Eros Energy

I know it's been said to exhaustion on many new releases to this database, but c'mon people...All the downvotes and comparisons to random non-related cartoon fragrances, "innuendo" fragrances, etc, when you've NEVER smelled this fragrance, or just simply didn't like the note breakdown, bottle design, or scent itself...It's the absolute LOWEST level of immaturity one could show. Who, or what are you actually benefitting from this? What do you get out of such childlike behavior? I guarantee you the people over at Versace could care less...Doesn't effect them in the slightest. This fragrance will sell, and they're going to keep pumping out seller after seller, regardless of your "handy work" so my question is WHY? If you're under the age of 30 and you're doing this...It's time grow up. If you're over the age of 30 and you're doing this, I truly pity the fact that your life sucks so bad, that the way you get your kicks is by downvoting and comparing something you don't like to something totally unrelated and stupid. Some of us actually want to learn and know about new releases and legitimately what others have to say. As for my opinion on Versace Eros Energy? It's a lemony Aventus Cologne style fragrance, as others have stated. Lasts a good 6hrs or so on my skin and projects at an arms length for the majority of time...If that is your vibe, go for it! May have some redundancy if you own Aventus, CDNI or Explorer, but i enjoy it...Will eventually be a cheapie gem once it shows up at rack stores and online discounters.

Heavy, refreshing citrus opening, can definelely be too harsh for some. At first it's pure lemon peel, then it transforms into more of a lime, mixed with other citruses, smell that lasts for good 2-3 hours. After that it's this warm, not cold, kind of sweet and juicy scent. The warmness is refreshing type of warm, which i actually prefer, because this warmness keeps it from smelling like a shower gel. So it smells of blood orange and maybe grapefruit mixed with black currant, which create this smooth citrus that is not harsh, but sparkly and has a hint of a little spice and salt. Honestly very interesting because it feels like you can smell different kinds of citruses every time you smell yourself. The drydown is amazing, atleast on my skin. After all the citruses fall back (for me it takes 5 - 6 hours) it reminds me of a sea water scent. Imagine if you took a citrus body wash and washed yourself in the sea with it and then took a swim, got out, dried yourself in the sun, it's how your skin would smell. It's this addicting salty, fresh clean skin smell with a hint of citrus. Performance for me is crazy, yesterday could smell it very well on myself in the car after a 9 hour shift, so the performance i'd say is solid 10 hours or so. Maybe it depends on your skin type or the other people saying the performance is poor just get nose blind, but it's very good. Citrus for 5 hours, and then clean sea water salty skin for the next 5 hours.

People tend to hate on this due to its label being "(Eros) Energy", and I can understand why, but this cologne is still brilliant in many ways. I will get into how I perceive the scent, to me this sounds like a lemon that has been slightly toasted with a bit of sugar to take the sourness away, backed by a subtle moss. I do notice the effect the pepper has on it though, I think its mostly responsible for how masculine this scent is, it adds class and maturity. What I wish this cologne had - Stronger woody notes! There isn't much I would change about this cologne but I think a dry oak note would elevate the class and provide diversity from the strong lemon. Versatility - Within the given instances above, it could fit into any occasion; Think office wear, beach days, workouts, school or really just anywhere. Projection - For a citrus scent you cannot realistically expect this to fill a room past the five minute mark, but I think that works to its advantage. The duality of this cologne is ridiculous, it's either for a wall street banker that has been promoted to the point where they work reasonable hours OR for a humble man in his twenties who showers regularly and dresses casually.

At first it had this very energetic blast of photorealistic citrus, which I'm a huge fan of. As it settled, it turned smoky and rich, and it's faintly reminding me of sauvage. One of the first perfumes that I'm noticing a clear evolution in. It's great! 6-7 hours later, I can still smell the smokiness and some of the citrus. I haven't had the chance to test it but I bet it's sillage is also good enough for people around you to smell it but not get suffocated by it. Edit: It's 11 am the next day, it's been 15 hours since i sprayed. I can still faintly smell the musk. I'm not counting this as part of the longevity as it's very faint and only one note. However, it's still insane because perfumes normally get eaten for breakfast lunch and dinner on my skin, and even the long performing designers (haven't tried many niche releases) last 6-7 hours and fade into nothingness.

