Very potent almost linear Fresh Fruity Leather kind. Enormous in it's sillage and longetivity is easily above 12 Hours. Predominant notes are sharp Leather, tartness from smoky ripe Pineapple, sun kissed-skin smelling earthy Patchouli, and being complimented in the background by the freshness provided by Lemon/Grapefruit/Aquatic notes at first and then later replaced by soothing creamy aquatic barbershop-like smell in the dried down period. Actually, this is a nice smelling fragrance especially in the air with lot of density and power in it. If one is not careful with the amount of sprays, it could choke you on your entire day of wearing experience, and it could be a scrubber to some. One should consider this a Leather fragrance rather than mistakenly categorizing it as a full-blown aquatic fougere/chypre freshie and disregard the presence of leather as the leather here is just as strong as if not stronger than the freshie accords. The freshness in this just lightened up the leather accord. This is not like Roja Elysium/Apex or Creed Aventus' kind of freshness as there is a heavier dark side in here though almost standing on the same family. If you expect this as a pure freshie then you will just be disappointed because the leather/patchouli and Fresh Aquatic Chypre/Fougere qualities are both fighting for their throne especially in the first 1/3 to half of it's life at least on my wearing experience and later the freshness and creaminess will prevail at the end. The dry down is handsdown the best and most enjoyable part. What I imagine when wearing this?: A sea voyage of cruiseship, with an elite passenger wearing old money attire accentuated by raw leather vest relaxing during the tour and is enjoying the ocean breeze and amazing scenic view of peaceful and calm ocean with the sun kissing his skin while eating charred ripe pineapple as his snack. Who I imagined wearing this?: A Sigma type who is bold, firm and with angst, highly respected and of a high status individual who doesn't care what anyone will think but can easily blend with others when needed and exudes a character of being a tough/rough on the outside but soft and gentle from the inside. If you don't have the proper charismatic qualities the fragrance will wear you instead not the other way around as this is not a fully mass appealing one specifically on the initial part. Most ideal time to wear this: - Night summer time: will exudes elegance and fiesty aura. - Meetings wearing formal attire: this could help in both demanding attention and respect as well as a being people pleaser at the same time. - Hangout and Travel during colder summer and spring, wearing old money fashion style or leather based attire: Just walk and travel freely with great pride and confidence leaving your nice scent trail behind garnering head turners towards you. This fragrance aura makes one mysterious and seems difficult to discern. Too strong for high heat summer. Number of Sprays: Moderation is the key for this fragrance wearing motto. - For Bold ones staying inside a confined room/space: Max 2 sprays for tolerable nice scent bubble if you want to gain compliments; 3 sprays if you want to either command more respect aligning with your persona or just straightforward plainly irritate your colleagues. - Meant to wear in a free space area with 2-3 sprays. But don't ever put spray directly on your neck as even if you are in free space, there is still a high tendency to suffocate your self and induce headache. Put sprays on both end of your shoulder, one on each side or put on your back to give off a super nice scent trail. - If pushing for high heat summer or for sensitive one that wants to get away and get passed or lessen the overwhelming Leather Patchouli combo: Take 1-2 pumps of Aloe Vera or anything uncented lotion/Gel then mix it with 1-2 spray(s) according to preferrence and tolerance then you can put it safely on your neck or other parts of the body. Women with fiesty, fierce and strong persona can also get away with this using this method.

