Kinetic [--:-- GMT]

I have both Atlas and Kinetic and of the two I think I ever so slightly prefer Kinetic. I have never got to try PDM Kalan to say whether I can see the comparison, but I definitely don't get any sauvage/sauvage elixir similarities. There might be some shared notes, but the way it all comes across is really quite different. you definitely get the orange up front, then a nice herbaceous freshness surrounding it, the smokiness and woods creep up through the drydown, throughout the wear it stays fresh but the sharpness diminishes over the course of a few hours. I get excellent longevity on this one. 12 hours later and it is just a skin scent at this point, but still there. While the projection isn't quite up to that beastmode level, I was getting compliments at my retail job from customers that were smelling it from at least across the counter over the course of my 7 hour shift, and a friend who hugged me after work complimented me as well. It's an easy fragrance to like, and I am loving it. It might even become my new fall/winter daily wear, but I can see this getting mileage in the spring and even summer nights I'm not sure if it's signature scent worthy, but I definitely recommend trying it.

Kinetic EDP by Tumi is a Fougere Gourmand perfume seductive yet ultra masculine fresh aroma. The nose behind Kinetic is Catherine Selig. Some of the notes are amberwood, Italian mandarin and pimento leaves with a mid notes of olibanum, spices flowers with nutmeg. Sandalwood and a big dose of smoke vanilla are the base notes creating a great projection fresh spicy sweet profile. Not so many reviewers, YouTubers, etc are talking about this gem perfume that came out last September in almost any retail stores in America. I'm gonna be honest, in my opinion Kinetic EDP by TUMI have all the characteristics to become the new Hype fresh commercial success fragrance. The price is excellent (110$ 3.4). The bottle entire red is beautiful. The fragrance smells amazing, if you like Sauvage ( best selling design frag) you going to love Kinetic is fresh as Sauvage, is probably longer lastig than Sauvage and the DNA is 50% blue fragrance other 50% sweet oriental "a la Moda" Sauvage 2.0???? I don't know Get this one, I guarantee the compliments are gonna be brutal based in the reaction of the people that smell this one. Is definitely good stuff This one is gonna be a massive hit 2023 for sure.

Love this cologne, especially for fall and winter, though it's solid year-round. A different take on a spicy blue fragrance that's in the same neighborhood, but with its own distinct address. If you like Sauvage and Prada Carbon, but want a slightly different version, this is a great option. Coach Platinum lives up the block in the same kind of feel, though more pineapple and vanilla. It's a bit less pushy of a fragrance, one that doesn't shout its entrance into the room but gently accompanies its wearer. To me, it's strong on the sandalwood and frankincense. Others have mentioned fruit, which I only get as cherry and citrus softening the pepper up front; thankfully, it's not at all sweet to me in the opening. There's a hint of vanilla which doesn't stand out but serves to smooth out the blend. Longevity is about 4-6 hours, with it remaining a skin scent even longer. Very underrated (and under-scored on here) fragrance that is a good pickup, especially if you can grab it at discounter or outlet pricing. Tumi in general has some strong offerings. Also recommend Atlas and Continuum.

First off, this is GORGEOUS! Second, I dont know what in the world people are smelling to compare this to Sauvage!! To my nose THIS DOES NOT SMELL ANYTHING LIKE DIOR SAUVAGE. So don't let those reviews turn you off to this fragrance. This is a beautiful fresh Mandarin orange wrapped in nutmeg, pimento (allspice), olibanum (frankincense), sandalwood and vanilla. Teak wood and amberwood add unique woody nuances, and the immortelle adds hints of something dry, sweet and hay-like. The blend is beautiful and the longer it sits on my shelf, the smoother it gets and the better it performs. I'm absolutely loving this in the air around me right now. Lastly, this is super versatile and can be worn any season, day or night, dressed up or dressed down. It's elegant enough for something formal (although I have much more appropriate formal fragrances) but fresh enough for something casual. I'm gonna give this an 8.5/10 all around. Don't let the haters turn you off this one! It's definitely worth a sample. But if you have a little patience, the full bottle definitely has a lot to offer!!

