Princess of Hearts

I generally like this line from Vera wang. I have tried this on a stinking hot humid day, with lovely results. This is not a Britney Spears copy. No. This is better blended, with no synthetic bits and bobs. I get fruit with a tang, not sugary, the other accords are working away in the background balancing it all out. I sprayed my chest once, back once, it clings to fabric well, there’s no weird off putting changes, it stays linear. This isn’t watery and candy like princess (I like princess), hearts is juicy, when I first put it on I felt: mmmm good, juicy, slight tang perhaps like grapefruit, but no citrus. It’s mellowed and I get shafts if warm juicy ness which I’m impressed with since it’s an edt. This does not smell thin and whispy, but solid and worthwhile- it’s pretty, it’s not “gee do I smell cheap I’m not sure” . I sprayed on a couple of Yardley frags in a pharmacy which are long gone, and don’t hold a candle to this (though they are different t scents: jade and hermenia).

Blind buy at Marshals ... what a treat! I'm really loving this scent. Its fruity sweet, woody and soft. The dry down gives it a soothing gentle sweet woody glow. I sprayed myself in the morning at 5:30 am and still smelled it on me softly as I took a bikram yoga yoga class at 4:00 pm. Throughout the workout ( hot humid room lots of sweat) my body was radiating this soft, gentle, sweet smell with a hint of woody & vanilla tones that where subtle, lovely, delicious! I can't wait to wear this on a hot summer day. The first time I tried it - I wasn't sure what to think with the first spray, but after 30mins to and hour the scent really transforms and you can smell all the lovely notes working sweetly together.... I'm in love! My new daily go to scent.

💲Went for the $22 Buy It Now for the 1oz EDT on Ebay. 👃 This one emits that very generic perfumey scent upon initial spray. Once you let it settle, however, the watermelon starts to peek out from behind a fluff of light whipped cream & berry purée. I perceive the sweetness in this to be more on the tart side rather than the straight out candy like sweetness. It’s like enjoying a red sugar free hard candy that has a cream swirl in it; you smell the sweetness, but you do not taste it. You can even chew it up & it won’t get stuck on your teeth.

Strawberry-watermelon whipped cream... Princess of Hearts is so, so cute! It's sweet (but really not as sweet as plenty of other gourmands out there), soft, and sits very close to the skin. Sure, it fades away within two hours, but I absolutely love it! It works really well on a warm spring day - perfect for relaxing outside and enjoying a gentle breeze. If you've got a sweet tooth, I'd definitely recommend giving this a try!

I think it is a cute sweet fruity perfume It does not last a long time tho on my skin it lasts 4 hours It’s a perfect if you don’t want to get alot of attention The silage is also very weak and it is more of a skin scent The perfume itself starts very ozonic and you can definetly detect the watermelon smell Then after a hour it dries down in a fruity vanilla Scent rating 6/10

Omg this is amazing! I absolutely love it! I find it very different from many of the princess collection but not in a bad way! It's very girly and sweet, seems very appropriate for Valentine's day with all the red hearts and what not!!! Love it

this is my favourite perfume of all time. im eternally devastated its not made anymore hopefully one day it will come back. i havent found anything close to it.

@agelatou. This is not cloying at all. It's very fresh and balanced. I love all kinds of perfumes and this would be one of my favorites if it weren't so weak

Princess of Hearts is as sweet and girly as the name and bottle suggest. Strawberry and watermelon are the main players. Both are very distinct, fresh, fruity and syrupy sweet. The watermelon is not aquatic in here, just fruity, and I don't get any florals at all. Both are plus points in my book, as I love truely fruity melon notes and strongly dislike lily of the valley. I think this is very cute and also performs well enough. On a test strip it projected for days, but it wasn't too overwhelming on my skin. For my personal taste it's a bit too linear though, it stays the same from start to finish and I'm a little disappointed I don't get the vanilla cream note. I would recommend this to anyone who loves strawberry, watermelon and simple, fun perfumes. Obviously this is not groundbreaking or very refined and expensive smelling, but it's nice and uplifting and I like it for what it is.

First spray I would describe as sweet, instantly settling into a soft powder scent. I would've never outright said, "Oh! This has watermelon and strawberry," but after seeing the notes and putting my wrist devastatingly close to my nostrils, I suppose I can squint and smell it. If I could ask this perfume a question I would say, "Why are you walking so fast?" That's just the first half hour though. After about half an hour, the perfume scent stops walking away and I can smell it properly, it's berries and cream. Cute, robust.

I just purchased Princess of Hearts. This is a really nice, fruity, summer scent. Strawberry and watermelon are the stars of this fragrance. It’s a youthful, fun perfume and is geared towards a younger audience than the original Princess, but if you love young, fruity scents try this out! The nicest part of this fragrance is that it’s a soft, non cloying, pretty scent.

