Cutie Pear

At the first spray, the pear note feels very natural. It is not an exaggerated, juicy fruit effect. Instead, it resembles a slightly moist pear with a faint tart edge. The presence of rhubarb likely contributes to that freshness, keeping the sweetness in check. The overall impression is clean, bright, and lively. After a short while, the floral notes emerge. Sweet pea and freesia bring a soft, airy freshness. The scent remains light, almost like a thin veil resting gently on the skin. In the drydown, a subtle woody base appears. Sandalwood is present but understated, without a creamy tone or heavy weight. The result feels very wearable, close to the idea of a natural skin scent. Fragrances that appear structurally simple yet maintain this sense of ease and balance are not easy to execute. This is a well-composed example.

This is like "no makeup makeup" in perfume form for me. Fits perfectly with the clean girl aesthetic, goes well with anything, very light and inoffensive. It is overpriced for how basic it is though, not interesting enough and easily forgettable.

This fragrance should not be called Cutie Pear. A name like that implies there’s pear in the scent. I got no identifiable pear, rhubarb, or tea notes; the notes that I wanted to smell and the reasons I bought the scent. All I got was overpowering sweet pea and sandalwood. I’m glad I didn’t get a bottle, but that was money down the drain for a 8ml I’ll never wear.
