Wine And Chocolate

I purchased a discovery set as soon as the brand launched. This is such a sexy, seductive perfume with a gourmand feel but not too sweet that it's cloying. IMHO it's very unisex and very wearable. I believe that the perfumer uses a big majority of naturals in this, I am very familiar with hand made tinctures and I would bet cash money that the Perfumer uses them in large quantities. I have been loving and collecting perfumes for 4 decades, and only one other house I buy from comes close to this quality. I am bold enough to say that this may not be for people in the beginning of their fragrance Journey, unless they have a very mature olfactory palate. This perfume smells like nothing I have ever smelled before, and over the years I have owned upwards of 2 thousand bottles, not even counting decants and samples. Speaking for myself, I don't want to smell like everyone else, I love unique and beautifully composed perfumes. Wine and Chocolate checks off every box in what I want from a perfume.

Though this is now discontinued! It is one of those fragrances you smell and it just feels so sexy and sensual, it makes you want to go out with your significant other in the heart of Paris to do a wine and chocolate tour, it is so romantic and passionate, my girl loves this fragrance, but she is French so that might have something to do with it haha jokes aside I love this one, the opening is one of the best openings I’ve ever smelled, the wine and chocolate mingle together for a short while and then the wine dissipates and makes way for an amazing base that just feels divine and luxurious and smooth. This is another love for me from TSVGA!

The perfumer did a great job with this one! Dark chocolate and wine. The wine note is very realistic! If you're into gourmands this is definitely one to try!

Comforting and delectable and worth the price, which is not excessive for niche. Wine and chocolate are exactly what you get. I don't pick up the other notes so much. A lot of other red wine perfumes play up the woodiness, whereas this one goes in a different direction with the gourmand notes. The fruitiness is not super sweet, though this doens't evoke a dry wine. A wearable gourmand, perfect for date night out or a relaxed night in.

Interestingly, this is on his website: "I can’t help but be offended if this was your favorite release of mine. Wine and chocolate is absolute garbage and I don’t know why I ever even thought it was good enough to release. Clearly there is something there since it became so popular... This has been requested to be an exclusive for Royal Boutique in Saudi Arabia, so this may be happening, but I will no longer be selling it and I wish not for my talents to be associated with this piece."

I’ve got three different versions. A Parfum versión that is super dark in color and beastly in strength. The original extrait and a trial extrait which is very close to the original at release. The fragrance is a must have, to bad is gone for good.

This is actually nice and all for the first 1 to 2 hours. But becomes linear after that. Great work but kinda boring.

Horrid opening but the dry down at least makes sense
