Eros Najim, an absolutely astounding fragrance. Ever wanted to smell like an oil-wealthy sheikh? Are you too scared to blind buy that one scent that smells of pure stinky oud? Are you inexperienced in oud? Are you a beginner in fragrance collecting? Do you want to smell unique at a relatively cheap price? Look no further than Eros Najim! Let me tell you, this fragrance, it is so astounding. First of all the uniqueness. I have never smelt anything like this. If you ask me the scent would remind me of warm sand with melted caramel and than you shredded some oud into this beautiful mixture. It is the most apt description I can give of this fragrance. The fragrance has a slightly gourmandy tone that caramel gives it but in no way is this headache inducing unlike other eros flankers. The mixture of incense, oud, caramel and mandarin is so unheard of and sounds like these notes shouldnt combine together but the perfumer who made this has created a composition that truly is comparative to that of what Chopin and Mozart were creating. I find the mandarin top note to be so pleasant it brings tears to my eyes everytime I smell this. The scent is truly compelling. It is a perfect blend of spiciness, freshness and sweetness for any sort of weather below 15.3 celcius. I feel you can go as far as wearing this during cool summer nights. Now when we talk about middle or heart notes this fragrance begins to truly shine. The oud that is indeed present is still extremely likeable and doesnt become stinky in any point. It continues to be a very safe yet dry and masculine oud. In the base the vetiver and incense are what create the hot sand ambiance that I note. The incense reminds me most certainly of a manly smoke but is pleasent for everyone. I found that the dry down is strong and projects even in the coldest of weather and is the most opulent. In the dry down you can truly notice the vetiver and incense shine to create the beautiful tone that I have been regarding for so long. The mood of this fragrance prompts me to a financially well doing man who has the most authority and money in a room, yet never abuses this power given to him in any way and is kind and thinks of everyone. The sensual clairty that the notes create for this fragrance truly make this stand out. Its very warm, slightly smoky and sweet thanks to the caramel note. In my 2 days of utlizing this fragrance I have found it to create a sensual 2 metter bubble that radiates itself very softly into the noses of everyone in said 2 meter bubble. I found many people catching a sensual and deep sniff of me, however unfortunately most "sniffers" were members of the same sex. I did however find myself pleased in noticing that a female teacher, a cleaner and 2 other individuals of the opposite came up to me to regard of however so pleasing this fragrance was. I found myself however looking like a total imbecile because I was constantly receiving an orgasm with my nose. This fragrance is most comparative to that one unnamed but evidently clear activity that you cant ever get enough of. It is a seductive, authority giving but kind and thoughftul fragrance. I would say that you could get away with using this during any occasion in fall, winter and spring time. However you have to be most precise with the amount of scent applied to create a pleasent aroma for you and others because it can become overwhelming if oversprayed. This scent truly provides a journey that can be only expected once in a lifetime. In the opening its a slightly bright, uplifting but deep scent that reminds you of riding a top notch pure bred arabian horse that is named Adonis, Zeus or Dante. A powerful but forgiving horse that has the ability to defeat anything in its path yet only does so in a scenario where absolutely necessary. After you have arrived back to the stables to take care of your animal companion and you are reminded of your expensive bakhoor that your incredibly divine Italian maids burn outside so that you may have a chance to catch even the most remote whiff of your expensive and ravishing scent. You also notice that todays dessert will be a luxurious hand made, hand caremalized ice cream with an extremely uplifting mandarin aroma. Not a single person of poverty reeking in your sight. A reminder of how life can be so great once you achieve greatness. The scent is a reminder of one to keep going and remain the same perseverence your ancestors had during their war time efforts. In conclusion I can only tell the most positive things about this fragrance. The sillage and longevity are one of extreme precision being perfectly present in the comfort zone for fragrances. The beautiful gourmandy tone mixed with the authority that oud and incense bring creates an incredibly strong but kind ambiance. I can most certainly recommend this to people of all ages if you are ready to have such an incredible journey with a fragrance. It is astounding how a designer fragrance can take me on a journey so effortlessly, it makes niche fragrances feel redundant. I am profoundly grateful that this fragrance hasnt been subject to greater crescendo unlike most designer fragrances at this price point. The low score on this fragrance is utterly RIDICULOUS! This fragrance is AMAZING! I don’t like to seem like to hype a fragrance up when reviewing them, but this fragrance almost blew me away completely on the first sniff and it being an Eros!? Personally I dislike the Eros DNA heavily. The synthetic nature, especially in the drydown of the EDT just does not make it my type of scent. The EDT? Ass The EDP? Tolerable, Flame and the Parfum? Decent. But this one and Energy? Amazing! To keep things central on this fragrance, it opens up oh so sexy and mesmerizing. This is definitely a notch or two up the rest (aside from the Energy) in terms of scent profile and quality. It may sound a bit odd, but if any of you know the female fragrance, La Vie Est Belle by Lancome, picture as if they took the most iconic parts of that scent (making up for about 20% of this scent) mixing it with the backbone DNA of Eros (30%) on top of the DNA style of the likes of SWY Intensely (50%) and that's about what you get here on first impression. It stays fairly linear with the biggest development being that the mandarin burns off pretty quickly, but the rest of the scent stays pretty much the same, but gets better the more it dries down. Make no mistake, it is for sure it’s own scent regardless and honestly the added La Vie Est Belle twist I get when I smell this fragrance is exactly why I instantly knew I needed a full bottle. If you by any chance liked that one, but obviously found it to be too feminine, this is for sure one to check out. The added Oud note to my nose is for sure detectable, but it is your typical tame mass appealing style of Oud which for me is the best controlled version to use in fragrances and is what makes this more masculine smelling overall. Performance is excellent and this is just from a vial sample, can’t wait to see how a full bottle spray will do. A note to take notice, this is strictly cool weather only and preferably nighttime wear. It smells very alluring maybe enigmatic even, you will for sure make a solid impression if you wear this right. Don’t let the unjustified reviews on here and YT fool you, try it out yourself and you may be very pleasantly surprised like I was. Currently I would consider this to be the best of the line and would rate it a 8.2/10

