Valentina Pink

💖🌹 i am still in awe when it comes to this perfume. this defies the general expectation of flankers and what really got me started with blind-buying fragrances based on notes and names and accords and bottle design (although i must admit, sometimes the accords and notes can be so misleading and certain concoctions of notes blend to form the most unexpected final product, but that's just from my perspective because i'm not a perfumer 😅) there is not much being said about the subtly and yet abundantly eerie emanations of this potion. i think if anyone does not prefer the idea of perfume flankers, i can honestly and wholeheartedly say that you'd be missing out on,.. possibly some really quality signature fragrances out there because some of my absolute favorite perfumes have been flankers, perfect for those who prefer such nuances, mirroring their own personality or... alters. our personas long for these ... 'accidental' exact personalizations, feeding a grandeur need to celebrate our unique creations, polished and fine-tuned by the creator. this is one of those fragrances. at least for me. i have 2 extra bottles and i haven't even finished the first bottle because i love this perfume so much and how much it resonates with me. heavy on the syrupy notes, but they're not as sweet as you might expect with strawberries. dark berries adding a nice noir vibe although it's not the main attraction here but instead is a wonderful addition to a very sickeningly sweet initial spray. the musky notes appear much later but before then there is a rosy incense note and something i absolutely adore about fragrances is unlisted notes that people without a doubt pick up on and incense is quite detectable here, such a nice surprise. the drydown is a plastic doll type of musky fragrance which is responsible for the unsettling vibes and it's what keeps this at my signature perfume because really you can categorize this is a perfume one would purchase at an old toy attic store (which unfortunately doesn't exist unless ed and lorraine are selling their "cursed" items) or a rose incense fragrance you'd find at a crystals and stones boutique, or even at a circus paraphernalia vendor (the plastic cap has KEEP FOR TRAVELLING PURPOSES embossed on it and people sometimes complain about it looking cheap, but i for obvious reasons love this detail). i have been now a somewhat perfume hobbyist for a year and a half, and it's definitely paid off because instead of just haphazardly picking a perfume like in the past or going by what smells the most generically sweet or bright or something like that, my preferences are steadily changing to suit me better and i find myself more partial to weird or slightly eccentric nuanced or even eerie perfumes, all with preferably some romantic tones to them within their own flavor. this perfume though has remained my favorite scent and most resonates with me even through this journey. i hope nobody else chooses to blind-buy pink because i am seeing mostly underwhelming reviews here and honestly, just leave me all the bottles then haha,.. seriously though people don't seem to appreciate or like this fragrance all that much but it is my absolute favorite in terms of what i identify with the most and what i would like to be more of, the perfect balance of characteristics and boy/girl although in no way would i consider this unisex, it's extra girly and pretty powdery even🌹💘🍼💐 i think valentino valentina pink is a wonderful example of perfumers who embrace their darker side through their craft and showcase the beauty of what has to be alchemy or something, because certainly we activate a specific part of our psyche, awakening a sleeping part of ourselves and allowing us to embrace these hidden facets. i would prefer having this perfume forever because to me, it is so perfect and i can't even put into adequate verbiage how much i love this fragrance.

