Valentina Blush

I have valentino pink.I kind of like it but it's far from being a love.I also have valentino poudre;I like it more than pink,still not a love.when I tested valentino myrrh I saw that I like it.I really did.but I wasn't sure that I can call it love.so I controlled myself and didn't buy it and promised myself not to buy any other valentino just for collecting these pretty bottles When I first read about valentino blush I thought:good,I can easily resist a cherry perfume.I don't have anything against cherry.I sometimes crave it in a perfume,but to my nose,it usually covers other notes and guerlain LPRN can satisfy my cherry-craving taste. When I first tried blush I couldn't thing about I don't need another cherry perfume.the only thing came to my mind was:yummm,I need this babe in my life! There is definitely cherry in it.but not a sour cherry.not even a cherry cherry if it makes any sense.there's just this playful,colourful,sparkly fruity thing in it's opening.it's sweet in a good way.and flowery.and a tad spicy.and a little nutty,and yes,it's powdery.I can see that a lot of people may see it as another unoriginal modern sweetie;that's right.it's not complex but I rarely need a complex work of art kind of perfume in my daily life.more often,I need something that makes me feel good and I can wear it occasionally.I find valentino blush delightful,easy to wear year round,both days and nights.I can't comment on it's longevity or sillage as I never had a full wear but it doesn't seem to be as faint as votes suggest I'm definitely going to buy it and I highly recommend you to try it if you're into modern sweet fragrances

I blind bought this as it was on sale and there was no tester available. I LOVE IT ! It is sweet (which I like) and a bit powdery (which I love) ... I don't really get the cherry in this (or if I do it is quite different than the cherry I smell in Prada Candy Gloss which is also a cherry fragrance). I find it to be quite long lasting and comforting. I do smell the praline note on dry down. Hands down one of my current favorites and TBH I don't understand all the negative reviews that say this smells cheap and/or generic. To me it smells very sophisticated. The only down side for me is that this is now difficult and expensive to find & purchase.

The scent pyramid is spot on. Not that much spice though. I love it so much. I’m thought it would be more creamy and vanilla but no. It’s a soft flowery scent. It doesn’t last long at all and when you first spray it you can smell it at arms link but when it dries down you can only smell it close up. I just hate that it doesn’t last long so you’ll need to spray it in cotton balls and stuff them in your bra so that that scent stays on you all day. Either way I love it. I wish it was more creamy but I am in love with the floral powderiness.

One of the best and most unique perfumes I’ve ever smelled.i got gifted this when I was really young,finished it and threw the bottle away.ive been so sad its discontinued and I can never smell it again.Such a good cherry but id swear there was almond in it.

This is the original smell. Montales sweet flowers and lancomes LVEB intensement both came after Valentina blush. Ai please stop calling this unoriginal

Following my successful blind buy of Valentina Poudre (which is a huge love), I acquired Valentina edp and Valentina Blush soon after. Well, they were less successful, I must say. Both the latter two have beautiful openings but are less well-constructed in the middle and drydown stages. Valentina Blush has a very lovely opening. Candied pralines. Sugary but not cloying. Rather like powdered sugar. Quite delightful and I do enjoy it. However, about an hour later, there’s a generic perfume-counter smell, like some cheap base. Slightly pungent and screechy. I still keep it around, if only to enjoy the beginning. And the 3 Valentina bottles look cute as hell together.

The pink pepper in the opening sometimes has me sneezing up a storm on sweltering Summer days. Wearing this in the late Fall / early Winter proves to be much better. It lasts long, I can handle that pepper in the opening and by the end of the day it's an intimate, sugary, milky, cherry liqueur. The bottle is pretty and I've actually sprayed this on my suitcase linings before travelling. It makes the clothes smell a bit candy-like when opened and unpacked. It's a like not a love because it's not a fragrance I would easily repurchase.

I can see how it is still Valentina but with more fruits in the opening. Sweet cherry praline. I can sense all the notes present at once. Mainly vanilla and praline. The cherry, pink pepper and abstract floral notes only add sparkle to the main accord. It lasts well 7-12 hours but without any development. Just the gorgeous accord it has from the start. If you love it thats what you will get start to finish. 24 hours + and my wrist still radiates Valentina Blush and her cherries. Despite being multiple times washed with water.

