Angel Cake & Cream

I didn't expect to love this as much as I do, I love this more than the whipped sugar one that everyone is obsessing over. This literally smells like angel food cake in the best way possible. First initial spray i do get the slight citrus note that everyone is speaking of, but it blends so well with all the other notes as it dries down. It's sweet, latonic, creamy, clean and has a musky undertone on the dry down to balance out the sweetness. Im so mad I didn't buy any backups. Im going back tomorrow to buy another set. Definitely backup worthy! Update: I hate that this doesn't have any lasting power because I am obsessed with this scent! This smells so fucking good, it's everything i love in a fragrance. I'll be on a hunt to look for a dupe that is stronger. Its so clean & yummy smelling, I am so disappointed on the longevity.

Genuinely started skipping around my room at the first spray. Compared to my other VS body mist, Bare Vanilla, this scent, to me, had zero alcohol residue. For me, personally, it smelled insanely delicious from the get-go. Of course, like every VS body mist, the sillage is very intimate and the longevity is meh, so you have to respray more often. But I think, at this point, it's common knowledge. Also, plus points for the cute name, hello?!🪽 To summarize: I merely wish the scent would be even stronger and last longer :( But this genuinely smells like heaven to me. I need to be breathing this like oxygen.

this is l.i.t.e.r.a.l.l.y. vanilla frosted cake in a bottle. I don't get any florals in this, just straight up vanilla sponge cake with a heavy topping of vanilla frosting and a maraschino cherry on top! the cake is not cake-y or bready, it is very moist and sticky. I get a cherry/almond extract smell in this when I first spray it, which adds a delicious sweetness and tartness that smells so so delicious! This is amazing layered with ANY gourmand, I especially love it with choco musk!! This is also so pretty before bedtime as its sweetness is very comforting and not overly sickening!!

Who tf did the scent notes for this damn fragrance. Anyway, this is clean lemony cake heaven. This is something a literal angel would smell like. They need to make a perfume for this body mist. Lemon cake scents in general are just good asl💛. I think since it's more clean and slightly lemony, this would be a great summer scent. Idk why so many people picked winter. I guess I can see this see this being a spring scent. But this is something I'd wear in the summer. It's not really really sweet. Don't last tho🫩 not floral at all btw

Get it! Nice sweet gourmand scent but in a balanced way. Not heavy or cakey like some BBW or Pink scents. A more refined sweet fragrance. I can wear it and sniff it over and over again and not get tired. Blind buy safe. My top favorite, next to the Glazed Apricot & Honey. I enjoy all scents in this entire Baked by Victoria collection.

so nice i bought it twice!! i dont own any fragrances that are quite like this, it's beautiful and light and sweet and smells like a yummy freshly baked vanilla cake i didnt smell any florals in this one personally but its deliciously gourmand without being overpowering/suffocating 😊

I was very confused when I first smelled this after reading the notes on the bottle because it literally just smells like fruity pebbles to me?? with a tinyyy bit of musk. I still love this scent though! despite it not having that cake smell I wanted

I love this scent, it’s a cakey smell and has that hint of orange blossom which i find really nice and adds a freshness (i’d by no means consider this a “fresh” scent). I wish it was stronger and lasted at all though, i’d get this as an EDP

listen! this is AMAZING but its not gonna be your sugary gourmand overload. shes very soft, creamy, i do get a hint of cake but its definitely not the star of the show. its very subtle yet decadent! I LOVE THIS. this is all year round too!

this is genuinely a toasted coconut cream cake in a bottle and it’s the best thing vs has ever made

Very nice! A delightful, light, airy white cake scent with whipped cream and a little halo of flowers. It also has a veeery slight amaretto note that isn't prominent, but is certainly present to me. It's a very quiet gourmand that can work in any season at any time! Terrible longevity and sillage, but it IS a cheapie body spray, so that's to be expected. Quite a pretty bottle with the dainty font, touches of reflective gold, and frosted plastic! Atomizer can be a bit jet-streamy on the first three or so sprays, which can get a tad annoying, but once the fragrance fully coats the inner-workings of the pump, it sprays fine. Got two body sprays and two lotions during the semi-annual sale, and I just might repurchase once they're gone! Very affordable, wearable, and pleasant; would LOVE to see it as an EDP one day! 7/10!