this started as a like. this was not love at first sniff, mostly because i had no idea the direction that my... "style" was going to take, and steadily so. my entire perspective and therefore my preferences, were so underdeveloped then as compared to how well i know myself now, but nevertheless i was quite enthusiastic about receiving this in the mail (3 yrs ago!) and when i first tried it on my wrists, it was so sickeningly syrupy (not what i was looking for at the time because delina exclusif was still at the top of my list with its plush and tart qualities) and jammy that i was almost convinced this perfume was overhyped, though there was something addictive about it. i wasn't crazy over it, but i couldn't stop sniffing my wrists... years later, and after discontinuation, i realize it is underrated and the syntheticness of this perfume is actually part of its appeal. let me tell the story of how i realized this scent is my personal signature. actually a lot of it has to do with my personal evolution in style and preferences which is a reflection of my personality or even persona, but i digress. driving to a metaphysical store one night 🌙 (so already in a specific mood) i decided instead of only my wrists, let me spray my clothes with valentino valentina pink. also it's so crucial to try perfumes again after some weeks, some months, i kid you not sometimes even a year, you know how sometimes, a lot of times, fragrances smell differently after the first few times? went about my night, not-so-frantically searching for this little shop, that i forgot i was wearing perfume.. and here comes this whiff of rose, berries, incense... smoky..... powdery.... wow. my perfume matched the mood and what i was shopping for that day, so i began to like this perfume even more! then, my passions and interests began to take another turn, allowing me to appreciate yet another aspect of this magical, flirtatious, incense, sweet, messed up elixir. it starts as a sickeningly sweet strawberry syrup that's also a bit powdery, with no sharp or cold notes. then dries down to dark berries and roses and incense, and hours later...... here comes the final stage of this scent, it smells like a plastic doll. a strawberry, plastic doll. especially or particularly, in this california heat. colder weather brings out the incense quality although no incense is listed anywhere in the notes, but warmer weather (i feel like warm for perfume standards means any weather condition that isn't a bit chilly 😭)..... plastic doll. love the synthetic and syrupy opening, rosy and strawberry incense drydown, and synthetic finale. my goodness..... for me it's perfection. i think most people will find this to be ok, but i need an infinite supply. i never buy backups but i have an extra bottle of this. it's an absolute love for me. signature. 💗 please: valentino, please never stop manufacturing this, ever. 🙏🏻 pleaaaheeheeease 💗💗💗 i can't begin to tell you how much i love this perfume. i can't seem to find anything else that has every quality i like in one perfume. i love this because it's synthetically sweet and jammy, it's got the rose scent, sweet powder throughout, it has also the incense without being predominantly smokey which is sometimes the issue with incense perfumes, it's just so perfect for me and i am saddened but also kinda glad. this is the perfume that really altered my frame of mind as i identify with it more and more. what i don't mention but is a prominent aspect of this perfume is the dark and uneasy feeling you get from it. it has a rotting sort of feeling, like entering a haunted village or carnival setting, where there are several antagonists and this is the scent of one of them. a lingering sweet scent that can be accurately described as overtly girly but not traditionally feminine. i love it so much and need this forever.

I got a sample a year ago, set it aside...life got busy and I accidentally forgot about it. When I finally tested it just recently, I realized I love this one so much, it almost feels like a guilty pleasure!!! It was also like a revelation. Now I understand what people mean when they say "jammy rose"! For me, this is a jammy, fruity, sweet and juicy rose scent. But that's not all. The strawberry and blackberry are so prominent and so persistent, and they make the scent gourmand! The strawberry is most noticeable at the start and smells so youthful, it makes me feel happy and uplifted. It doesn't exactly smell like a real strawberry on my skin, maybe a little artificial but easily identifiable as strawberry! The musk is light and plays a supporting role, but it was not clearly identifiable to me and I would not describe the scent as musky. The blackberry...oh, the blackberry...it is so pronounced, so deep and round, so divine, it is present from first spray and lasts all the way into the distant dry down. It smells realistic to me. This is the real star of the scent, along with the luscious, deep rose (but I do not smell peony). And finally, the amber, praline, and cashmere wood are all essential on my skin chemistry to help create a deeper, more seductive base without overshadowing the union of blackberry and rose. Otherwise, it would feel like a thin fruity-floral to me. Longevity on my skin was impressive, around 8 hours which is twice as long as usual for me, but there was a desire to reapply early and often due to the uplifting top notes and big sillage at the start of the fragrance. It becomes more like a radiating skin scent after a few hours, as the base notes really warm up the blackberry and rose. I like it best in mild autumn weather. Hot weather kills the composition, and somehow makes certain notes disappear too quickly. Too much cold doesn't allow the scent to open up and radiate their warmth. I am learning I like berry and stone-fruit notes in autumn, where they smell richer to me against the seasonal backdrop of dry grass and freshly-dropped leaves and crushed needles from the trees. So, I am left wondering...Why on earth is this limited edition?! This is such an exquisitely well-done gourmand scent! It doesn't smell juvenile, but it satisfies the need to feel youthful and optimistic again. It also doesn't smell cheap, sharp, synthetic, or incomplete as a composition. Additionally, my husband, who is more likely to say that a perfume is just "okay" or "nice" on me, gave this one his total approval without any hesitation.