First of all this has a great atomizer gives very satisfying feel if the store guy wasn’t in the perfume isle i would have emptied the bottle just for the satisfaction of the atomizer. Coming to the actual fragrance initially there is a lemon blast gave it a minute to settle and it gave that lemon candy fragrance I can’t remember the name of the candy but it smells exactly like this perfume . The opening is like khadlaj island dreams ( clone of LV Symphony) i would rather prefer eros energy over both because it has the lemon candy vibe but those are straight up lemon cleaner /phenol vibes. Performance is also great once this dries down smellers amazing. Good perfume among the eros line. I have also tried the flame but that is not lemony rather its spicy. 7.8/ 10 for me. great for summers and day time

The first time I smelled Eros Energy I was shocked by how citrusy it was. To be honest, I didn't enjoy it until past 15 minutes with the dry down... That's where this one really shines. I've been using it for some two months now and I can tell that the smell has grown on me. It smells elegant and uplifting; I've gotten some compliments wearing it. I'm pretty sure the people complaining about it haven't given it a proper test or usage because this fragrance is awesome! Rating Smell: 9/10 (due to the harsh opening that lasts a few minutes) Longevity: 8.5/10 (Around 8 hours on skin and days on clothes) Projection: 8/10 (Not nuclear but people will surely smell it) I wasn't expecting to like this fragrance that much and now it's my signature fragrance. I'll let it speak for itself.

This is my second fave Versace due to how unique it is. Very zesty, refreshing, cold/minty fragrance with moderate projection. I dont think it smells artificial at all; to me it smells like a basket of lemons, leaves, and oranges. Reminds me of the lemon drops mom and I used to have when I was a kid. I can almost taste it. I like how committed it is to smelling citrusy fresh, mildly sweet, a bit soapy, and really not much else. Turns a bit muskier on my skin. Smells distinct enough from a hundred other freshies that I'll definitely always keep a bottle around. I love it, and I think it has good value. The "Eros" labelling is misleading as it smells totally different, which puts many people off. ✅Excellent

When i first smelled this i hated it, off the bat it was like a lemon floor cleaner. Didnt really give it a second chance for the longest time, then curiosity got the better of me .....i tried it again, the "floor cleaner" smell had given way to more orange, lime and grapefruit. It smells like a lemon sherbert candy on the opening but on the dry down is where the magic happens, oak moss sandal wood with lingering citrus, its amazing! I love it I totally get why people compare to creed aventus, the DNA is there, somewhat, but this is done very differently, instead of the pineapple in Aventus its heavy citruses, the oak moss is toned down. Love Eros Energy and cant wait to rock this all summer

For all of the meatheads going on about it smelling like a lemon cleaner, well yes I can smell that. I can also smell lemon drop candies from when I was a kid. Let’s just end this right now. Most of you silly people don’t realize that many of your favorite perfumers also do cleaning products for Lysol, Tide, Mr Clean and they also do the whole Febreze line. Yes, the big names do all of that. Guess who else seems to like lemon cleaner smells? My wife, my sister, my female coworkers and almost every woman that smells this subgrade designer fragrance.🤷🏽♂️😂💀🤣 Do I think it’s amazing? Nope! It’s good and does the job. The first 20 min is pretty harsh, but then it settles down.

Okay, I'm not sure what's left to write about this one that have never been mentioned before. I believe we all know that this is a citrus bomb with an Aventus surprise "wild card" popping up in the dry down, minus the pineapple. I just want to express how much I enjoy this, you just can't go wrong by rocking this during a hot day in the summer. It's important to say that this is of very good quality, it doesn't have that chemical sweetness. It's a good quality citrus, strong at first, amazingly aromatic on the dry down. If that sounds good, then grab it with eyes closed, you will not be disappointed, given you got this from discounters. Summer is only a breath away!

Similar in the dry down to Aventus Cologne, but the opening is much more citrusy. Nothing revolutionary, but one thing that kind of separates Aventus to the competition with citrus based fragrances, is fundamentally the dry down. Citrus is very strong as an opening, but gets sour/overwhelming over time, so I generally think it is a good thing that Eros Energy has a good implementation with the amber and musk to smooth over that hurdle. A lot of people say this is not similar to the Eros "DNA", but I disagree since fundamentally Eros is a CITRUS fragrance, this just leans heavily into the Citrus part.

