UDV Pour Elle

I gifted it to 2 people and they both absolutely loved it! In fact so much so that I gave one of the same people Tom Ford Black Orchid and she still wants to buy this as well since someone stole this from her! It's a powdery rose based floral. It's hard to believe it comes so cheap! Lasts decently well. It is gentle and feminine and a fantastic buy for the price!

I loove this perfume!! Guys help!! Where can I buy it? I live in United States and I haven't found it yet...

I want this perfume or exactly the same fragrance, please suggest.

It smells a lot like a type of sunblock. No distinct type, but a mix between Banana Boat and Neutrogena liquid sunscreen, and soapier. Not a horrific scent because of this, but not particularly lovely or pleasant... not many people wish to smell like sunblock. Can't beat the price though. A blind-buy that I don't regret, being only $11. EDIT: Weird, the scent has been changing on me quite drastically every day since I've gotten it! It smelled like a harsher rose the 2nd day. The third day, it turned into almost a spicy gourmand after a few hours? The fourth day, just sugary sweet musky... it could be just the weather around where I live, but I rather like the fact that it smells quite different every day.

This is such a typically girly scent, and yet it suits grown up women as well since it is so well balanced. On the first spray I get sugar and roses. Probably it is the fruity note. For the first ten minutes it's like a pajama party scent and then the roses start to peek through. The white florals keep this a bit heady, but are light enough not to overpower this. It is so cheap that I can't believe I get so many notes and such progression from this. Buy this if you are looking for a rosy sweet girly scent that feels grown up but not too heavy or complicated.

I got this perfume today. I had ordered it online and it got delivered in the morning. The scent is light, airy and floral. I can smell the rose, pear and the lily of the valley clearly. The pear seems to give it an airy scent to it. When I say airy, I mean it's very soft. As for the longevity, well I tried it out on my wrist and it stayed for 8 hours! The sillage is weak but I don't mind. It's a nice perfume. I think it will be better to wear it in the daytime.

I have an old bottle must be 20 years old and says pour elle, the outline is not silver though but dark plastic. Not sure if this is the same as the one I was gifted years ago. The juice is also darker pink. This was my first "serious" perfume. I was just a kid and it seemed SO beautiful to me, and still is, I still have it, it has followed me to 2 continents, 2 countries, 6 states and 8 cities lol. It hasnt gone completely bad in the bottle. When I was a kid it seemed so sweet and cloying to me sometimes, too way too powdery, but it was the perfect fall scent to me, very unique. My first contact with rose, tonka and iris, quite a heavy combo for a kid. At first it smells like a rosey soap, on paper at least, then turns super powdery and sweet. On my skin it never smelled soapy. I never came across something alike. The perfume hasnt gone bad after 20 yrs and thats amazing when I have Burberry and celebrity scents going bad within a year. Sadly I realize that these older european perfumes were more origina, unusual scents than today's repetitive creations all smelling like La Vie Est Blle, Black Opium, Viva La Juicy, Sweet Like Candy, Bon Bon or Mon Paris. I was forever hunting the most beautiful unusual scent my mom and I were obsessed with back in 2001-3 made by a Greek clothing brand Paranoia, and that was the perfume name's too. Never found anything like that. ⁝

Help please, I am in search of similar smell to this exact perfume. This is my first perfume, got it as a gift in 2001and I still have it, but, it is on it's last few drops. I took it everywhere with me from one continent to other (Africa, Europe) as I moved to live and work then flew back, as I loved it over all other perfumes I came across. I know it is discontinued and I am in search of similar smell to pour elle forever. Today I found this website so joined in the hope I could get some hints in right way.

The opening is fruity-sour but quickly the flowers set in, soon accompanied by the musk. I get mostly jasmine and musk, some lily-in-the-valley and a little rose. Nothing fancy but an okay everyday fragrance for a tight budget and longlasting too (13+ hours). Musky florals really aren't my thing but I don't have anything actually bad to say about this one.

I honestly would say that this perfume smells like a cheap hand wash. I can smell roses and bit sour smell.I would not recommend to buy this as it does not smell unique and smells like an ordinary cheap girly perfume.

sweet, powdery and feminine. nothing extraordinary but inoffensive and great for the price.

Cute smell, good for a teenager.
