17 Nandan Road

Devine fresh opening with green orange and soft florals. Dries down to a powdery skin scent with just a hint of leather and woody notes, not so much musk in here. Don't be put off if you dislike leather - this is just adding a slightly bitterness yo the dry down and this part is very nice. Unfortunately the performance is weak. It has to be reapplied after 4 hours. I wish it could last and project better, but even though I use 10+ sprays both on skin, hair and clothes, it doesn't last.

oh my GOD I love this. Immediate I get fresh lemon (and it's NOT like a cleaning fluid) with some sharp greenery, and then it fades to a soapy skin musk, but you still get the lemons and the greens. I mean this is DELICIOUS I need a full bottle desperately. My only complaint is it took quite a few sprays to get a good vibe going and it didn't last super long. :( But who cares, when it smells this good!

Absolutely lovely. It's a transparent green; fresh, and super light, with a subtle beauty. It's just too fleeting on me. Zero silage with longevity of only an hour or two. It is winter where I am so I will try again in warmer weather. This leans slightly feminine to me because of its ethereal vibe.

Very great and light summer fragrance. Powedery, musky, floral, green and fruity. More floral than green and fruity. A bit more feminine. Smells like and an outdoor museum garden with flowers in summer. Moderate / intimate silage, can be used at work at least... Longevity was great.

At first sniff it felt a bit too linear for me, but after a while it opened itself to a beautiful clean scent. It's cozy and easy wearing but not too simple on my skin: it just feels like a brighter version of me when I wear it.

Kind of aquatic, clear, clean, grapefruit. Instant love.

Oh boy. I love this one. I'm a sucker for florals, and this one is so special. I've never smelled osmanthus in real life, but I think that's the note that makes this stand apart from every other floral. An almost pollen-like note- somthing true and delicate and solar, right from the plant. I would bathe in this. Agreed that the ambroxan here is undectable to me - I get none of the stingy chemical fumes I associate with it.

This somehow reminds me of a shampoo I used to used when I was younger...light and pretty, though a bit too feminine for my usual taste.

I think the citruses don't go well the osmanthus. Also the osmanthus is not realistic.

Smells nice but (1) it's nice in a "ooh I like your shampoo way" and (2) something about it is making me immediately go noseblind - I'm having a hard time perceiving it even immediately after application.

There’s juiciness of a stone fruit, perhaps osmanthus, but with sharp greenness which cuts through that juiciness. The contrast is interesting.

To find a soliflore is always interesting on the journey of olfactory, though there are osmanthus shrubs and roses around, and fragrant jasmine flowers on every street corner in summer nights, a fragrance smells just like a real thing of a flower is like a craft in modern alchemy to ode the old spirit of Flora, nature's beauty in its ture colours. I can't say I went through enough osmanthus ones, what I have smelt some like tea, others just sweet, this note in a perfume is always about fresh green in sweetness, I havn't smelt a thing as beautiful as real osmanthus flowers in my autumn garden until this one, it's a light flowery scent in the air with the unmistakable honey, I'm surprise this captures its dignity so well. An osmanthus landmark in a bottle, it's 17 Nandan Road, l can image here lives a devoted garden lover, and I'm thankful I found my realistic osmanthus on the road.

So im from Asia, more specifically Hong Kong. Osmanthus is very prominent flower here since its used for cooking and for tea. If you're looking for a realistic osmanthus perfume this is NOT it. However, what this perfume does accomplish is achieving the smell of a very natural feminine leaning apricot. The stone, the skin the whole fruit, sweetened with honey in a cup of tea. Perfect for summer. Not a huge projector, does sit close to the skin. You feel like a osmathus dessert rather than the tree itself.

Ohh. Lemon and bergomot explosion right away. I don't know what Osmanthus smells like, but if this is based o it, turns out I love it. There is a fruitiness, like a natural fig and cranberry tart that dries ambery with spice. Dramatically, this ends up in an almond milky/silky floral . At a distance it's fresh cut flower stalks. "The Florist" from The Town smells like this at the end of the day.

This reminds me of fig tea by Nicolaï, that also has very prominent Osmanthus. This is smoother and lovelier. The ambroxan must be high quality because it’s not at all as annoyingly perceivable like in the JHAG’s. This goes well with an elegant floral dress and a high tea in summer. Overal nice, but too ‘lady-like’ and quiet for me. Sillage is intimate, haven’t tested longevity.

I am not a fan of perfumes which support only one note. here to my taste there's too much osmanthus which covers everything else. More feminine and also very penetrant
