i bought this blind because it was the final run, i loved the listed notes and impression, and the reviews seemed promising. not a safe blind buy. it’s much stranger than i expected. to me, the dominating impression at dry down smells similar to hot milk by hilde soliani, a fragrance i love. it’s a happy accident, but not what i was expecting. distinctly warm and zingy (the eucalyptus?). to my nose there’s something lactonic about it - another reviewer likened it to basmati rice. next day when i smell it on clothes, i do finally get woodiness.

This is completely a winner. Changes a fair amount over time but I like all its personalities. Very well named—it totally fit what I thought it should be. Do not think it should be limited to summer though. It will be great in fall too.

energizing & zingy...reads as woody with a slightly mentholated base. imagine scrubbing yourself squeaky clean in a waterfall & then walking barefoot in the forest afterwards. this smells more divine when mixed w heat & sweat.
