Red Velvet No.4

Just got this delivered today & I have to say, I've never been so taken with a fragrance. I'm new(ish) to the world of fragrance & trying different fragrance DNA's & this one is different than anything I own. I purchased this after reading the reviews about it being similar (if not identical) to BR540 to see if I'd like this fragrance DNA or not, but now I see no reason to purchase BR540 since I have this. Let me tell you, it is SENSUAL. It is inticing, very unisex. Anyone can pull this off. It's not too overpowering, but just loud enough to pull you & others around you in. On me it's justttt a tad bit more masculine, definitely not predominantly leaning one way or the other, it's definitely unisex. There's the sweetness from the jasmine to really balance it. I truly can't stop sniffing myself! It's very comforting. It definitely gives waking up in an airbnb on a cool dewy morning in a foggy forest cuddled up skin to skin with no clothes on under a fresh clean thick blanket. That's the best I can describe it. The earthy notes are so balanced & it's just the right amount. I have zero complaints. As I do not own Br540 I can't say if this is an exact dupe or not, but from looking at the notes, they are definitely right on point with that DNA family. On paper there's less woodsy-musk and more amber/jasmine, still amazing. On my clothes it's a tad sweeter, kind if piney, still very sensual and warm. On the skin it is STUNNING, you get all of the notes at once and the dry down is very intimate. If you love skin like, woodsy, musky-sweet, clean, and sensual fragrances, this is PERFECT for you as a blind buy. There's no wrong in purchasing this fragrance. I will say if you don't like woodsy sweet musky or skin like fragrances, this is not for you. It smells very natural. If you like loud, very perfumey and screaming across the room type fragrances this is also not for you, it's very intimate. This is a great safe every day fragrance but definitely perfect for all the way from the beginning of fall up to the end of winter. My honest rating is a 10/10.

bought this blind after reading so many great reviews. i loved it right away and get so many compliments on how good i smell. i still haven't smelled baccarat rouge 540, but after seeing the price, really, what's the point?

I cannot tell this apart from Baccarat Rouge 540. Long lasting, fantastic unisex fragrance. An amazing value. Uber safe blind buy IF you like Baccarat Rouge 540 or such a vibe.

Very close, if not exactly like br540. There are SO many clones, but most don’t have the light airiness I get from the original. This one does. Love it!

This dupe should be way more popular. Definitely the best baccarat dna and even more long lasting than the original.