Not sure why this has gotten some hate, but we all smell things differently I guess. However, to me this one smells absolutely wonderful and very classy. I thoroughly enjoy this one as I keep smelling my wrists lol. The first notes I noticed was definitely the mandarin and caramel which starts it off a little sweet, but after a little while the mandarin and caramel mellowed down and the incense and other spicy notes start becoming more prominent and eventually all together blending well. It changes a little and gets better and smoother on dry down, but once dried down it mostly stays pretty linear, but still smells absolutely amazing. It reaches perfection on dry down. (So be patient with it) I cannot compare this to the Eros (Blue) and Eros Energy since I dont have those two, but I do have Eros Flame and this one (Najim) and I gotta say I was a little skeptical that these would do well for someone my age (early 40's man) since I'm not a young man trying to get into a club. The Eros Flame and Najim are two very versatile fragrances that are great for even the mature crowd and can even be pulled off in the summer (if not overly applied). However Najim seems to be the most mature of the Eros line due to the spices, oud and incense, but I think a lot of young men can definitely pull this one off just fine. There still is a youthful touch to it. Both Najim and Flame are very beautiful and well done frags. They do not smell cheap AT ALL!! (At least not to me anyway). Again........AMAZING frag!! Too bad Najim seems to be the most expensive one. I luckily, lucked out with getting a great deal on eBay for mine for $40 for a 100ml 3.4oz tester. Doesnt matter to me as long as the product is the same (even though the bottle looks the same, it just has TESTER on it lol). But I could care less. Its the frag I'm showing off, not the bottle. This one is absolutely wonderful!! I love it!! Highly recommended, especially to the older crowd. But again the young fellas can pull this one off well too. It doesn't completely smell like an old man, but a rather mature and confident man.