Enjoyed this more than anticipated. Though, the initial spritz does smell like overwhelmingly strong sharp screechy headache inducing alcoholic petrol and/or cleaning products. Pulls a little “cologne-y”. Then, the orange florals come in (though only there briefly). However, *once it settles*, it DOES smell like yummy Angel Cake. HEAVY coconut, creamy, vanilla icecream, fresh white frosting, white sugar, warm sponge cake, and slight salty playdough. Lovely! Can imagine wearing this to an ice skating rink, Winter Wonderland, and/or icecream parlour. Personally, I don’t think the scent is super gentle/weak. Lasted pretty long for me. The bottle design looks really luxurious <33 UPDATE: Some days I love it, some days I don’t :/

This perfume is very very light. I don't get a scent of florals from it but it's very hard to tell what the scent is supposed to be. I feel like it smells almondy/maraschino cherry esque with maybe frothy watered down whipped cream. It smells good, but the scent is very faint and doesn't last long or leave a trail. This scent feels like a under scent for a strong pairing. It doesn't have a harsh vanilla smell or a ridiculously overwhelming confectionary scent. This scent would be perfect for someone who wants to keep it lowkey, wants to enhance the smell of their skin, or has relatives with sensitive noses.

the opening is very sharp with an artificial, coconutty, frosted cake scent. i paid a lot for this since this collection wasn’t available in my country, so i had a feeling i might regret buying it. but as it settled it turned into something much sweeter and yummier! i also don’t think it’s that heavy or cloying as the name might make you think

on my skin this doesn’t smell very cakey to me, more bready and lactonic, like brioche bread. its pretty though!

smells likes a nice vanilla cake with cinnamon - mixed with the lotion the cinnamon comes out more

Has a distinct lemon cake smell

I just got this today so my opinion is subject to change- but this just smells like bare vanilla candied esp the lotion 😭😭 the lotion is yummy but the mist is kinda underwhelming tbh, I was expecting a nice fluffy creamy cake type scent and all I got was citrus, alcohol with a dry down that’s like the faintest mimic of the lotion😕 maybe it just needs time to marinate Idkk??? Im gonna try layering it with something yummy to see if it helps the scent in any way. And the fact I got this bc people swore it smelled better than the whipped milk and sugar but I’m guessing I’ll have to get that one now 💔💔 Update: it smells a lot better now, like I can acc smell it when I spray on my wrist a lot stronger

Smells very alcoholic almost like nail polish remover, the whole collection does but the lotions are where it’s at frs.

I was expecting the scent of whipped cream or vanilla, but it doesn't smell like that at all. It smells bad.

Oh wow, this is very pretty. I’m more impressed than I expected to be. This is so light and airy and creamy: fluffy cake, whipped buttercream and soft white florals. There is an amaretto in the background of this but it’s light enough to not become excessively cherry-like. Mmm, I wish this was a full bottle perfume! It’s absolutely gorgeous and non-abrasive. Even if you’re not a white floral fan (i.e. me), you could really get behind this.

You’ve smelled this before but this is so pretty! It’s a sweet fluffy pretty vanilla, slightly “cool whip” smelling. Plays true to its name, no sense heavy pound cake here! It is slightly too sweet for me still as somebody sensitive to sweet scents, but very pretty nonetheless. I’m trying to enjoy my fresh bottle before it sits too long and starts becoming flat sugary alcohol water the way these mists usually age badly!

first impressions... smelled exactly like butter cream. i was so taken back by the realistic scent of butter cream! as it dries down it smelt like vanilla cake box mix with a little florals... and i smell some citrusy-ness too. It’s not overly *cake* or too sweet imo. honestly such a pretty scent. Imagine a vanilla zesty cake with butter cream. yums!

It is very citrus upon the first spray. Didnt expect that but turns out orange blossom is one of the top notes! It comes off rather lemony compared to other orange blossom fragrances I've tried. After it settles down it turns into a creamy cake-y vanilla which I love! Its kind of light but definitely detectable. Reminds me of a lemon pound cake!

VS Mists tend to need time to get better, but right now it is a very softy, airy fragrance. I get a subtle orange crème scent primarily. No cake, but just what would be the icing or frosting. It’s nice and whipped. This would need to be a topper or worn alone to not be overpowered. I do like it though, it’s pretty.

It's not nearly as cloying as the name might suggest. I'd say it's a pretty light vanilla with a hint of orange blossom and cinnamon. Warm, cozy and delicious scent. I just wish it lasted longer (but it's a vs mist, are we surprised?)

I hate lattafa eclaire, it's nauseatingly gourmand with a hint of rubber. This, however, smells like what eclaire was trying to be. It is delightful, and a gourmand done right. You can't go wrong picking this up at the SAS right now.

I love this. It has the light, whipped cake vibe similar to Lira, but just the cake and vanilla aspect. This is delish!

Smells like the gourmand flanker half of Viva la Juicy Sucre, with the core Viva la Juicy accord surgically removed.

This is such a beautiful, lactonic, light scent. Absolutely perfect for someone who needs gourmands for Spring.
