrance!

Oh how I wish this fragrance lasted longer! To me this is a perfect spring/summer scent with a very realistic, yet faint garden rose with a hefty dose of fresh lotus. I can't really detect yuzu or apple, nor cedar for that matter. It's nothing exceptional but well blended and very, very pretty. Even though it is super light and has to be reapplied often, I got 30 ml for 25 € and would consider it a good value for money.

One of the best lightweight and floral-fresh fragrances outthere. Criminally underarrated in my opinion. I smell a tender rose, green notes, soft aquatic notes, something slightly fruity and sour, and a soft musky and woody base. A complex but harmonious fragrance. Absolute transparent, clean, uplifting, inspiring, peaceful. The shy sister of Versace's Bright Crystal which I also love. It goes great with my skin.

Very light and subtle fragrance. It is so comfortable to wear- not annoying, subtle, you feel wearing like with second skin, just perfume way. Comfort like some very light and mild sun rays in the morning, warm, light but not intense, just like sitting and relaxing with cup of coffee on the bench in the early sunny morning, when nature wakes up. Wearing it always gives me a comfort.

I am huge fan of moderate rosy notes, so no wonder that Delicate Rose enchanted me totally. Rose mixed with apple and lotus makes this fragrance very, very fresh and charming, unlike many other rosy scents, which are sultry and a bit old-fashioned. I can recommend this fragrance even to I-do-not-like-rose perfume fans.

The association that comes to my mind when I think about this perfume is a Wedding day, because for me it is an ideal bridal perfume. Divine delicate rose petals. Fresh, clean, subtle, innocent and elegant. Pretty good longevity, but it depends on the season of the year. All-in-all just gorgeous.

Its a very beatiful smell.its elegant and cool.i recived today and i am very happy. The botlle is a very beatiful too.its an italian design. Of course. The fragrance its clean and pure.fresh. note: 8/10. for me remember a better version of swiss arm, with more harmonius.

Love this so much but feel it shouldn’t have rose in the name; I don’t notice anything floral. It’s a clean, citrusy aquatic. Soapy, but the good soap. Trussardi is always very pure. Wish it was easier to find around the US!

Beautiful light fresh EDT with good performance. Rose does not seem to be the main player here although it is clearly detectable. Very feminine/girly and would be the perfect choice for a warm sunny summer garden party.

Beautiful and feminine, unfortunately I am not getting any projection and it does not last more than half an hour on me, still, I like it too much, so I guess I will be reaplying it more often.

I happened across this perfume and i am so pleased. It delivers on being delicate. Its almost a watery rose. Think dew on a rose in the morning. I love rose and this is perfect.

Classy, elegant and discrete scent. Love it for the summer and spring. Love most of the Trussardi scents, but this one is my favorite from them.

..the initial spray is fresh bright light citrusy lightly florly ..a beautiful fresh connotation of white musks bright crispy yuzu or pink grapefruits and camkunt layered with white florals it smells like British floral bouquets but ever so light not cloying not sickeningly ..diffenetlly fresh and bright and crisp yet sensual and lovely a perfect afternoon tea rose connotation of girly womanly slightly serenely seductive charming in its own innocence and uplifting..a bit of white woods in the dry down ..oh i just wish it lasts longer you seriously have to reapply so much to keep smelling the entire composition from beginning to end all over again its the first time in my life i actually almost finish a 100 ml bottle in a month ..i think it makes for a perfect top layering perfume that freshen up and brighten up any combinations its a bit sweet in a floraly bright white sensual way .. a safe everyday perfume fit for work or shooing at school or just doing your daily chores its a perfect feel good perfume that will suite most people and everyone around will love and its not offensive..its a soft beautiful light yet with a character..everyday safe blind buy..this review is coming from some one who doesn't take florals easily but i actually like this for its delicateness ..delicate rose is a perfect name for delicate rose.. the bottle feels heavy and rich and sophisticated