Akdeniz kicks off with a clear salty-aquatic vibe, like a saltwater pool on a quiet day. It’s smooth and refined, not the harsh, gritty saltiness you might imagine, though it’s also not chasing that “uplifting blue” feel. Their newer release, Ocean on the Rive, seems more likely to fit that brighter profile. With Akdeniz, you get a woody note in the mix—nothing dense, just hanging out in the background—alongside a faint hint of citrus and pineapple that comes and goes quickly. On my skin, it starts with that marine edge, then shifts as a subtle leather note creeps in, giving it a slightly rugged feel. It’s not feminine by any stretch—Izmir has that soft, floral femininity, while Beril’s got a lighter, unisex lift. This one, though, leans masculine, mostly thanks to that leather lingering underneath. I picked up a sample from Fragrance Line for around $5, and they sell travel decants too, which is handy if you’re not sold on a full bottle yet. It’s pleasant enough and well put together, with that marine-citrus-leather combo doing its thing. I’m still debating whether it’s worth buying—it’s solid, but the heavy saltwater pool angle might not be for everyone. Grab a cheap sample if you’re curious and see how it sits with you. Edit - second wearing on skin (sample): This is very good. This is more of a smooth inoffensive fragrance than a warm weather blue. in fact I would not consider this a blue fragrance at all IMO. The woods are done really well and it seems almost creamy smooth and the citrus Pineapple accord is much more tamed and toned down on my skin. The scent is again a saltwater pool mixed with creamy woods with a touch of citrus/pineapple. Very easy to wear and perfect for everyday. Great oil concentration as well. This second wearing is even better than the first after moisturizing. This is a causal day fragrance not a nighttime date fragrance. SO creamy smooth and the woods are just great. A salty sea air carrying fruity and gentle leather accords. The scent of pineapple dominates but the citruses make it very tart. As someone who often dislikes leather-forward fragrances, I find the leather here noticeable but not overpowering. This is a bright, friendly leather that shares the spotlight equally with the marine and fruity notes. Goes from sour to sweet as it dries down and picks up light touches of its baser notes, primarily woods and amber. Excellent performance with 3-4hr of very strong projection, longevity 12hr+. Does the Tuscan Leather fruit + leather thing, but they smell nothing alike as this is way less pungent and uses pineapple instead of raspberry. It's conceptually similar to AdG Profumo, a marine freshie with a dark edge, though they also do it in two completely different ways. Some of the aromachemicals in here actually give it a bit of an A&F Fierce vibe IMO, but all in all I find Akdeniz very unique. Finally a good pineapple scent that smells nothing like Aventus, and it's a rare summer freshie with fantastic performance to boot.

Unique'e Luxury - Akdeniz - An absolute summer beast ! This starts with a mild citrus and sweet marine undertones. That immediately turns into sweet pineapple and fruity accords. The sweetness is there but very mild. Not a loud in your face kind of sweetness. While you’re enjoying the aquatic essence, all of a sudden you’re introduced to the aromatic and flowery touch. 2-3 hours after this nuisance, the scent starts to settle into leathery and woody touch with the mild sweetness still lingering around probably because of Amber present in base notes. The dry down is so good you won’t stop sniffing yourself despite getting constant whiffs. The performance on this is beast mode. Projects heavily for 3-4 hours and lasts about whole day. 12+ hours on skin and 24+ hours on clothes. 4-6 sprays would be perfect. This is one of those scents that will last for a good amount of time even in 40+ degree heat. Scent: 9/10 Silage: 9/10 [ 4+ Feet radius] Longevity: 10/10 [ Solid 8+ Hrs afterwards it becomes skin sent] Bottle: 9/10 Price: 9/10

This goes nuclear. 3-4 sprays and you will be good all day, 12 hours of fun and you can smell it the next morning. For me it's always present and I never go nose blind. At times it feels slightly airy then it hits me in the face with a big WAFT! I get citrusy pineapple with sea notes (aqua feels) over a slightly vanillic leather that at times feels like a soft suede. Not the most complex but it smells amazing and performs like no other. Of note, I've tried this in warmish seasons (50s) and it doesn't work.... on my skin. The sea notes play more to that fishy calone-ish smell in all the aquatics you hate. But when the weather is in the 70s and above it's like a light switch is flipped and this is amazing. For me it's well blended and smells great for the genre it's playing in. I love this for summer and will be looking for a bottle soon. It's pricey but when it pops up at discounters it's worth it. You have to experience this on a hot summer day to realize how good it really is. Get a sample and judge for yourself.