Oooh this really is lovely - really really well done and oh so prettyyyy! It really does have a lovely jammy quality that reminds me of LUSH rose jam (I see I'm not the only one to think so) but it is like LUSH rose jam when it's really well done (i.e. in the shower gel not in the body spray, for example - the shower gel has fresh fruit infusions and a little more rose absolute - it's the only body soap I use and a favourite but I dislike the body spray version of the scent because it relies on a much more synthetic and jarring construction in my opinion. This is the jammy rose of Rose Jam at its fest with fresh fruit + jammy fruit and rose and some mouth watering sweetness. It marries two qualities that are not often found together -rich jamminess and freshness. I have and love JHAG Miss Charming - Valentina Pink and Miss Charming are both wonderful and I can definitely see the similarities. Both are amazingly well executed strawberry and berry rose scents that add up to way more than just another fruity floral with mass appeal. They are masterfully constructed scents that bring together lovable and simple elements - rose, berries, sweet notes and praline - but the sum of their parts is much more than a few simple notes. I would say that Miss Charming is a bit lighter and brighter and that Valentina Pink is jammier and sweeter - a little richer and less airy. But certainly, anyone who likes Valentina Pink or Miss Charming is very likely to like the other. Lovely! : ) Would love to have full size of this it's a big hit with me but then again I love rose and gourmand notes and since this perfume is so well executed it's hard to find anything that anyone could dislike here. It's yummy, delicious, happy and pretty.

@Nakira93 Is the sprayer on your bottle working OK? Blind-bought this one, as well, in TJ Maxx. I like the scent a lot, but the sprayer is horrible. Leaks all over the bottle with each spritz. Why a Valentino perfume, only 8 months old batch, would end up in a discount store? Defective sprayers, maybe? The flower ornament is attached with some plastic element right underneath the sprayer making it sit a little loose on the bottle - not a practical design at all. Now I'm not sure if I should even attempt to try another one by Valentino (I was thinking "Poudre") in a bottle of the same design. As for the scent, it reminds me a lot of EL Modern Muse Le Rouge Gloss - fruity-sweet lipstick-y rose with a synthetic (reminiscent of vinyl) note in there. I agree with those reviewers who say it's very weak. The initial blast of fragrance is strong and thick, but it settles down to a skin scent within 30 min. or so. After an hour plus, max. 2 hrs - not even a light trace on skin is perceptible. On clothes it stays longer, but you can smell it only if sticking your nose directly into the fabric. P.S. OK, after some manipulations with the nozzle I seem to have fixed it enough not to leak over the bottle. Yay!!!

Valentina lovers, this perfume is currently for sale online at Nordstrom so it looks like it's in production again. I had resorted to hoarding a few bottles when it was limited edition. I have never been a big flowery fruity fragrance lover, having been handed down a bottle of Samsara by an aunt as a teenager it was my signature scent for the longest. Then I fell in love with Lush's Rose Jam bodywash and saw that Pink was recommended as a familiar. Having tried Rose Jam perfume and being disappointed, I took a risk and bought Pink as a blind buy after reading and watching reviews. And I am not disappointed. I like this Better than rose jam! It has more of a vanilla -y caramel undertone and lacks that citrus vibe that rose jam has that makes it smell so ugly on me. This is now one of my daily scents, perfect for the office but sweet and sexy an innocent way. I hope some dupes go into production so i can spray my pillow and wear it to bed. I've read the reviews and comparisons and my opinion is thst it smells closer to Miss Charming but with more musk and caramel. I like them both.