I tested it today because it was on big sale (30€/80ml) but it smells so cheap, weird, the notes dont blend well and - wait for it - it lasts exactly 15 minutes!! so, thanks, Valentino, this is a fail, I would spend maximum 10€ for the big bottle, some celebrity fragrances last longer and smell more refined, this was made very quickly for quick money - nothing else. So I ended up purchasing EA Always Red Femme instead and happy for it!!! Dont ever pay the full ridiculously high price for this cheap quality.

I think this is the only cherry fragrance that i really like. I was surprised to see that there is cherry on it, because i normally hate cherry and i liked this fragrance. The cherry here is very well done, it gives a young, fruity touch with a light acidic smell, without it being overwhelming. The praline note is noteworthy too, very sensual, rich and never sickening. This is overall a very nice scent. It is not original, but it is beautifully crafted, smells expensive and lasts very long. Thumbs up!

The strong, bubbly pink pepper note opens this perfume. It tames down to the surprisingly good combination of praline and orange blossom. This could be a more sophisticated version of a chocolate orange scent. The vanilla note is very subtile and I like how cherry is woven into it. It's not a syrupy sweet cherry but it's fun enough to lift it up! I like how well composed this perfume is.

Enjoyable for me, reminds me of Lolita Lempicka Sweet. I get all the notes, however it isn't super original. I don't get the LVEB comparison thankfully because I don't quite like that perfume. The cherry and pink pepper in this makes all the difference for me. Sadly the longevity and sillage are poor, so I won't be getting the full bottle. Still smells yummy though.

Is she original? No. Is she delightful? Yes. This has a LVEB, Mon Guerlain quality to it without being as loud. It’s subtle sweetness and warmth that is non offensive in every way and makes this an easy reach. It won’t get called out for its complexity or uniqueness but I bet it gets a compliment or two. She cute for sure.

This is my go-to scent for spring and summer! The cherry note is so juicy and sweet, and it blends beautifully with the vanilla and praline. It's definitely a gourmand fragrance, but it's not overly sugary. I get compliments on it all the time.

VERY THICK, DENSE, SWEET Praline Cherry, it's giving me migraines all day whenever I wear it. but I'm gonna wear it anyway 😂😅 longevity is very short like 3-4hrs. but still gives me migraines whole day. lol mfg: 2017

Reminds me of black opium except not at thick. The cherry brightens it up and is quite sweet. The dry down is smooth and nuttier. Its a cute and feminine smell, not too overpowering and not too soft either.

I bought this because I've always loved the bottles of this line and I found a good sale price for it. The bottle is really cute and feels like good quality in my hands. This is one of the flacons I will keep on my shelf to enjoy the looks of it, instead of keeping it stored away in its box in a dark, dry and cool space. The fragrance on opening is super sweet. Too sweet for my usual liking. I only smelled vanilla and almond, then praline and a bit of spiciness from the pink pepper. But predominantly just a very sweet vanilla-almond mix. Drying down, the praline note gained a bit. Still didn't get any cherry, let alone sour cherry, which I found disappointing. Orange blossom, too, seemed to be missing. So I waited a bit longer and was very happy to find a much more wearable perfume after a couple of minutes. It became more powdery, the sweetness less overwhelming and on top of this dry vanilla with chocolate, almond and pepper notes sits a very light cherry. I would have liked it to be a little stronger. On the other hand cherry perfumes seem to be so omnipresent at the moment that maybe it's better this way. I do doubt people close to me can really perceive the cherry at all and I think La Petite Robe Noire does the sour cherry note better. Many reviews are mentioning that this fragrance isn't very original and I have to agree. Lots of other scents come to mind, that are quite similar. I like it mostly for its nice presentation and find it quite likeable, despite not standing out from the crowd.

Valentino Blush smells good to me, just not unique. I swear I have something else that smells exactly like this. I just don't feel like digging through my collection to figure out what it is. Call me crazy, but I do not smell any of the gourmand notes. Not the cherry, the praline, or the vanilla. If I had to identify this just by how it smells, I would have guessed it was a sharp white floral. I guess my nose is only getting the pink pepper and orange blossom. It's still pleasant, though, and like a lot of Valentino fragrances, the performance is pretty long. I like it enough to finish the decant I have, but not enough to purchase a full bottle. UPDATE: I do start to detect some of the cherry and praline in the dry down. It also has developed some type of sour note, also. (Maybe a bitter/tart cherry accord?) It is really, really loud. This hasn't really started to mellow over the past couple hours, the way I'd expect in a fragrance. It's starting to give me a slight headache and I've begun sneezing. I think I might actually be allergic to this.