This is my first 'real' fragrance I have ever bought. The one I had before was just something my parents got me years before just a basic one. I was at the airport and passed by a chemist that had a wall of fragrances. I had been watching a bit of Fragrance Youtube and had gotten a bit into it. So I thought why not, walked in and started trying out the testers on my arms. Nothing really stood out to me. The fragrances that I heard people praise smelled very same-ish and alcoholic. The ones that stood out were this one and Energy and an Oud one by Tom Ford. I knew I have an affinity for incense-y middle eastern fragrances (even before I smelled them) but I found the opening for this nice but not good enough to buy. I caught my flight but as it dried down, I realised just how good my right arm smelled and probably looked so sus holding it up to my nose every ten seconds. The smell survived two showers and a whole night and when I returned to the airport I rushed to the store. I wasn't sure which of the fragrances it was so I tested it, nodded and immediately bought it. I felt guilty and a little pretentious paying so much just to smell good, but it really is that good. The initial spray can be a bit intense, a little too sweet for what I thought I liked, but give it even ten seconds and it becomes this addictive rich smooth, sharp, deep smell I have never smelled before and the sweetness is not sickly or feminine at all, it actually works. And then it just gets better. It's so addictive, I find myself going up to the bottle and sniffing it whenever I enter my room. It's a beautiful smell. Completely dominated the 6 other perfumes I tried on my arm, I am sure it will also dominate other perfumes when worn out. It'll be the only thing people smell, it'll make a statement. This was worth it, if you're not sure, spray a test on your arm and give it an hour or two.

It's beyond me why this has such a low score here. Did I miss a boycott or something? Or were people jsut mad it was a Middle-Eastern exclusive for a while? Because it's damn good. I have it and its "clone" on me, so let me say a few words. First of all, this is a very balanced sweet & spicy scent, ideal for the Autumn. I'm normally not into anything with oud but I honestly can't smell it, so that's good for me. I despise smoky scents and I wouldn't say this one is smoky. It's warm caramel with ambery/woody heart beneath it. Not overly sweet, not overly spicy. As I said already - it's very well-balanced. As for clones and similarities - QAF Untamed is trying, but it's worse in every possible aspect, so I wouldn't reach for it. People saying it's like Mancera Red Tobacco should go check out their noses because it's nothing like that abysmal fragrance. It's not like Most Wanted, it's not like Oud Noir, it's not like Layton, it's not even really fitting into the whole Eros lineup. I don't like the synthetic smell of the blue ones, I only enjoy Flame and this one. I could find similarities with Scandal, but it's not as feminine and loudly sweet. I can also see why poeple mention SWY, but it's not like it, either. Long story short, if you like fragrances like SWY, Most Wanted Parfum, Scandal, and Eros Flame - you'll very probably enjoy this, too.

I am definitely eating my words here but oh well.. After giving it a couple of full wears this grew on me a lot, VERY quickly. To start of this one is a compliment magnet (probably the reason I started to like it lmao) it is recognizable enough to attract positive feedback, but also unique enough to get away with the fact that I am wearing an Eros flanker, which I, being a 6'3 nonchalant frag head couldnt foresee in a million years, jokes aside let me break down the smell for you: It has the signature minty vanillic opening the og Eros has, but on my skin it quickly fades away letting the almost candy like mandarin to shine, after a while the spicines says hello, entering the concoction carrying his mysterious Middle Eastern aura, giving the scent some character, I am a tad bit disapointed that Oud doesnt stay for the party, which I guess is a good thing for the majority of Western noses that are unfamiliar with Oud. To wrap it off Incense come along, almost like a cop, announcing that the party will be over soon, but don't think of this as a bad thing, it was really an enjoyable experience while it lasted, almost approaching the 10 hour mark. 8.6/10 overall.