Today was the first time I tested any Trussardi perfumes and while sniffing my way around a perfume section of an upmarket department store I happened to come across three of them that I liked the smell of in their bottle so decided to test them. Although I like the smell of roses I'm not normally a big fan of rose'ish perfumes, for some reason, but this one I really like. As the name indicates, it's a delicate, feminine, soft perfume but it's not overwhelmingly rosey and is a little fruity and musky in the drydown. It's the kind of perfume that is suitable for almost any occasion - work, play, weddings, romantic dates, etc - and I really doubt anyone could find it repellant! Ditto the other two Trussardi perfumes I tested. On my skin the sillage was fine and the perfume has lasted well over 12 hours so I think these perfumes are pretty high quality and they do smell that way. One thing that I really liked about these Trussardi perfumes was that the bottles are simple and stylish and there's a little tag around the necks which details the notes, from top to bottom, with a brief description of some of them. The only other perfume I've come across where the notes are listed like that is Hard Candy so it's unusual and I really wish more perfumes came with detailed descriptions of the notes.

12 july 2015: It was on my wish list for sometime before I had an occasion to find and buy it. It's difficult to find and it is not sold in Sephora. Finally I found it in duty free shop during transfers between Greek flights. Now I'm a happy owner of this fragrance. It's not a loud toilet water. The scent is fresh, subtle and delicate without a huge trail and with moderate lasting power. I reapply it at least once during the day after 5-6 hours of wearing and it is sufficient to feel it all the day long. It's a cosy slightly honeyed scent with prominent rose, magnolia and musk. About 1,5 h or so later prominent notes change and I feel better bamboo, yuzu, cedar and woody notes. I prefer the opening. It's not my all time favourite but I enjoy it enough to keep in my collection. I bought a big bottle and do not regret my purchase. Update 19/06/17: it is a perfect fresh scent for summer and hot weather. Finally it has a huge lasting power (more than 10h) and a descent trail. There is no need to reapply it during the day. A very good finding.

Unlike some other rosey perfums;that are old fashioned and boring;this one is so fresh and cool and light A nice combination of rose with lotus and citrus and (best parf for me)green apple(so delicious.a lovely mixture of sour and sweet)and at last woody scenes...it smells young and fresh and charming...delicate rose is a nice choice for hot days when you want to smell like the princess of nature It is a shame that this lovely scene can only be smelled on my skin...no sillage!! :( برخلاف خيلي از عطرهاي رزي ديگه ك قديمي و خسته كننده و سنگين هستن؛دليكيت رز خنك و سبك و فرش هست رز خيلي خوب با لوتوس و مركبات تركيب شده و همچنين قسمت مورد علاقه من تركيب رز با سيب سبز هست(با اون طعم ترش و شيرين خوشمزه)و همچنين روايح چوبي..ك حس و حال بودن تو يه باغ پر از درختاي ميوه وبوته هاي گل رو براي من ايجاد ميكنه با يه نهر ك از وسط اين باغ ميگذره و يه حالت مرطوب و تروتازه به عطر ميده بنظر من رايحه اي جوون جذاب وسرزنده داره و يه انتخاب خوبه براي روزهاي گرم؛وقتايي ك ميخواي بوي عطرت مثل پرنسس طبيعت و جنگل باشه :) چي گفتم

It's a lovely light and fresh rose scent with a bit of crisp zest. Uncomplicated, yet very uplifting. Sadly this doesn't even survive half an hour in the climate I live in (Mumbai, average 35° Celsius / 95 Fahrenheit, easily 80% humidity). It just makes me feel fresh for the minute I apply it, is slightly perceptible still when I'm still inside in the AC, but as soon as I step outside, poof, gone. I'd only buy this again if I know I'll stay for some time in a more European moderate climate. There I imagine it to be the perfect everyday wear spring scent.