I wanted to love this so badly. I’m a cherry girl, so I was pretty disappointed with how faint it was in this fragrance. I’m getting mainly old praline, like something that was once good but has been sitting out for too long. There is a certain “old lady”ness to it that I don’t love, even though I like more mature perfumes. When I put this on, it was overwhelming, and had an almost powdery effect. Disappointed. I however, think it is much heavier than La Vie Est Belle, and find it far less pleasant.

This is quite sweet. It lasts about 4 hours on my skin. Weirdly it smells more like peaches than cherries personally. It doesn't smell unique, I feel like I have smelled something very similar before and even find some similarities between with Coco Mademoiselle. I unfortunately also get a bit of a pee note and I have decided to pass it on.

Not really my vibe, but neither is LVEB or 1000 Wishes and this is similar to both. Not worth high discontinued prices in my opinion. I got a travel size off Fragrance Net. I actually wish there was more cherry, more praline.....more sweet!

A very fruity opening Then it steals the exact note of praline from LVEB...pity, they should have came up with something more creative...but I guess they had to create a juice that will sell for sure, hence the reliable formula is repeated. A quite musky development, there is white musk, I'm wondering why is it not listed. Give it some time for a huge powder note, the compact face powder cosmetics type. Timid pencil shavings and a soft spice. Interesting mix! But it all stops when the tried and tested and successful drydown settles, that a lot of female perfume releases have,to which the new young women generation identifies with and without hesitation buys. LVEB original(never the flankers), miss dior 2017, olympea, poison girl, la nuit tresor, etc. And these scents are not fruitchoulis, far from it. Miss Dior Cherie 2005+2011/Miss Dior 2012 and Coco Mademoiselle are true fruitchoulis at heart (besides their modern chypre base)if you want a comparison These are the new curse of the gourmand territory: warm sweet juicy floral. Brace yourselves for there are more to come.

Terrible, very generic juvenile scent that reminds one of powdery, tacky teenage things with the pink color, furry looking pink chairs. Was too embarrassed to walk in public with it, so scrubbed it off. And I'm someone who doesn't mind deja vu experiences of teenage years, so I like some adolescence reminding scents (i.e. Lolita Lempicka is great), but this is not one of the superior ones. It's a shopping mall, cheap girl's store scent. Why pay so much to smell like this? Just walk into a young girls' store and buy one of the many perfumes. Scent: 3/10

I was impressed by the cute bottles and colors, but the scent is not my taste. I really don't like the praline note in perfumes. Cherry, pink pepper and orange blossom sound great, but I don't sense any of them in this one. What a pity.

My friend gave me a miniature bottle today. The bottle is so cute I will keep it, but the perfume is generic, It's very sweet. I think very young girls would like.

No cherry, straight up La Vie est Belle dupe!

This is a nice milky ,nuttty powdery sweet Valentino. It smells fruity ( peachy to me ) and nutty and milky foremost then a little powdery ,,,, nothing not to like. I stood in front of it for a long time wondering if I should get it or not. I prefer it too the others. The pink Valentino is all rose to my nose and the poudre is nothing but dull powder with no excitement what so ever. Many better powder scent out there. Also it's a spin off HP which indeed has more to offer. Don't dislike poudre but don't love it either. Two things that stopped me from getting it ( and I still might lol) ,,,,1) it's not a wow ,just nice ,it's ordinary like a few others. However nice but ordinary ,,,and 2) it's limited. I am not a fan of limited fragrances ,I like stuff to stay around for a while ,,, anyways it is however super nice and the bottle is stunning ! I may be weak and run out to get it ,,,but I said no for now ,,,

I was getting very enthusiastic about those pretty Valentina bottles. I almost persuaded myself that I could acquire them all, and display them beautifully on my dresser; that would be fun right? Thankfully logic prevailed for once in my blind buyer ‘career’ and I bought some samples of Valentina Blush before materialising my ambition. While Valentina Blush is a perfectly pleasant fragrance, I don’t need it. At all. It’s a generic sweet floral, you can call the sweetness praline and cherry or nougat and berries and nobody will argue with you in either scenario. In a large collection like mine it would be redundant. It would, however,make a potentially good gift for a young woman who likes modern frags. My plan to buy all the colourful bottles has sank after trying this and The Poudree version. Will have to come up with a different plan:)

