Blue Heaven

It’s one of my favorite perfumes. Something I’ve loved from the first sniff and this love developed to a gorgeous full bottle. Blue Heaven has changed how a feel about some English idioms. I never thought that feeling blue would be the most delightful, happy, absolutely looked forward sensation. I’m getting to know Blue Heaven more and I’m falling deeper.. Sometimes I smell mint! It has always captivated me. Some perfumed conversations have inspired me to feel Blue Heaven differently. She’s beautiful, so magical, she’s like a secretive lovely blue lagoon in your dreams where you just wanna go and take a dip, a skinny dip. I assume not many of you have smelled it before, which makes it even better.

Love at first sniff. This perfume resonates with me at a level I cannot explain. I know it’s not the most popular from the house or a something a lot of people will know about but it’s what I want to smell like and for someone with hundreds of bottles that’s a big deal.

You walk into the DSW outlet store in your local strip mall, and the clerk at the counter is drinking some chamomile tea. You open one of the shoeboxes and take a big whiff of some suede boots. The carpet has just been shampooed and there's a sort of flat, sterile cleanliness in the air. You decide not to buy the shoes. Blue Heaven by TSVGA Parfums. It's pleasant, and it smells blue without smelling marine or aquatic-- more just like the color blue itself. But this costs more per ml than some of the more expensive Bortnikoffs, so I'm not sure about the value. Better product than you might expect from a YouTuber-turned-perfumer, and interesting enough to warrant a sample so you can form your own opinions, but for me, it seems like what you're getting here doesn't quite hit the "elite" mark its price suggests. Try before you buy.

Interesting. Not sure which version I have based on the other reviews, but it smells surprisingly pleasant. It is blue, fresh, and sweet. The bitterness from oak-moss is not too strong nor lingering, thankfully. After it dies down it’s very sweet and powdery in a candy sort of way. I do wonder if more than this test dab would bring out more of that medicinal quality.

This is what the perfumer has to say since it's an all-natural brand now: "Another mixed media debut release. The most synthetic TSVGA blend that was ever made at a whopping 50% synthetic. The re-formulation of this one to become all natural has been quite the difficult process. It’s re-release is far down the line, if at all."

This smells really nice, like a better and less synthetic version of bluebijou with the chocolate note being replaced with soft florals/chamomile!
