Jazzy Twist

I know fragrance is subjective but , Omgoodness I cannot get enough of this scent , I LOVE it so much. It’s so beautiful and feminine and different ,. I feel Like i smell coconut but I couldn’t quite place it. I got a sample and I sprayed it and fell in love . I own a lot of fragrances but this one is so special. I have been wearing tiara from house of Sillage and this one is taking its place . I got a sample from Saks and I and I am fragrance lover . I try many but this , wow . It has a chocolate vibe but done so well, a little powdery I picture Paris in a feminine dress or wine tasting with chocolate , Another favorite is meander by Amouage which is rated more masculine But I am Loving it so I do enjoy different juices . This is so cozy also a fireplace cozy , but can also be worn during day , the loveliest sillage but not too strong .

Masterpiece with only three smelling ingredients: first couple of minutes I got strong smell of Magnolia, than after an hour the chocolate comes in and omg delicious! Very warm, cosy and strong scent, the sillage is 8 hours + on me...although perfume is classified as unisex, I would say it's more suitable for women who are strong willed, confident, sexy and free spirited. I love it! The price is totaly worth the bottle!

Jazzy twist has a lot of soul, perfect for nights out in fall and winter. It reminds me of Velvet orchid without that Dr Pepper syrupy vibe in the beginning and I can ever so slightly get the dry down of Angel. Must be the patchouli gourmand/chocolate. The bottle is sleek and luxurious. I love this. EDIT: this is one if I over spray gets a cumin note.

This is a yummy perfume. Not too sweet and cloying -- but just a sweet warm cloud. The Magnolia and chocolate work surprisingly well together. Just this light, sweet... maybe even lighter than a cloud feeling. Very cozy scent.

This doesn't work for me at all. My initial thoughts on a blotter were a combination of sweet coconut and soapy dish detergent (specifically Fairy Liquid). Fresh but cloying and quickly becoming quite nauseating. The scent is quite linear but despite initially disliking it I had to keep going back to it as it had a very familiar smell that I could not place. I eventually placed the olfactive memory. About a decade ago I lived in the US for a couple of years and close to my apartment was a large Bed, Bath and Beyond. Going in there on a hot summers day a wall of synthetic fragrance would hit you; a combination of scented candles, sun screen products and a 'fresh linen' scent that was pumped into the aircon and was completely overwhelming. This perfume reminds me strongly of that and I can't shake off the connection with cheap, functional fragrances. Much as I dislike it I will keep the sample and try again in colder weather - although I doubt that I will be able to summon the courage to try it on my skin!

I received my sample from the Perfume Society and tested it with no prior knowledge of the perfume or the brand. I just discovered that it sells in Harrods for $259 a bottle. That is totally insane. I had guessed it to be a $20-40 drugstore brand! Not sure why anyone would want to spend so much to smell so cheap. I appreciate that all scents are subjective which is why I test blind so that I'm not influenced by branding, marketing or retail price, but there are so many products out there at this price point that are far, far better in terms of complexity and quality. But if you love it and have the money then go for it!

I was expecting a waxy sweet chocolatey floral scent, but what I got is a magnolia bomb + spiciness, very disappointing:( I’ll stick with my Guerlain gourmand coquin for chocolate perfume

This is my favourite from the Collezione Privata Discovery Set out of Private Mind and Lady Code. It has the greatest longevity. The combo of magnolia flowers + chocolate is delightful. One of my pricier bottles in my collection but worth it. It’s quite special. Edit: I learned that there is tuberose in this, which normally I pick up as bubblegum, but this is exquisitely and expertly blended so it isn’t discernible by itself.