Fruity and fresh watermelon citrus opening with soft fruity vanilla slightly woody dry down. Get a hint of jasmine but not much. It’s uncomplicated but fun. I really like this and I’m in my mid-30’s ;) It’s happy, refreshing, and girly. Very uplifting. I find the original Princess to be too sugary sweet but this flanker is toned down and fruitier.

Strawberry and Watermelon is the first hit you get, shortly after followed by a bit of Jasmine and Lilly of the Valley. After a few mins. It finishes with a nice musky vanilla smell with a hint of cedar. It's lovely. It's very sweet though so it might not be for everybody. I think it's perfect for the coming spring and summer :)

This is generically sweet, in a way that reminds me a bit of Ariana Grande Sweet Like Candy. I guess there's a hint of fruitiness, but I can't really pick out the strawberry or watermelon or whatever the fruit is supposed to be. This has the barest hints of ozonic and powdery accords. It is probably a safe blind buy for a teen.

Sweet! But also, gone instantly! Oh well, I needed to add the bottle to my collection. Although, the strange scribbles on the front seem odd against the other designs. Does this have any connection to the actual Princess of Hearts, Lady Di? Because I can’t see her smelling like a fruit salad chupa chupa.

Saw this at Ross today on sale for 12.00 for a 1oz size and grabbed it cuz why not? When I sprayed it on I got a whiff on watermelon Jollyrancher candies then dried down to fresh watermelon and whipped cream. Not a ground breaking scent but it is light soft and pleasant for the daytime

Didn’t know if I’d like this but I’m so surprised. It’s sweet and cute and flirty. It’s youthful and perfect for hotter weather. It has that same quality that Demeter watermelon lollipop does. All around fun gourmand...Yum!

Hmmm. Just blind at TJ Max for $15. It’s not horrible, but it’s not quite for me what the other reviews here paint it as. It’s pretty sugary and there is nothing natural about the fruit scents, or the sugar. It’s not quite plasticy, but it’s definitely not fresh smelling. These are candy versions of watermelon and strawberry, not fruit versions. Because of that it is most suitable for maybe a young teen. My 6 yr old exclaimed that the car smelled good when he got in after I had sprayed it, so I might keep it to use when I teach my elementary aged students.

Soooo girly sweet. If you are under 21 go and pick it. You will find a tones of strawberries and watermelon. For me (34 years old) it's not pleasant.

After I received this in the mail, I read the reviews more carefully and saw that people said this smells like Fantasy. I hate fantasy and I really liked this so didn't understand what people were smelling. Then I smelled it a few more times and kind of understood. There's definitely something that reminds me of Fantasy but I still really like this perfume. It's a better blended and fresher version of Fantasy. It kind of reminds me of a combination between Fantasy and D&G L'imperatrice 3. Princess of Hearts is a great fresh sweet perfume that is perfect for the summer. Can't wait to really wear this when the weather gets warmer.

Totally agree with Akali below. This screams Watermelon on me, with Strawberry & Cream in the back, dryng down to soft caramel musk. Reminisent of Escadas. I have Demeter's Watermelon Lollipop, & actually like that one a little better. This is cute, not a repurchase. I was actually gonna sell mine on Ebay, But it's so heavy it would just about cost as much to ship, as it is worth. I'll use it, or give it to my niece.

I read the notes of whipped cream, watermelon, musk, strawberry and lily of the valley and immediately went into town to test it. So dissapointing, I got no muskiness no creaminess, no watermelon and no lily of the valley. What a let down, it smells exactly like the Herbal Essence shampoo that was released in uk in summer 2016 which was strawberry and mint- if you like the smell of that shampoo, you will like this.

At the start, this is VERY similar to BS Fantasy. It's a gourmand fragrance with vanilla, musk, lot's of cream and a hint of syrupy strawberry jam. A stronger, and more realistic strawberry note and a watermelon come out for the dry down, so it departs from the BS Fantasy route. I haven't smelt any flowers in this. Good complexity and development for the Princess line :) Moderate silage, and longevity.

Scent: 7/10 Long lasting: about 3h Season: spring, summer, autumn ( during day, night, date or holiday) _Honestly and in my opinion, i can't smell watermelon almost berries and a little of whipping cream. Overall , not too sweet, a lot of sour's berries. But cute and young 💕💕💕 Just hope this perfume sillage longer.

Not mine, but I bought this for my 16yo daughter and it is her absolute favorite fragrance to wear! Sweet and fresh, unassuming and (in her words) “just right for everything”. She does not enjoy very strong or heavy scents, nothing too floral or any sharp notes.

I think this perfume smells awesome! The best out of the collection yet.
