This is one of the best creations from Viadeimille! It is a classic, Mediterranean fig, woody, fougère-style fragrance that I am a die hard fan of. If you like Io Capri by Carthusia or Un Jardin En Mediterranee by Hermès, then you should try Dolce Kaos. Mainly get a mix of fig, cedar, bergamot and a little mandarin and warm amber in the background. This is definitely one of the more neutral leaning unisex fragrances from Viadeimille and the strongest, better performing of the collection.

Fougére, it is very green, fresh but bold at the same time. Aromatic, woody but also offers a warmth in the background. It is not a bright and airy scent but it lingers and lingers and lingers. Dolce Kaos is a head turner but it does not scream for attention. It’s calm, confident and is a character on its own. Perfect for a day wear but would also work at night. Projection and sillage is moderate but lasts forever. I got 12+ hours on my skin, projecting nicely for first 3-4 hours.

Unfortunately, the sexy opening of this fragrance doesn't stick around very long...and then all I was left with was a 'try-hard' version of Pulp by Byredo. Don't get me wrong, I like it, I just want more (of what it is). I guess what I'm saying is, if you like Pulp, but find that to be too much, then Dolce Kaos is its more office friendly version.
