Confiance

This is such a surprisingly nice scent. On me, it has lasted well over 6 hours. I get vanilla, cinnamon and a warm coziness (amber-woods?). I do not get any peachiness on me, but YMMV. It's summer, but here in my a/c'd house, it's so pleasant. Not sure if I would wear it out in the heat, at least, not during the day. I am shocked that this isn't more popular, especially with those who love gourmand-styled scents. This is a keeper and fits all ages like a smug hug. It definitely leans feminine, but hey, wear what you want. I love the bottle with the carnelian stones floating around in it. Worth the prices it's fetching on eBay, a total deal. I have Montale's Vanille Absolu on my other arm and this wins over that, hands down.

I'm so very glad that I purchased this, and it was like $45 on g ilt. There are small pieces of Carnelian in this bottle which make it very pretty on the shelf. However, the scent is rich and sensual (or scentual, if you like) - vanilla, spices, and woods, very cuddly. I am really enjoying it this winter, but honestly, I think I would wear this any season except spring and not summer daytime. It starts out really strong, but is a skin scent before very long. I layer with with Mon Guerlain sometimes and it is Amazing together.

I absolutely love this parfume. It doesn't last long on my skin. Two hours and then I feel I have to refresh with another spray. Perhaps because I like the scent so much. Wouldn't have named it Confidence, though. To me it feels like a safe hug. The bourbon vanilla dry down is delicious. Definitely a keeper.

A great spicy but not stinky frag, if you know what I mean. Too many 'spicy' frags are made too heavy to the nose. This one is warm, like a cup of chai latte in the winter, but not offensive. Well balanced and safe spicy frag choice.

This fragrance was a blind buy for me. I'm glad that I took the chance. I don't care for vanilla in perfumes but I can't smell it in this. I do pick up the cinnamon, peach and cloves. To me this is a fall/winter scent. Something you'd curl up in during the colder seasons. But, I really like this and I'm probably going to wear it no matter what season it is. UPDATE 5-20-2022: Reached for this perfume and doused myself liberally. This time the perfume was strange on me. I put it back into it's box and put it in the back of my vanity cabinet. I'll probably going to stay there for a while. Maybe I'll get the courage to try again in the fall, As it is right now I can't wear it.

This is an amber cinammon spice bomb top to bottom. Nothing plastic or cheap. How does Valuer manage such inexpensive quality scents when others can't seem to figure it out?

There are pieces of something in the bottle, I guess it’s amber. The notes made me think I would like this, but it’s all spice no sugar. Which doesn’t have to be a deal breaker, but the spice isn’t interesting and it’s a wisp of a scent. Not for me!

Initially get the comparison to dolce vita but then dries down to a sweet kind of warm spicy sheer ambery vanilla. I like it but the longevity isn’t the best and prefer the dry down to the initial phase.