Scent: 8/10 Longevity: 7/10 Sillage: 7/10 Bottle: 8/10 Batch: ----- The initial spray has a very interesting smell, almost a familiar scent that reminded me of Dior Sauvage EDT or YSL Y Parfum, clean, modern, and mature smell, late 20’s. It’s quite strong, so I regret putting so much in the beginning since I’m going to work. As it dries down an hour later, that’s when the heart comes in. It smells very close to Dior Sauvage EDT, it’s fresh, spicy, modern, a bit one dimensional but mass appealing. Blue fragrance all the way, minus the metallic starchiness that you may or may not like. I’d say it’s about 95% the same, honestly, I wouldn’t be able to tell the difference smelling it off someone. Is this a good replacement? Not sure, depends on you. It’s not as loud or beast mode as Doir, nor as metallic. If you’re ok with that then this is a great alternative. I’m not sure if I will be replacing my Dior with this solely because it’s not a beast mode performer, but I could have gotten nose blind. Lasted till about 4pm so decent performer

Beautiful masculine scent. I sampled this at a Belk's when it first released and bought it right away. This has become my most frequently used quick grab running late fragrance. I see the Sauvage resemblance but the two are not interchangeable, especially in the opening, wherein the pimento leaf comes on strong. That same note along with the orange transitions into the creamy vanilla sandalwood very nicely and a smoky accord in the dry down stays until the end, like a snuffed campfire that had been burning sweet wood. Given the choice between the two, I prefer Kinetic. It also costs less, even at standard retail. Oh and the bottle itself is fabulous. In addition to it's eye-catching deep red color, the cap has a unique locking dial mechanism that is unlike anything else in my collection and is kind of satisfying to open and close.

#1209 in my "Tour de Fragrance" Well Tumi knocked it out of the park with this one. I usually can't stand pimento, but it works here. The citrus is bright, The incense isn't churchy. It's woody and smoky and the vanilla is kept in the background in a supporting role. Long lasting. Good projection for several hours. I think it's great date wear, but for me leans a little oriental for use in a western office setting, but doable. Best for cooler weather. The only Sauvage this resembles is the Parfum, and only because of the olibanum. Really more like a cross bewtween Sauvage Parfum and Bleu de Chanel OG. Otherwise this really doesn't remind me of any scent I've tried and it is my new favorite of the Tumi line. I think this is versatile enough for any use, and it's a bargain for sure. And I love gthe bottle and locking cap.

I'm learning to enjoy what I have and stop buying more fragrances!! I have a pretty big collection of fragrances and I decided to wear this to work today because it's been collecting dust just sitting on the shelf. This is a decent fragrance that I truly enjoyed wearing at work and I enjoyed the sweet and fresh smoky aroma that you get out of this!! Yes it's simple, yes it smells kinda like Dior sauvage edt but this is a little smoother IMO. I like Tumi fragrances and this is a great pickup if you want something simple but smells really nice, longevity and sillage is 8+ hours on my skin and clothing which was great!! Good bargain fragrance for work and play and it's on discounters for under 50.00 dollars which is a good price for this fragrance.

This fragrance has been in my collection since Feb of 2023 so I can honestly say that I like it. Average designer profile but it's decent and smells nice with decent longevity and projection which I get 8+ hours on skin and clothing. Kinetic does smell similar to Dior Sauvage but with a sweet tinge to it because of the vanilla I assume. This fragrance is on Amazon for 60.00 which I believe is a good deal for a 3.4oz bottle and would be a good gift 🎁 for someone who isn't a fragrance enthusiast. Even though my taste in fragrances has changed over the years I still like to wear this from time to time. 7/10 rating for me and I don't regret having this fragrance at all.