This was a love at first sniff kind of fragrance for me so at a wonderful price I bought another 50mL as a backup. This smells sweet like strawberries but not cheap. It's the kind of sweetness that portrays elegance as well as innocence I think it's because of the added notes of roses and peony. I absolutely adore this scent and thought this was gonna be my signature scent till I keep finding it not lasting well on me...it's a EDP that almost acts like EDT. It projects well for the first 2/3 hours and then about 3/4 hour mark it dies down then fades away around 5 hour mark. Originally I was thinking to find another perfume that smells like this but has better longevity (which I thought Parfums De Marly Delina smells remotely similar and said to have a great longevity - althought I sprayed once on my wrist and thought it was okay too). I am planning to buy Delina and Delina Exclusif anyway when they are at a better price. However still wish Valentina Pink is my signature scent if it was more longer lasting.

I am ten years old and this was my first ever perfume. I LOVE IT! My mum loves it to. This perfume is so amazing and it is my favourite perfume out of all 7. Whenever i where it i feel so happy its just so hard to get upset when you're wearing it. I have to admit this is just so good. I kind of wish that yhis was a dessert, it would taste so delicious!!! To be honest my mum did smell it before me and she said that it was really hard to give it to me as a present. this perfume smells like strawberry bubblegum, so me being the biggest sweet tooth in the house, i just love it!!!!!!! it doesnt only smell like strawberry bubblegum, sweet candy. I sometimes pick up a small flower scent in it too. whenever I wear this I tend to be in such a happy mood. No matter what i would never give this perfume up. it is my favourite perfume and i can tell that it is going to stay that way for a long time to come. scent:10/10 longetivity:10/10 silage: 6.5/10 (in a really good way)

Valentina Pink – Another lovely offering from the house of Valentino. My first impression of this scent is that it is fresh, crisp, and fruity. The fruit notes are those that are in the perfect eatable stage. Not overly ripe or rotten as some have mentioned. I was curious about how musk would compose as a top note. As it turns out it creates a delicate balance between the fruity notes by adding a layer of depth that transforms the berries into an opulent balmy scent. All the while setting the stage for the beautiful rose and peony notes. The flower notes are not loud as they blend well with the berries and musk. The dry down is delish, like a fluffy or sprinkling desert. The praline is present but does not overpower, while I find the cashmere to be soft and billowy. Valentina Pink is a sophisticated meringue that conveys a sweet yet sultry vibe. Easy to wear wherever – whenever. Longevity on my skin is about 7+ hours with medium sillage.

Tested this whilst at my local Nords that bubblegum pink bottle grabbed my eye, Given the fact how ridiculous they're being with Fragrantica it didn't stop from sampling, Glad I did! this was beautiful, soft fruity sweet perfection, I asked the SA for a sample She said as soon as they got it in they sold out. Now I didn't try it on there so when I got home I did a skin test. On me it smelld so familiar && immediately reminded me of My Roses Elixir by Montale (both acquiring a strawberry rose note) only Valentina is not as citrusy as Rose Elixir, yet that same fruity sweet development came to life on my skin, I'm running low sadly of my Elixir, Given the cost of Montale, this is deff. a great replacement contender && given this is a Lmtd Edtn. I may have to spring for a bottle, wouldn't mind having that chic matte pink bottle sitting in my collection, kudos Valentino! Overall: 10/10

Wasn't expecting to like this one. It's a bit much, but overall very enjoyable for strawberry fans. On me, Valentina Pink starts with a strong strawberry opening that quickly is augmented by a warm and fuzzy rose. It's quite juicy, reminiscent of Lush's Rose Jam scent. There is a tartness that made my mouth water, despite it veering close to artificial. Reminds me of strawberry Bubblicious bubble gum, actually. I am going to attribute this to the blackberry. Definitely get a food vibe. And yet Pink is not in body-spray or candle territory. You can tell it's higher quality. Maybe because the other notes are all playing a role in the background. I am really enjoying sniffing my wrist for this one. But to wear it out and about, everyday? I am not sure. It's quite young in feel, and intense. Probably layers well with additional gourmands. And chocolate for Valentine's Day.

