My impression of this is ganymede with cherry. I know there's no cherry note, so it might be a play of the saffron and peach but it gives it a fruit sweetness to the "wet concrete" profile of ganymede. The sweetness is tempered down by the spices and woods, which I'm happy about since I'm not a fan of fruit focused scents. As a fan of ganymede, I enjoy this twist. Performance is pretty good, this projects hard especially for the first hour, so less sprays is probably best. One thing about this fragrance is that it is not linear. It changes as you get deeper into the wear and all it's changes brings something to the table. It also lasts a long time, so what you get at hour 2 changes at hour 5. As far as gender, I think it's unisex. Overall it's a solid scent, I might pick this up if I can find it at discounters.

Firstly , its not resemble Bois imperial at all. It has the vibe of Ganimade with sweetness of vanilla oud from the same house (same that honey scent in vanilla oud) its complex , very changable with time since it starts with citruses in the opening then change to sweet vibes and then suddenly the ganimade vibe enters but the sweetness still present to remove the metal note of ganimade . the scent is nice and unique even with ganimade vibes , so its unique fragrance ! performance is excellent , its stronger than ganimade . Scent : 8/10 performance : 9/10 price : 9/10

A fresh mix concrete with wet mud and moss, sour, mouldy wet suede coat very dirty mineral note definitely a fragrance that smells better in the air as off skin it's super aggressive. The drydown is excellent

Insantly reminded me of newly released Xerjoff Tony Iommi Deified.

Fruits and spices. Not a fan. To heavy on the saffron in the oppening. After maybe 4 hour or so, it tones down. Still its to much for me on this one. Be aware of the sprays, it can be to much. Try it on a 5 ml decant.

Anka opens with a bright, fresh and heavily metallic scent which I found to be quite unpleasant. As it dries down, the metallic accord begins to retreat somewhat but it's always present in the background throughout the life of the fragrance. On top of this is a dull woody-spicy-ambery type of mix. I couldn't really identify the spices; more like a dull, nondescript type of scent. Also struck me as very synthetic. It wasn't so bad to be a scrubber and I wasn't put off by it - after all, I did wear it the entire day. Anka is something I'm not going to wear again. It's definitely a masculine fragrance. If there is someone who thinks he might like it, you'll be pleased to know that the performance is phenomenal. Longevity is forever and projection is quite powerful. Too bad the scent isn't better.

It feels very wired to me. This is one of those scents that I have very hard time understanding and therefore describing. To my nose it is not very similar to anything on the market that I know of. I do not find it similar to BR530, Okovango from Ella K, or Ganymede. It was a scrubber for me. Do not blind buy.

Instantly recognizable amber wood, loud and creepy. After beautiful and quite unique Narcos'is... Just why?

Another blind buy success but admittedly, I’m a fan of that whole ambery sweet Safran DNA. This doesn’t smell like Ganymede though or Thomas Kosmala no 4, at all. The notes listed here are not the ones on the official Vertus site which include: TOP NOTES Citrus, Bergamot, Pink Pepper BASE NOTES Amber, Musk, Sandalwood MIDDLE NOTES Patchouli, Rose, Cedarwood You do perceive an almost cherry like vibe for sure which makes it different from amberful by Mancera. If you’ve tried the Mancera this is more of an almost cherry/peach vibe instead of a green apple with the amber and saffron. It’s blended very well here and it’s very smooth. I’m really liking this house. Quality seems very good. First and foremost, their blending is great right down to their packaging and bottles. Edit: the more I’ve worn this, I have now realised it’s very similar to crystal saffron. Just more fruity.

Ok with that inspired pen out of the way let me get raw with the thoughts: This stuff is so good. It’s rare to find a macho peach which I define as a peach that has some grit, or funk. Something that strengthens a man’s resolve- think Chavez, from young guns, leading the horse descent over the rocky cliff. Think Sam Elliot’s last ride in ghost rider. Conversely, this reminds me of knocking boots all night. Rounds on top of rounds on top of rounds with nothing but southern peach calypso breath and sweet funky sweat filling the room. In conclusion, well fix my glass and call me Kate because this is a peach I can fall hat over spurs for x)

I regret what I'm about to do, but...BR540 + Ganymede. This is what I wrote in my PDM Kalan review: "Sure, it smells like BR540...if you mixed it with an industrial vat of melted plastic. No idea why anyone would want to smell like this." Anka smells like someone smelled Kalan and said "I can do this much better." And that's exactly what they did. This smells like BR540 of the future, like what an android would wear on a first date. Like Ganymede, it smells weird at first snif, but once you get used to it, it's intoxicating.

It’s similar but very different to 2 DNA’s Ganymede and crystal saffron but with no incense so Opening it’s a punch of a fruity/peachy saffron spice than dries down more woody with that airy saffron It’s so well blended that makes it similar but different to Ganymede, TS no 4, and crystal saffron

This is a certified nuke. It only took a few hours for me to become overwhelmed by it. I applied three full sprays close to my face. First impressions, this is great. It has Ganymede vibes with some sweetness from Vanilla and fruit. My nose is dead so Ill be back for a full review later.

Artistic use of latex-like saffron and a nice zingy warmth, very hard to describe. I think I’m gonna be wearing this a lot. This would be perfect for an alien.. btw THIS IS NOTHING LIKE GANYMEDE YOU ALL HAVE YOUR NOSE IN THE GUTTER