I blinded a set of this for sgd99. (100ml + 30ml) Box set. My 2nd Tumi... I tested a few sprays and Tumi scents seems to have this Tumi identified aroma chemical because it exists in the Atlas also. Not exactly a turn off but it's somewhat overly synthetic smelling and intoxicating. To me, it isn't close to Sauvage or PLRC due to this house aroma chemical making what they try to copy resides in the background, that's probably why many says it smells like Sauvage or PLRC, basically it's that dna that is somewhat similar familiar to so many but it's actually rather different. Still on the fence for this and wasn't impressed by my second Tumi...

Succinctly put, this is a Percival/Fierce base DNA with a Sauvage spice vein coursing through it. It's warm and aromatic, with some density attributed to teak wood, smoke, and olibanum. I like the mandarin giving a citrus touch to the overall composition, giving a small balance to the woody and spicy experience. It just smells good. Price is great and the bottle is neat. There are other scents I would place in this category, like Mysterious Shadow by SweDoft, Coach Platinum, and to a lesser extent something like Kalan.

This is really good. I am on the 2nd bottle as I found it discounted. Is quiet, leafy and spicy. Is not a loud fragrance but what I found interesting is that after 5-6 hours it comes back when I think that is already gone. Definitely the rating here is too low, this is better than Montblanc Explorer Extreme 2025 which was a disappointment for me. This one is classy, has some stages and the opening is amazing. Good job TUMI! Will repurchase if is discounted.

I would of never thought about buying this because of the 3.80 rank it has. I was at the mall they had a Tumi store and I walked in tried the Tumi fragrances and they was all very good but this one to me was amazing, I'm shocked and confused as why people don't like it. At the Tumi store they wanted like 160$ for a 3.4 oz bottle I said nope but got online to order right away and got a 6.8 oz bottle for only 70$$ that's an awesome price .. I love this stuff

Very similar to sauvage so if you like that DNA? Then grab this on a discounter website. I purchased this fragrance a couple of years ago and I think it smells just fine as a casual everyday work or play scent. I wear this to work sometimes and it lasts all day on my skin 8 to 10 hours and projection is medium. Not a bad fragrance but not great either, I give this a 6/10 rating good easy wear playful scent you don't have to think about.

This fragrance is decent, I got this fragrance from the Tumi outlet in my area. It's a very fresh and spicy with some smoke and vanilla in the base. The bottle is a nice touch and I get well over 8hr of longevity on my skin! Nothing ground breaking or uniq but I enjoy wearing it on the weekends when I'm out with friends or family. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give this fragrance a 8.5 it will fit in most situations.

It’s like a woodsy Sauvage on me. Definitely better just nothing to get excited about for the price. I thought the pimento leaf would ruin it for me but you can smell the mandarin on the opening but on the dry down you can smell the woodsy sandal and Teakwood. A little Smokey but hardly vanilla. 7-10 for me.

The opening reminds me of CoolWater Intense, the drydown is indeed identical to Sauvage EDT, overall it smells like man's perfume that gives a clean feeling, the projection is nice and it lasts decently for about 4-6 hours on skin Edit: I love it! the muskiness is addictive

Very much Sauvage like, especially in the dry down. The frag is excellent and smells great! I am most definitely getting Sauvage and really in the drydown for sure. If you are a Sauvage fan, you will love this!

This one has a super juicy, fruity opening. Reminds me of like a cherry jolly rancher type smell. That only lasts for about 10 minutes though but it's a great fragrance overall

Tested this at a Macy's. There is something special about it that makes it soo good. The performance is superb, I could still smell it on my arm the following day!

This is definitely a combination of PDM Kalan and Sauvage Elixir. Great scent and performance is amazing.