Lovely pink pink pink! perfume. Truly delightful. I smell mostly beautiful roses, and peony, which are heavenly, then the luscious fruit and musk and amber and praline, and I also think I can smell patchouli (it does have a gentle spicy/herby smell), which I love. It's a lovely lovely perfume - not too sweet for me, not at all cloying - there's a lovely freshness; it's very rosy, and delightful. I love rose, and it is gorgeous in Valentina Pink. I really love it. It lasts for easily 14 hours, and the sillage is soft but I've received so many compliments from all sorts of people who say how gorgeous I smell, and they've been a few feet away at the time. It's gentle, soft, but also quite rich, very feminine and comforting. I love it. And I adore the bottle!! Such a gorgeous colour and sweetheart shape; I love the rose on it! It's really perfect for me. Beautiful!!!

I totally want this. Just tried it on my skin and a card on a recent trip to Melbourne. When I was a little girl, my Nana had a vast array of essential aromatherapy oils (this was the 90s of course). She had one particular one that smelt like sweet rosey strawberries. I loved it. Valentina Pink is that same sweet rose smell from my childhood. Needless to say, this has automatically made my want list. For the technical stuff, the sillage is nice, I got a whiff every so often, not an overpowering sillage monster. It lasted for a number of hours on my skin, and is still on my clothing (days later)- good longevity. It is quite linear, which I was happy since the childhood memories stay the entire length of the fragrance. It is a sweet one, but not a sickly sweet (although, that is a matter of opinion). It is expensive, which is it's only major downer.

It's a lovely, delicious fragrance! I fell in love with it from the moment I first smelled it. (things I can compare the smell to, imo) It smells like: • pink (rose) turkish delights (also those turkish rose flower drinks) • those red/pink acetones (nailpolish removers) • a bit synthetic but edible and sweet, like pink rose strawberry candy with sprite-y soda • something almost alcoholical/champagne-y about it which gives it a more grown-up, elegant, sophisticated feel than a generic synthetically sweet fruity fragrance. I think it can be worn at any age, if you like it enough. Drydown isn't that bad for me, like the other reviews say. On my skin it dries down into a powdery, oriental, rose, strawberry, sweetness and those woody, musky notes become a bit more noticeable.

Cheerful, sweet, candy-like fragrance. Yes, the scent is as pink as it can be. :) It literally smells like strawberry candy with a hint of jammy rose. It doesn ́t seem to have the best longevity&sillage, but surprisingly I have been smelling one tiny spritz one myself for several hours already. It ́s quite intimate, but we will see how it proceeds with more than one spray. I was lucky enough to get the biggest bottle from a reputable online shop in my country for very little money, so I ́m not mad, the scent itself is worth it. All the way, this perfume really makes me happy, such a pink, pretty, feminine scent and unique in my collection, even though I have many sweet perfumes. Very bright. I think it ́s going to bloom in spring&summer. :)

Three words: STRAWBERRY FIELDS FOREVER!! Always a delectable treat wearing this one. Initial spray for me is the dominant strawberries mixed with the raspberries. Drydown is the best as I still get the strawberry mixed with a hint of roses and the soft praline note. This one is a charmer for sure, one to consider for a happy day. I initially got a 5 ml bottle of this as I thought it was too sweet for my liking. On my first whiff, I knew I had to get the gorgeous pink bottle for my collection. I also love layering this one with the original Miss Dior Cherie (2005), for me it gives added depth to that distinct strawberry and buttery popcorn goodness. They’re perfect together!!

I fell in love with this the second I smelled it in Singapore airport....and I ended up buying it as soon as I got on the plane. It's so beautiful. I would bathe in it if I could. This is the most beautiful perfume I have ever smelled. As soon as I found out that it was being discontinued I bought her a few back up bottles that I keep in the fridge. These days I wear it quite sparingly, as I love it so much and know that it’s not coming back. Why do they have to discontinue the most beautiful perfumes and toilet water like Calvin Klein euphoria is still around?

When I first spray this on my skin it’s all sugar roses, on dry down I get the berries, it is my absolute favorite scent, I swear I had something exactly like this in my childhood, which is probably why I love it. It doesn’t have great longevity but better than beyond romance from RL. I’m so upset this was discontinued and I’ve bought 15 fragrances trying to replace it. I have 1.5 bottles left ( I found one on Amazon about 2 years ago) I use it sparingly now. If you are looking for a dupe, Kayali Sweet Diamond Pink Pepper is as close as I’ve found.