Najim stands out enough from the Eros range that it's surprising it was introduced as part of it. I don't think anyone would blindly identify it as an Eros flanker, though it has a little bit of the DNA shine through mostly in the opening. Najim is a sweet, syrupy, spicy Middle Eastern-esque perfume - no surprise it was an exclusive there for a while. If you want to get a feel for a Middle Eastern perfume without straying too far from your comfort zone, a decant of this is not a bad place to start. I can best describe it as transporting you to a hotel dessert shop in a distant and unfamiliar land. You might get a new, enjoyable experience, while staying safe and comfortable, and there's nothing wrong with experiencing the world like that. The performance on Najim is remarkable. It is quite potent for a designer perfume, and vulnerable to overspraying. But when not overdone, it won't be overwhelming, yet it will still project after 10-12h, remaining a skin scent for hours even beyond that. On clothes, it is indestructible. This fragrance is seriously underrated. I got a decant and in all honestly I wasn't expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised by the profile and performance. I sprayed it on around 8 pm and it's 11:23 am the next day and I can still smell it as a skin scent. Along with eros flame and eros energy, this one is a great addition to the line up. The designer oud in this is slight but manages to give the scent profile a little character. It has that familiar Eros vanilla but adds it bit of spices and a slight darkness. I can see this as a great night out or date night scent, definitely more suited for fall and winter. For those praising boss absolute (justified), you will probably like this as it holds similar use cases and is maybe slightly a bit more playful. It takes that eros profile and matures it a bit.

Definitely one of my favorites from the Eros line. I always tried to avoid the Eros line since it is so overused but you can't deny the fact that it's a classic in fresh fragrances. That being said, I initially tried the Najim as a tester and didn't really like it that much. I tried it 2 to 3 more times until I kind of got pretty set on purchasing a bottle. The top notes definitely hit a spicy mandaring smell but not too overwhelming to the point that you can sit next to a person using this perfume. After an hour or so the mandarin slightly fades and the caramel note sticks out as the main component without being overwhelmed by the oud which is a huge bonus since a lot of fragrances try to make their fragrances "stand out" with headache inducing wood notes.

Sampled this at the mall and ended up getting one as a gift for my grandfather. This is a pretty standard fruity oud scent, but my favorite thing about it was actually the sweetness. It didn't feel very gourmand or syrupy -- it felt more natural and subtle. The caramel is the citrus' wingman here -- instead of trying to make itself the main attraction, it just shows off the mandarin and makes it better. If you're someone who wants a sweet oud without it being syrupy or cloying, you'll appreciate this. It'd be a great wear when the leaves start falling and the cooler seasons start setting on. Better on older men although a young guy can pull it off. Overall, worth a sample for sure. Get a discount if you're buying a full bottle.

Decided to blind buy this because I got it in a good sale gift package, that included the 100 ml bottle, a 10 ml traveling sample and a toiletry bag (which all costed around $80). Honestly, I'm not a big fan of the Eros line, I find it somewhat clicheic and not that special, but even though this has that Eros DNA, it's a really pleasant and special fragrance that is not that hard to wear. It has that youthful feeling to it from the Eros DNA, but it's not that loud. It's really well blended and smooth, not a single note is too overpowering. It's really really well crafted. I would consider this a daily type of fragrance, very casual, but yet addictive and simple. I definitely recommend giving it a try.

I tested this fragrance at a sephora and all I have to say is WOW. This has to be most unique the house of Versace has produced in a big while. This is a mass appealing middle eastern done by a designer house. Sweet, spicy, aromatic and gourmand. I sprayed myself twice on the wrist and can still smell it after 11 hours with very good projection. The juice itself definetly caught my attention and will be purchasing the full bottle. I think the rating on fragrantica is unjustified but hey that's just my opinion, 9.5 out of 10 for this crazy awesome juice but I do not recommend blind buying as this seems to not be generally liked by a decent amount of people. Amazing fragrance though!

