First Edition Blanche

Well, I love Un Air de First, and this one is a good sister. Here I find a fresh mix of jasmin, Aldehydes, Vanilla and Musk. Very fresh and easy to wear. For both teenagers and adult women. A keeper. Tja, jag älskar Un Air de First och denna är en härlig syster. Här hittar jag lite mer Jasmin, aldehyder, Vanilj och Musk. Väldigt fräsch och lättburen. Funkar både för tonåringar och vuxna kvinnor. En självklar doft för våren. En vinnare

This perfume is stunning. The aldehydes are strong in this one, so the soapy powder note hits you head on and lasts and lasts and lasts. The effect on me is inexplicable but I feel very cocooned in a veil of white silky cashmere. Original First is in there but this flanker adds something special. I'm enraptured. Excellent purchase decision. Glad I have this, seeing as it's a LE.

I have been in love with Un air de First, since I first tried it. So there was no way I was not going to ignore her sister First Edition Blanche. The first impression is that the bottle is better looking then her older sister, a white bottle with a little silk flower tied to the lid. The first spray reveals the difference between the sisters, the initial blast of greeness that opens in Un air de First is gone, and we are transported straight to the drydown, I detect vanilla , but it is very subtle. I am wearing both perfumes now, and right after I sprayed them on I asked my husband which one he preferred and answerd First Edition Blanche, I however love the inital blast of green in Un air de First, but we both agreed that Un air de First is better in the drydown, even thouh they are very similar. I like First Edition Blanche, she doesn't sparkle like her older sister, she is softer and less unique, but still a beauty.

lovely fresh spring morning in a bottle . this is a sister of Un air de First , but to me this is a bit softer , not as crisp and green as un air . the Jasmin and Aldehyds shure is stars in this beauty , but on my skin it never turns sour or unplesent, Its like a luxery soap but better :) The vanilla is also present and lingers with the Rose to make it slightly cooling and refreshing in a very romantic way .On my skin the Blackcurrant leaf isent present at all , Neather is the citrus and Bergamot strong, Just a wisper to add to the other notes . A beauty for shure ,Not to grown up and not to serious ,Perfect for the young romantic girl with lace and ribbons as favorit accesories (imo) It makes me think of falling in Love smelling this , slightly shy , rosy cheaks , happy laughter and the walking on cloudes offcours . The world is now seen with new hope and happyness. Beautiful and charming

Sadly, from first spritz, this scent remains rather harsh and quickly turns sour with my chemistry. I've tried it on my wrists and chest but it simply doesn't work on me. :'-( The sillage isn't bad and doesn't stray too far beyond arm length. Longevity lasts between 4-5 hours with three spritzes. It's just a pity my chemistry doesn't comply and I feel a little embarassed that I might be turning people off around me. I adore the bottle, though! That's positive, isn't it?? :-S

Love from the first sniff:)!It`s so well made scent:clean, soft and creamy with some flowery and fruity traces.Beautiful rose and jasmine appear in the heart, minute earlier we can experience white musk at its best-a big similarity to Clair de Musc by SL on this stage. Aldehydes in comparison with First (original formula)are almost absent,though there is some soapy impression- very smart and mild note.No sharpness or `greenery` here either, so characteristic to many chypre-fruity/florals. First Edition Blanche is rather silent scent, growing on the skin and developing into something really `previous` and innocent but very attracting. Bergamot and cassis bring a bit of freshness needed when scent sits down on your skin. The drydown is based on enveloping but not sweet vanilla. Longevity -some hours(clothes hold it much longer), moderate sillage Beautiful, white bottle decorated with a flower recalls some wedding associations but of course Blanche is suitable not only for this kind of ceremonies.

This was gifted to me by my husband on our wedding day, I absolutely loved it. I kind of hinted to him what I would like to receive, well in advance, and he noticed I was searching for it on Ebay as this is discontinued. I adore the little bow, its like the perfume was wearing a white dress too :) The bottle is quite large so I left it at home going for our ceremony venue, and took my other wedding perfume with me, which was Casamorati Gran Ballo. While I enjoyed Gran Ballo, and sprayed it throughout the day, I still missed First. I should have taken it with me. My Scent memory of the day is somewhat muddled and thats because I mostly smelled my husband who that day wore Penhaligon's Halfeti, and thats a powerhouse....But it smells divine so I dont mind at all. Moral of the story: Wear the same perfume throughout the day on special occasion and make sure your partner doesnt outshine you on the perfume front :))

It's so sweeter than I had assumed. fruity-aldehydic, like a fruit flavour soap.