Blind buy because I LOVE roses. Surprisingly, I love it!! I don't usually go for sweet fragrances. I smell like candied roses, strawberries, and warm cozy cashmere all at once. My son loves it...LOL. YOU WILL GO NOSE BLIND TO THE SCENT after about 30 minutes, BUT trust me, other people WILL smell you and you get the most beautiful and surprising whiffs of roses and strawberries as you go about your day. The scent lasts for 2 days on my skin and on my clothes. That was a HUGE pleasant surprise. I will definitely buy extra bottles of this.

I have to add to my review from April. I definitely love this scent, now that I tried it in the midst of humidity and heat of August. Didn't expect to be so much more impressed by it than when I tried it in April - the scent seems deeper, thicker and more natural smelling now. Cooler/drier weather made it smell more synthetic to me. It lasts much longer in warmer humid weather, too. I still wear it mostly indoors (air-conditioning), so I think it's humidity that brings out longevity and other more pleasant aspects of this perfume.

Like the original Valentina this has that blast of fresh strawberry but unlike Valentina it doesn't descend in to sugar overload. This stays fresh and true throughout, with a jammy rose developing in the heart and drydown. It has a bit of sweet musk that would be cloying if it wasn't for the strawberry which is fresh and fruity enough to cut through it and make it perfect for summer. Such a happy, sweet scent :D Oh, I do wish they wouldn't put blackberry in all these rose scents, I think it would be much nicer without

Wow, I love ALL OF THIS! The bottle, the name, the fragrance inside - EVERYTHING. Valentina Pink is true to its name. Valentina means "brave" and while this one is very feminine and pink-smelling, it's not "basic" or frivolous in any shape or form. It smells like Valentine's Day to me. The rose, the blackberry and praline balance out the strawberry and don't let it become artificial-smelling or annoying in anyway. It's a beautiful, beautiful fragrance and I'm very glad to give it a home in my wardrobe.

I love this perfume so much! It is my all time favorite. I am sooo sad its discontinued and have been rationing my bottle. Its the perfect scent for me. Its jammy rose, strawberry, blackberry, praline perfection. The opening is divine, so good its almost gourmand. I get a light pink bubblegum note mixed in the opening that gently fades. The dry down is soft, creamy Cashmere, sweet rose and tart strawberry. I've been searching for a replacement for months, nothing else compares.

God i love this perfume so much, it’s the sweetest jammy rose with a bit of citrus-like tartness from the berries. it’s almost syrupy to my nose but it never gets cloying or sickeningly sweet to me! there’s also some powderiness that comes through in the dry down from the musk but overall valentina pink stays very sweet, fruity, and rosy. on my clothes, it lasts foreverrr and about 6 hours on skin. it’s always one of my first choices for a casual spring day or summer night

This perfume smells.delicious. It starts with a basic strawberry jam and then dries down to a spiced, nectarine/strawberry marmalade. It's not super complex with layers, but it's enough to where its not flat or synthetic. It's pretty long lasting as well, I get a good 4-5 hour usage. And I like how versatile this fragrance is as well. I've worn it to work, going shopping, dates etc. It makes me feel girly and cute. Overall, I would 100% repurchase this perfume!!

I tried this one out a few times when I had a sample and I think this is really underrated! This is a VERY sweet rosey smell but this is not extremely heavy rose. I smell more of the fruits and praline and some rose to explain the note breakdown. The performance is middle of the road. It will last when you wear it and you’ll be able to smell it every now and again. Definitely recommend if you like candy/sweet smells with some rose mixed in.

Does nobody else smell the similarity with Delina??? The tart, fruity rose peony with cashmere woods... they are different sure, but gosh the lovely sour note reminds me of Delina so much. Anyway, I used to describe this one as "fruit left to rot in the sun but in a delicious smelling way" because it's fruity, hot, sweet, sour, and slightly indolic. A masterpiece, shame it is discontinued.