This caught my eye in the airport earlier this year, and it stayed on my mind enough to buy a full bottle a few months later. This is easily the best in the Eros line imo. That ambery smokiness draws you in, and its uplifted by the citrus so it never feels too heavy or dense. Then the caramel note just ties it all together and brings this sweet, sticky, playful, inviting, and honestly addictive quality. This is the type of scent that makes you keep sniffing your wrist all day. It's very unique while also remaining super mass appealing. Sweet and spicy, fresh and warm. This doesn't smell like pumpkin spice but it gives that type of vibe. An absolute Fall season banger

Since the fragrance tiktok boom, I've learned not to trust Fragrantica reviews, as it's mostly idiots rating fragrances and writing reviews nowadays. This is literally Eros' base with an oriental twist and caramel. It's not gourmand, it's creamy, warm, fresh, and soft at the same time. It's probably the second best Eros after Flame, not as synthetic as the blue ones, not as harsh and stupid as Energy. I might be wrong, but it's like Eros Flame and Coral Fantasy had a caramel baby. It's not cloying, it's not in the SWY universe, too. Try it on skin, as the opening might lie a bit. The drydown is damn great. Awesome for autumn.

Eros Najim for me is the best out of the Eros line, I understand some people don't enjoy it or don't believe it should be part of the Eros line as it deviates from it quite a bit but hey, so does Energy. The opening for me is this bautiful blend of caramel and orange, it starts off very strong but as it dries down you get more of that woody smokiness with a bit of spice from the cardamom and freshness from the patchouli. To my nose I dont pick up much of the oud. I do find I have to spray this fragrance more than Eros Flame though as I find I either go noseblind to it or it just doesnt project and perform as long.

This isn't a bias as it's a recent Eros at all, this genuinely is the best Eros in my opinion, second best would have to be the Eros Parfum The Eros DNA is one of my favorites in general, as Eros EDT was the first perfume I ever bought myself to start my collection! so the adding of caramel and the subtle touch of oud makes this the perfect addition to the family the longevity of this as well is really good, I wore this on a night out with some friends and lasted a full 8 hours of dancing and sweating like fuck, even smelling it on my clothes in the morning and pillows too 😮💨 a solid 9/10 from Versace

This has been sitting in my closet for nearly 9 months, and it has changed into something quite different. The mandarin note is faint and it opens with a leathery saffron smell, next this dries into something sweet and much later it becomes woody and spicy. My first impression of this months ago was nowhere near what it is today.. I was underwhelmed when I first got this from a friend connecting through Dubai Airport. Today this fragrance has truly impressed me with its changes and complexity. I’m glad my bottle is mostly full! What a great fall fragrance!!

I don’t understand the hate for this at all. Smells quite similar to the discontinued SWY Oud which is a great fragrance. This is mass appealing and interesting without straying too far from the eros dna. Into the drydown it is actually very similar to Sauvage Elixir to my nose which is really nice, like a more toned down mellow version. Performance seems really good so far. I’ve been looking for an easy to wear, long lasting oud fragrance that isn’t too expensive and this fits that criteria for me. Will most likely buy a bottle in the near future.

Just got this today, and boy I really wish I decanted it first, I mean its okay I guess but it doesnt smell "young but mature" at all. I even see the resemblance to my fathers signature scent, a very well known fragrance older folks use in Türkiye. I dont get half the notes, and to add insult to injury it doesnt project, though I just put it on so maybe thats on me, I have no idea if its because of skin chemistry issues but this is a pass from me. Maybe Ill get to enjoy this over time as I reach for ir but idk.

Saw this at Sephora and didn't believe my eyes. Smelled it, and was pleasantly surprised with the depth of the scent. It's deeper still on skin and a bit brighter on a test strip. It's a sweet-spicy-ambery-woody scent with good performance and is blended well. The dry-down is less sweet and more amber-woody. Fairly masculine. I would say best for a date night or a cool night. I purchased it from JS for $92+tax during their pre-black Friday sale. I'd say it is a worthy purchase at around that price for 100ml.