Not bad. It’s definitely in the same family as sauvage, but it is closer to coach platinum with a creamy almost powdery fruit accord. The mandarin vanilla combo is sweet at first, but the amberwood and sandalwood pop up about 30 minutes in and gives it more woody creamy depth. As it dries down it gets a bit of a smoky note that is noticeable but not unpleasant or overwhelming. It’s not a groundbreaking fragrance, but it stands out more than other fragrances in the same family. Performance is also really good with around 7 hours of moderate projection and then it transitions to a skin scent. If I can find this on sale in the future I may pick up a bottle. 8/10

Cherry Savuage. Your familiar designer blue scent, but in a red bottle... Which is fitting for the cherry fruity opening. How are there no fruity accords listed?? Head-scratcher. Opens very loud and strong, then at about the 90-minute mark, it starts to fade quickly to be more a more personal wear... Which surprised me with how strong and forceful it wears in the beginning. If you like scents similar to Coach Platinum (swap the creamy pineapple with cherry), and you are looking for something yourself and the people around you will find easily appealing, Tumi Kenitic is a solid option. Rating 7/10

I bought this cologne when it was on sale for 70$ tried it at the mall didn't impress me but when I got home I really liked the dry down. The smell can be strong at first or overly spicy but if u let it sit for a couple of months it should smell better. I still haven't used it much. I do about 1 to 4 sprays it is somewhat strong some days. I do recommend you give it a try if you are looking for a spicy daily with some woody accents. I'd give it a 7/10. You can also get a full bottle for a decent price at discounters maybe 50$. Definitely try it at mall maceys or jcpenny should have it.

Handsome, versatile scent. Definitely fits in the Sauvage family tree. Don't know how people can say "this is nothing like Sauvage." It absolutely is, and that's not a bad thing. You can wear this for just about any occassion and smell clean and confident. Moderate performance. The rating on this one seems too low at 3.72, but maybe people just don't like how similar it is to other scents. I really like this style. If you like the Sauvage, LR Carbon, Urban Man Elixir, et al DNA, you'll like it too, but you only need one of these unless you're a collector.

Tried Unwind yesterday morning and Kinetic for yesterday evening. Kinetic in this case is more of a spicy, mild incense woody fragrance as opposed to Unwind which was creamy/lavender/woody. Both are very pleasant, easy reach type of fragrances and rather generic. Neither wowed me. Kinetic had quite good longevity for me although projection was more moderate. Performance was better than Unwind. Kinetic is quite masculine and seems pretty versatile, working for most occasions, day/night and warm or cool weather.

Initial impressions from a sample are that it's very similar to Sauvage and Luna Rossa Carbon. It's a bit cleaner than Sauvage, but on my wrist they smell very similar. Very safe, simple fragrance, nothing too special or exciting. I do think that for someone starting off in the fragrance world, a teenager heading into college, this is acceptable. At this point in my journey, especially considering I already have Sauvage EDP, this is a pass for me. 7/10

I don't understand the low rating, this is an excellent daily. It's simple, pleasant, but not basic. I have this, Sauvage and another one in the same genre which is Gisada Ambassador. This one is far better than the Gisada, yet it has lower ratings, strange. I have Atlas, Continuum, 19 degrees and this one, they're all nice, nothing ground breaking, but Continuum almost is. It is by far my favorite.

Luna Rossa Carbon is one of favorite scents and idk who the weirdos are that say these are similar. Not even in the same wheelhouse. Sometimes wonder if it’s trolls. As for the fragrance itself, I do like it. Amazing performance as it should be for its price. Wouldn’t buy a full bottle but will finish the sample I got.

Got this for $18 just because I was curious, and I gotta say, it's awesome! The pimento leaf is amazing, so fresh and fun. It's got this cool smoky-citrus thing going on, making it chill and classy. Reminds me a bit of Prada, but it's totally its own thing. It's not too much, not too little – just right, ya know?

Fragrantica does not want me to review this, lol it won't let it post anytime I try, this smells like Sauvage mixed with gusada Ambassador and CDNUME all in one, redundant if you own one or all, as the performance is weaker than all of them. Very good if you don't own any of the others though.