I own both Creed Aventus and Eros Energy. Eros Energy is fresher take on creed Aventus and at Dry down they smells same , i am talking about Creed Aventus F batches. Old batches of Creed was more smokier and pineapple heavy but new ones more citrus 🍊 heavy which i like more than old batches. I have tried almost all creed Aventus middle Eastern clones none of them close to Eros Energy. It opens with Fresh Lime 🍋🟩 mix with lemons 🍋 and after 10 minutes it becomes Creed Aventus but more fresher. My favourite Eros Flame and Eros Energy.

I've sampled this several times and it always made me smile. Reminds me of my younger days about 40 years ago, eating Lemonhead candy at the baseball park. Very sugary sweet lemon zest with a touch of orange. I get the Aventus DNA comparison, but this is better in my opinion. Probably the best summer citrus scent that actually performs well. Found a gift set at Marshalls that had the 100ml bottle, mini bottle and shower gel for $56 buck. Major Score!!! Probably going to be my favorite summer dumb reach signature fragrance.

This is a freshie that deserves wayyy more respect than it's getting. The opening is unmistakable, even when compared to its similars like Explorer. Lemon, mandarin, and grapefruit. Yes, it gives off a candied Lemonheads vibe. It leans sweet, but it’s very refreshing and never gets synthetic at all. The drydown is where the magic happens. Anyone who knows Explorer will immediately recognize the DNA. Yet it remains sophisticated and unique. It also reminds me of Dior Homme Cologne. So fresh, so clean, so universal. 8/10

This fragrance is a great example of one of the pitfalls of the fragrance community. There is a herd like mentality, one person says it smells like aventus and everyone instantly gets on the bandwagon without question. Smell Aventus and Eros Energy beside each other, they’re nothing a like. This is like any other Versace, it’s a mass appealing scent that will be disliked by the niche crowd but will be highly successful in sales hitting its quota...and when it hits discounters this will be a steal. Good job Versace.

This is a fantastic fresh fragrance! The opening is not synthetic to my nose, in face I find it to be a super realistic fresh lemon! The dry down smells very bright and fresh. The lemon settles down and reveals a super complex heart for a fresh fragrance. This lasts very long on my skin and projects for a long time. This is by far the longest lasting fresh fragrance I have. Due to its strong performance I only wear it outdoors. If I’m indoors 1 spray can do the trick! I highly recommend this!

I blind bought this at the Paris airport (they didn’t have a tester available lol). It smells like a nice citrus fuzzy shower gel. Very easy to wear, super versatile, office friendly, not too loud either. The projection is comparable to Eros EDP and Eros Flame but it doesn’t smell anything like those 2 ! But it shares more similarities with Eros flame than the original but it isn’t redundant to own both that’s for sure. 88 euros for 100ml. A very good pickup for an all year scent !

This is lemon Aventus there's not much else going on. Is it good? Of course it is. Can you wear it all the time? Well of course you can! Is it special or groundbreaking in any way? Heck no! Happy I have it but its because I'm a fragrance collector and it is important for me to have someone in my collection plus it doesn't hurt that it smells amazing anyway, especially when it dries down. When it dries it really takes on its true character and smells a little bit less like Aventus.

Simple, but absolutely beautiful citrus. Like squirting citrus in your nose. Think of sitting at a lake in italy with peak sun, 30 degrees, drinking lemoncella. Very banger for a daytime outdoor activity fragrance (beach, walk etc). Very simple tho, but so far its the best day-time outdoor activity summer fragrance i have found (it does not compete with more sophisticated summer evening ish fragrances, as this is strictly for daytime use in hot weather). Love-

Starts with a heavy lemon candy-like scent, very bright and the most citrusy opening I've ever experienced. But as it dries down the oakmoss and patchouli start peeking through more and more and adds this lemon-tree type smell but it still keeps that slight sweetness throughout. Overall I like it, this can grow on me with a few wears I feel. Performance is better than its competition, longevity is about same as Y Edp, projection may not be as good though.