Such a light and uncomplicated little thing. Delicate Rose is a good, easy to wear staple for the summer months, as it's fresh, feminine and bright, with a touch of sweetness. This fruity-floral reminds me of Versace's Bright Crystal in the top notes, and it's much smoother and less astringent here. The refreshing and citrusy yuzu dominates the opening, before it develops into a very light and watery rose. It's a little shampooey as well and did unfortunately give me a bit of a headache. Soft sillage; lasts for about 4-5 hours :)

This is ideal for summer. I don't get woody, though I'm quite unfamiliar with bamboo as a note. I get alot of lotus and rose. I'm not sure i would describe this scent as delicate, there are far more delicate florals out there. It's more watery, ozonic rose on me. In the opening there is something quite metallic.. It settles very fresh and remains fresh for hours. It lasts well. For me, it's a keeper.. Very pleased with this blind swap! Thank you smelling_gr8 :-)

This is one of those fragrances that breaks my heart. A sales associates spread this on a tester strip for me and I loved it immediately. I was surprised to find out it was a rose-based fragrance as I generally don't like them and the rose wasn't overwhelming in this one. Sadly, when I tried it on my skin, it just ended up smelling like sweet milk to me. The lovely top notes burned off immediately but the milky smell remained for hours.

Trussardi Delicate Rose EDT opens with intense mix of Lotus and Bamboo notes, although the main Queen in this perfume is Rose. The Rose scent is not old- fashioned, and it doesn't smell like it would be for older ladies :) It's unique, modern, fresh, elegant and bright. It was my blind buy, but I really like it, and I think I will buy it again later. The only one cons, that longevity for me is only for couple hours.

If you love roses scent this is light, fresh, elegant and pleasant. Perfect for office scent or mood lifter. Very recognisable creation of N Larson. This fragrance evokes a romantic lady and it is perfect from morning to night, sprayed before sleeping on pillows. Safe blind buy for rose lovers and excellent price. 4/5

It is a safe choice, a nice smell to use at work. People around you will love it. It's a bit generic, a roses perfume but with class. Given the name, you will smell like roses, but in a good way. I don't think I will buy this again but if I get it as a gift I will keep and use it all up :)

A very fresh and light rose scent. The rose is very prominent, then I get the greens and a bit of a green crisp apple and the jasmine. There are also citric notes I can smell. It`s very complex and I could smell the fragrance notes listed. It`s also giving fresh out of the shower vibes.

Fresh,refreshing,light,fruity and watery rose. Well suited for hot humind days and summer, inoffensive, poor sillage and not great longevity. Still, it is very pleasant and quite similar to Caron Rose, in fact they could be twins. It is nice bt it is not WOW, which is a shame.

It is so beautiful, feminine, a bit powdery. I feel a lots of apples, a bit fresh rose. Excellent for hot weather,so fresh and yet elegant. Could be one of my favorites. Still, very weak in longevity, too bad.No trace of fragrance in 1 hour...

Very, very nice, light and soft, but not worth the money IMO. It doesn't do anything other rose fragrances can't do. I couldn't find anything unique about it, but I would love to have it if I could find it on sale somewhere.

This is a light aquatic rose scent. I'm really enjoying the bamboo, lotus, apple and musk combination of notes in this. They give Delicate Rose such a bright, clean fresh feeling. Really enjoyable for the warmer weather.

you can ́t go any wrong with this one..to me this scent says - delicate, clean and feminine...i feel kinda fragile while wearing it..:) (and i ́m a person who doesn ́t like rose note that much)..but I recommend. :)

Love it, so fresh,so clean, my new fave. Special but not offensive. Last long on my skin and i live in a very cold country.

Soft, fresh, delicate, classy perfume.

The initial blast is floral and mildly leafy green or aquatic, similar to DKNY be delicious type of vibe. It smells like your regular floral, citrus and fresh semi-sweet kind of fragrance that you can wear on a lazy saturday or on a sunny day to go into the office. It will offend no one. It has mild to moderate sillage. Not an impressive fragrance, it's a dime a dozen. I feel like I've smelled this many times before, especially in the early 2000's when these fragrances were more of a thing. It would suit a 16-27 year old perfectly. Longevity is quite good. sprayed it on in the evening and could still smell it on my pyjama shirt in the morning so it lasts on clothes for 10+ hours. As I wrote above sillage is mild to moderate so what lingers isn't very strong but you will definately be able to smell it at least on yourself.