This is good stuff! I agree with much of what others have already said. The opening is cherry-like, juicy and very strong. After about a half hour it's a complex concoction of woody notes and smoke. Feels "hot" and also "cold" simultaneously. Unique and would be best for nighttime wear.

It smells like if you took Tommy by Tommy Hilfinger, poured it into Dior Sauvage, and finally poured cherry syrup in it. It is a really good cologne, it has really good longevity, and its very cheap! It’s one of my favorite Tumi colognes!

Big fan of Tumi. Bought it blind and thought it was nice. Dropped it on my living room floor and it completely shattered. Like I said, it’s nice. But not buy a second time nice even tho the bottle is pretty cool looking.

Opens spicy and is very intriguing and complex at first. The dry down is smoky and woody, with a heavy emphasis on sandalwood. I don't get any powder nor vanilla as the accords suggest.

I like Kinetic [--:-- GMT]. Some parts of it remind me of Zino by Davidof, but overall brighter. Performance is good. Price is somewhat high. Recommend at a discount price.

Cherry sauvage is the best way to put it, I like it.

This is a somewhat interesting scent mainly due to the way Tumi markets each of its scents as something to wear based on your lifestyle. On first spray this actually has a cherry licorice type of sweetness but it quickly softens down. I found the citrus and vanilla to combine into a cherry/vanilla top note that plays nicely over the woody base note, although this is not a woody perfume. The powdery notes soften down the sweetness and makes this a sweet cologne that is very wearable although not all that memorable or unique. I think it's just refined enough to get a 7.5/10. I wouldn't really want to smell or be smelled in this. Even if I liked it a bit more, I certainly wouldn't pay full price for it.

As one of the reviews below said, this smells extremely similar to Club De Nuit Urban Man Elixir. It's very alike, but this is the more watered down version, but it's much more mass-appealing. CDNUME isn't my favorite because it's not that mass-appealing. This is sweeter and slightly fresher. It's your average, zingy, aromatic, masculine scent. It's also too herbal smelling to me, almost like an essential oil. (CDNUME is way more herbal and essential oil-y compared to this) I personally don't really like CDNUME, and this is definitely more appealing to me, scent profile wise. It's still meh. It also kinda smells like an elderly man. Overall rating: 4.5/10. I don't see myself ever buying this.

A really woody scent on me. Not something distinguishable like cedar or sandalwood, it smells a bit like an attic in the drydown, just generic dusty lumber. Is that what teakwood smells like? Then the smokiness comes out to where it smells like an ashtray. It's not bad. Not exciting. The opening is much better than the drydown. I was sent several samples of this and I'll use them all at some point, but won't be buying a bottle.

This is nothing special. Opening is very spicy, and not a warm/inviting scent, but overly synthetic and intoxicating. A prominent citrus note would balance it out. For the price, it's absolutely not worth it. Get a mass-appealing designer for the same price. I'm just disappointed by this fairly new release.

harsh smelling and a little bit pissy (probably the immortelle note) on initial spray but settles down quickly to something that smells like a muted sauvage. picked it up from Debenhams for £35 so will do for work /gym

its smells like someone tried to make that ubiquitous 90s CologneTM smell slightly fancier. I don't know if you can wear a cologne in a ironic way, but wearing this sincerely would seem kinda tacky

This shit is intense. One little spritz in my bathroom makes my entire house reek for hours. This bottle has been sentenced to hide under the sink forever

Gross. It’s intoxicating. Sauvage vibes. It’s long lasting so you really get sick of it. Do not recommend.

I really like this scent. It seems similar to other fragrances, but it has a unique top note that is special, possibly a pimento leaf contribution. It has a woody/spicy/masculine presentation and feels dressy. It has good projection and longevity. Comparing my opinion to previous reviews: I don't get any vanilla - agree Too strong - disagree Clean, modern, mature - agree Has a cherry note - difficult to say (not a true cherry note but possibly something reminiscent) Sorry, I have not tried any Sauvage varieties and cannot contribute an opinion as to whether it smells like Sauvage.