I purchased this today and it was a complete blind buy. At first spray I was somewhat impressed however, after a couple of hours it was too heavy for me. I agree with some of the reviews stating it smells a bit cheap. I was expecting much more out of this name than this. I did take a shower and I can still smell it but much lighter and it’s a bit more enjoyable now. There is a very heavy note in this that I can’t put my finger on and that’s what is keeping me from wanting to keep this Fragrance in my collection. Beautiful bottle nonetheless. I will try this out for a full day as well and update my review. So far 6/10

well I tried it, walked around, and bought it,, I love that it isn't candy sweet , more like a cherry powdery softness, it isn't like teenagerish, it has a grown up vibe, it is smooth, and lingers around on my skin nicely, like a soft sweet veil..I detect a bit of Poudre in it, and a bit of edp...Pink was great but too young for my taste.lI love the Valentina line, pretty bottles, pretty feminine perfumes...Blush is the perfect name for it, it has a hint of praline, nothing overdone, creamy cherry, and a hint of orange blossom...this isn't like out of this world, but pretty enough for me!!

first off i love the valentina line & the bottles are to die for :) saying that lol i was a bit disappointed with blush.......all i get from it is a very quick scent of cherry then its all praline after that......its a very weak scent...one lady wrote u have to stick ur nose to ur arm to smell it & she is so correct lol......i have to continually spray in order to get a hint of scent........but on a positive note it works great when ur in a ballet class - its not offensive lol.........if ur interested in the valentina line i would try some of the others first :)

Nice sweet praline-cherry perfume. I loved the first notes at the beginning, but let's be honest: 1- Many other perfumes of the same quality, with similar notes, are available on the market for a portion of the price (it's NOT worth $125!!) 2- It's a close skin scent. If you don't have literally your nose on your skin, you won't smell anything. 3- Longevity is really poor: 30 mn max! If you like sweet cherry, then I would recommend "Sweet Lolita Lempika".

One of my rare successful blind buys , this smells young and fresh a tad sweet .. its not similar to LVEB as suggested here but i may say they can be in same profile .. this is fresher and less projecting though .. i really enjoy this perfume especially the first spritz , its office appropriate and can be blind bought and gifted to a woman up to 30.

A daily, all-season, simple, easy-going sweet scent, yet with impressive quality. It's easy to detect the sweet, fruity, floral, powdery, creamy, nutty, and spicy vibes of this perfume--when smelled directly from the skin. But from a distance, it could smell similar to sweet cherry-almond perfumes, or like a scented lip balm.

They smell like a more delicate version of LVEB with cherry instead of currant and the addition of coffee. There is definitely coffee there. It spoils the smell a little. It would be nicer without coffee. This fragrance is very delicate, barely perceptible. It's a pity, because praline and cherry are a beautiful combination.

It smells like lipstick like make up. It is amazing first spray but not so long lasting very summery and good vibes with younger lady elegance. I had it when I was younger and I loved it and kept getting comment of it smells like good make up if you love the smell of make up

I sprayed this on the back of my hands then proceeded to fold clothes. I’m getting decent projection for now as I move my hands around, but this is really sugary sweet and rather boring to me. It’s pleasant enough if you like candy-like fragrances.

ok well i had to do an update..........i wore this again & just kept spraying to get anything lol...........so i finally decided its getting returned......for 120.00 its not worth the price lol.........pretty bottle but thats all........:)

This is so light version of LA VIE EST BELLE ! Praline Vanilla Orange Blossom even the Black Currant smells a bit like cherry !. So honestly buy la vie est belle it will even get you better silage and lasting power .

Why do young girls think perfume has an age rage? That’s just weird and ignorant to think. One said this can be gifted to a girl up to age 30- girl please- grow up. You don’t know what you’re talking about. 😒

Run of the mill stereotypical mall perfume. Nothing unique about this. Having said that, it is a pleasant smell. It is a safe, easy going, everyday perfume.

It reminds me a plate of ham. I'm the only one with that impression?