Rose is not the main stand out notes, not sure why they name this perfume Delicate Rose. This has a strong Aquatic sweet fruit scent. It keep emphasis aquatic from the top to base notes. Rose is very faint here but i think the fruit notes are more a player. Is fruity sweet scent. After 6 hours, the woody notes are noticeable on skin. Is comfort and cozy. Not bad for a perfume, if you love aquatic, transparent scent. It remind me of some shampoo scent, is clean after shower. For a EDT, this perfume have moderate longevity & projection overall is great performance and value buy.

This fragrance is pleasant but not very unique. You can name dozens of EDT that smell like Delicate rose. But I must say that I am very pleased that it doesn't smell like boring rosewater. It's actually very fresh and suitable for hot summer days. I get a nice mix of rose, jasmine and lotus. However the silage and longevity aren't that great (at least on me). After two hours it's gone. I guess Delicate Rose would fit someone who prefers fresh and gentle fragrances during summer and doesn't want to smell like another citrus lady with D&G Light Blue.

This is exactly as it name says, delicate rose. It is a very delicate smell. To me it smells like i sprayed myself with pink rose water, freshly cut pink roses that were left to soak in water then bottled up in this perfume. I like the citrusy rosy opening, however the citrus quickly goes away leaving a more creamy rosy scent in the dry down which am not too fund of. The dry down reminds me too much of scented intimate feminine products which i find weird. Overall a very soft scent suitable for everyday use.

The lotus is so strong in this. Is it just me? I'm struggling a little with this one to be honest. Not getting it's 'delicateness' at all with that lotus coming across so sharp and cloying (almost bleachy). I will retry this another time. It's very hot and humid today, maybe a sea breeze is needed. I don't know. I'd usually reach for Gucci Bamboo or Issey Miyake if I wanted an aquaticy/ozonic floral. I thought the rose would be an interesting twist. On the fence.

Something about this one is bitter, harsh, almost chemical. maybe it's the citrus-apple combo? I expected it to be more light and fresh. it's a perfume with great potential, but the harsh bitterness just kind of ruins the airiness I'm looking for.

A very soft aquatic rosy scent. Sadly it reminds me more of a shower gel or some skin care product. It's not uncomfortable or annoying, just lacks personality. To me, I'd rather wear this at home to help me relax.

Love love love Trussardi Donna EDT and EDP but delicate Rose was not a love at first. Now I can see myself reaching for it on hot Summer days. A crisp and clean rose fragrance.

It was a blind buy from my local drugstore (no testers on a display) after reading good reviews. Nice heavy bottle, golden cap with Trussardi logo looking kinda luxurious but the juice inside is an absolute dissapontment.. Smells like superwatered Medusa Versace, very generic, close-to the skin-no projection, no longevity. All I can detect from the notes is jasmin and a hint of roses somewhere in the background. I am happy I bought it on a discount as there are so many better perfumes in this category. I will probably use it for a gym or pass it to someone else...

Tried this one yesterday. The opening was so nice, clean and tender I was almost sure I'd have a bottle. I don't mind rose but on the middle note there's too much of it for me. I was so surprised how such a nice smell could turn into something repelling like that. May be I should give it another try sometimes later.

Way too much cedar. It has that "hamster cage" - feeling unfortunately. And the citrus is very sour, it smells like grapefruit. I don`t get much rose actually. Smells kind of masculine and Light Blue-ish. Pretty bottle though.

A strong rose scent!! At first it was too much for me, but it turned softer after some time. I still find it slushy. It's a matter of taste, there's a lot of great rose scents and this is not perfect for me.

Too sweet and linear, I don't get rose from it, caused me headache.I didn't like it.
