Taken from my Instagram account where I posted this along side Aventus, Kajal Lamar and Nishane Hacivat: My second review from this new lifestyle—perfume house Tujoué! Mixed Thoughts! And by looking at the perfumes around it, you can probably guess what the common thing is... pineapple! Yes pineapple! But be noted that this doesn't smell anything like Aventus! Hence also the other two perfumes, Hacivat and Kajal's Lamar. Both have the pineapple notes but are not smelling like Aventus (eventhough Hacivat does come closer). And the same goes for Mixed Thoughts. In the top notes it contains green pineapple, somewhat less ripe and a bit bittery. This is the complete opposite of Lamar, where the pineapple it overripe and sweet almost caramelized. So Mixed Thoughts by Tujoué contains a green pineapple note, which combined with the peppery middle and mossy woody base, belongs to the woody chypre perfumes. Made by the same perfumer as Hacivat, Mixed Thoughts is the most mature among these, since it lacks the sweetness that all three (in different levels) do have. The spicy aspect with the moss note pull this perfume toward an earthy green vibe. Like I said, this is the the most mature among these four and an excellent addition if you would like a pineapple based perfume that is more on the earthier spectrum of this DNA.

Mixed Thoughts The more mature one out of the two Tujoue perfumes, Again in this one there is the fruity floral and the warm ambery gourmand notes-yet this one is playful and corporate at the same time. Both perfumes I would easily wear on both cold and warm days.Indifference is the one that makes me want to bite my skin,its that yummy- energetic and seductive .(it’s great on my skin) Mixed Thoughts is more grown up - classic yet modern.

Wonderful release from Jorge Lee, couldn’t figure out why this isn’t more famous. Beautiful refreshing scent with similarities to Hacivat but yet totally different. It share the same dna but this is more refined and fresher. Love it !