Oh, such a nice meeting. Lovely, fresh, sweet but like sweetness of a fruit laying in the sun. Reminds me a bit of Miss Dior Blooming Bouquet but it stays much longer on the skin (yes, I will never forgive that MDBB stays on a skin as long as nothing for quite heavy money). Well, strawberries with a cream and sugar and you sitting in the rain. Straight after shower. There you have it! ;)

Strawberry Rose and blackberry followed by musk! A simple composition, synthetic and sweet. I didn't get the hype why this so adored! I bought a bottle cause it was pretty. Then I used it during winter. It's very comforting to me. I don't use it outside much. In my idle time, cosy corner, bed time kind of scent. It helps me falling asleep! Great one. Sad it's discontinued!

This is juicy jammy berries on an amber-rose bed. The praline is a suggestion, not a focus. I love how the juicy berries become a juicy amber in the drydown-- i didn't know amber could get juicy! This is how I would dream up a berry scent-- dark expressions of the berries with no candy, a clean white amber, minimal sweetness. Something my 46 year old a** can get away with.

A very heart warming, sexy jammy fruity silky rose I love it so much! It’s so moreish and perfectly perfect for valentines!! It’s like a strawberry and praline creamy sexy heaven one of the best perfumes I have. And the bottle oh my WORD!!!!! Valentina Pink is delicious & jammy. I finally tried it & straight away had to have it in my collection so I've been lucky enough to find a roller ball of it just incase but I doubt I'll ever get tired of this one. I imagine this is what the original Stella would be like if you added strawberries & black berries which go so well with roses. I'm smitten!

It’s a sweet Berry Rose. I love it so much. The berry fades over time and leaves a sweet rose. I don’t get praline but I get a soft musk when it finally settles but that ROSE Man oh man that rose is perfection I never had a rose perfume before and this is perfection. I love it so much I never thought I’d be a rose girl but with this fragrance I am.

Tried this today... There was a big display Instore as I walked towards it I got a whiff of this familiar scent. As soon as I sprayed it all I could think of was the 2003 original stella by stella mcartney. They have such similar notes of the rosé, peony and the amber it is definitely a bit sweeter though. If you liked stella you will like this!

Fell in love with this and had to buy a bottle, even though the sales associate tried to talk me out of it by insinuating I was too old and not the target market. But love is love, and I wanted to smell of the beautiful sweetness and musky dry-down of Pink. It is strong but not overbearing and lasts for 6+ hours on me.

This is really really nice.... Blackberries and roses and strawberries, not too sugary like a jam but slightly sour in a really enjoyable way! I'd love a full bottle but the price has me a bit shook.. As in I have a few for similar prices that I'd prefer to invest in, over this one. One day maybe!

This smells almost exactly like Lush Rose Jam, just sweeter and smoother. Update: This is one of my absolute favorite perfumes. I am in love. I do still think it smells lot like Lush Rose Jam, but I'm really getting the sweet, lush strawberry bubblegum scent and it's incredible.

I absolutely love this! It's very sweet, but imo it is sweetness with some depth. I think the rose, praline and fruits work really well together. The last time I wore this I could smell it a decent amount of time on myself. Very happy to have this in my collection.

This is such a beautiful jammy rose, I literally said Mmmmm out loud when I first smelled it❣ And such a pretty bottle, it matches the scent perfectly. Highly recommend!! The fact that Valentino have discontinued it is as stupid as Armani discontinuing Si Fiori!

So, so delicate, beautiful, and delightful! Just imagine rose Turkish delight, layered with strawberry jam, then add a side of tart blackberries as you sip on a flute of champagne. I feel like I've died and gone to girly heaven lol.

It is a sweeter/strawberrier version of Miss Charming by Juliette Has a Gun. Since this bottle is definitely not suitable for carrying in a handbag and I have some Miss Charming vials, I carry them in case if I need to reapply.

Wore this for the first time today and fell in love! Pink + Roses+Blackberries+Strawberries+Vanilla+musk=LOVE......YUM! ( and we won’t even mention that the bottle is to die for.....)

