Trussardi My Name Goccia a Goccia

i really love this scents. for me it flowery and powdery. i put 1drop on each of my wrist, and the scents stay for more than 8hours. and people around me can smell it. and i got a lot compliments when i use this perfumes.

The lilac+violet makes it a more floral Carner Tardes with a wink towards Gucci Guilty EDP. They are not dupes, but if you like Tardes and you would love something softer for the office, where the “almonds” are not as sugary, but are more like almond milk and powder, this is a great option and could be found on a budget. I really like this perfume and husband loves it. It’s oil and smells great rubbed in my hair. You can virtually combine it with anything that has heliotrope in it. I even tried it with Tardes, which overwhelms me sometimes and works to add some balance. What I was hearing, got my expectations for Tardes to be a big compliment getter. I’ve been wearing it for a week day in and day out to get to know it in many situations and occasions. It could be the season, the anti-covid masks etc... but other than from my mom, it didn’t earn itself as much attention as My Name on top of Tardes was commented on. It’s possible that it’s just Tardes doing this, but it doesn’t seem so. Bottom line: if you like one - try the other and also both together - different Heliotrope floral heavens in harmony with each other.

It is much weaker in sillage and lasting power than the original. This version should have been a more intense, more EDP type of version. Unfortunately although being a really pleasant fragrance, it has less power than the original, less exclusive flask... so I will stick to that. This one looks nice and smells nice, but is not bringing the added value I expected. Unfortunately I could not even note the fragrance being considerably different from the original... I really wonder if my nose was tired when I tested this one? Probably not... because the scent is nonexistent on the paper blotters today. Even EDT's last a few days on the paper slips. Disappointing, but I still love My Name, and still yearn to have this version too, against all odds :)