Rosy sweetness ❣️ Longevity is good as well but it does become more subtle later in it’s wear. And the bottle is just gorgeous and cute at the same time. It’s a love for me.

don't usually care for fruity but this is wonderful.

At least for a year now I've been looking for a perfect happy-go-lucky perfume - aka something that's easy to wear and makes you happy for no reason, something that just smells GOOD and that's it. No grand statements, no big background story, just plain joy. A pink bubble to live in. And this Valentina definitely is all of the above - especially pink. Valentina Pink (or any happy-go-lucky perfume, for that matter) isn't something I would normally choose, but hey, everyone's got needs... In this case it's a need to step out of your zone and into a comfort zone, once in a while! I was a bit worried of that bubblegum note everyone's been telling / warning about, but luckily that passed in a matter of minutes, and turned into this fluffy "strawberries and whipped cream" dessert scent (that by the way reminded me distantly of the dry down of Angel Sucree, meringue meets red berries). The structure of Valentina Pink then reminded me also of Beyoncé's original Heat fragrance - not that the scent was same, per se, but I knew immediately that there was something familiar about the mixture of musk and sweetness, amber and fruity notes. The berry and floral notes are no way natural smelling here, but that's the whole beauty of it! I have no idea why, but I enjoy tremendously how perfectly these "imperfect" notes are blended together. The notes just blend into each other, seamlessly. Roses and chocolate, strawberries and blackberries (luckily not too over-the-top here, like they sometimes tend to be), amber to musk... No, Valentina Pink is not ground breaking, earth shattering, what have you, but it's easy and it's fun, and most importantly it's perfect in its naivety, simplicity and linearity. I'm feeling much more happy-go-lucky already, ha! (I also need to point out that despite its general... pinkness, for a lack of better word, Valentina Pink stays classy throughout its cycle. The scent never turns into this cheap smelling, sugar-watery mess most of the "sweet and easy" fragrances - you know what I'm talking about! - do.) Earlier I was telling my friend, that "I've finally found it! The perfect perfume to wear on days when I paint my nails pink and blow soap bubbles, wear a nice dress and eat those Marie Antoinette -pastries, all day long, without a care in a world!" What I got was a long hard stare and comment of "Were you just trying to describe yourself? That doesn't sound like you at all!" She's right. That's not me. Valentina Pink doesn't suit me at all. But it suits perfectly the person I never grew up to be, and that's a good side of yourself to visit, every now and then.

I purchased it on a whim and wasn't expecting to love it, but I do! It's so pretty & feminine, perfectly rosy & sweet, soft & elegant. The berries don't cheapen it, which I was nervous about. They aren't quite ripe, making them more tart than dripping in syrupy sweetness. It's nicely balanced between roses, tart berries, and a slightly musky, sweetened base. Nothing stands out in a bothersome way. It smells beautiful, feminine, even delicious at times. It seems to be of the same quality as Poudre, better than the original Valentina, easier to wear than the Myrrhe. Out of all the Valentina's I've tried, this might just be my favorite! I appreciate Poudre but Poudre is so, um, powdery it's not really me. Pink is chic and cute, more refined than YSL Mon Paris or Miss Charming, and it's just such a joy to wear I can't get over it! I couldn't have discovered it at a more perfect time with spring coming up. It makes me think of warm breezy days, bright glossy lips, and a sweet smile. 🌹 I get several hours with good projection from it, then it becomes a skin-scent. If it were stronger it might have entered Montale Roses Vanille territory, which is not what I'm looking for. Pink hits all the right notes and smells so beautiful I don't mind reapplying once or twice to keep it going throughout the day. It is similar to other fragrances, most notably Van Cleef Rose Rouge, but still it is different. The way the perfumers worked the notes together is pretty special actually, which is much of what draws me to it. It could have gone wrong in a few ways given my history with some of these notes, but I'm very happy that wasn't the case. Bonus, the bottle is more lovely in person. I love the matte hot pink ceramic and circular shape with the singular rose. It represents what's inside very well. 😍
