Bare Vanilla Candied

This is the very first time where I had to buy 10 backups, for good and bad reasons though. Good reason is because IT'S ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! This has to be the very best Bare Vanilla variation I've EVER smelled. I have Bare Vanilla OG, Cashmere, Luxe, and a couple more, and this is 10 times better than any of them. I wish there was a perfume version of this, no joke I would pay $100. However the bad reason why I got so many backups is because the mist itself is one of the worst performers I've ever tried. Not only the longevity is poor as hell, but there's no sillage, zero sillage, like literally 1 out of 10 sillage. It's one of the weakest products Victoria's Secret has ever made. Like I said, wish there was a perfume version of this. In 2 months I've already finished 3 bottles. Never in my life I have finished a mist bottle in less than 6 months. I can't believe I already finished 3 bottles in only 2 months. Seems like I will run out of all my 10 backups in a single year. Still the very best bare vanilla ever made! Btw the lotion smells nothing like the mist. It literally smells exactly like the og bare vanilla lotion (I have both)

this is such a good, everyday kind of marshmallow-y vanilla. the marshmallow is sweet and a little powdery without being excessively so. i don't get any distinct strawberry from this, but i think it adds some fruity and very slightly tart nuances to the scent that keep it light. you could layer this with something like strawberry snowflakes to bring that note out although i don't think the two scents are really alike at all. i saw someone on reddit saying this is like a lighter, airier version of cozy vanilla bourbon and i see that a lot more, like that scent minus the booziness. to me, this is a bare vanilla version of love don't be shy by kilian (which would layer amazingly with this too). i wish this mist wasn't so weak though, but at least that helps in making this a true everyday scent in the sense that i think it's light and fresh enough to be worn even in warmer weather.

Such a gorgeous scent. It’s creamier than the original, and you can detect a light fruity note in the background, but it’s hard to say for sure if it’s strawberries. It reminds me a lot of the bare vanilla golden, and strawberry snowflakes from B&BW combined. The lotion smells great, but a little different smelling than the mist. I’m so glad I was able to get 3 bottles of this, kind of wish I got more but there will always be another flanker! Also, I don’t know why but the lotion reminds me of a cider donut. Something spiced & baked 🍩 🍺 it (the lotion) also smells almost identical to tarahi p. henson’s vanilla + tuberose fragrance mist. 🍓fragrance: 10/10 🍓projection: 6/10 🍓longevity: 5/10

Strawberry Sprinkles, Marshmallow Flower. A nostalgic take on Bare Vanilla. So the opening definitely gives strawberry or rainbow sprinkles: sugary and sweet with a hint of artificial fruitiness (but in a nostalgic dessert way, not in a fake synthetic way.) I also pick up on a fluffy marshmallow note. But the dry down is what sold me. It maintains that Bare Vanilla DNA but it is much sweeter, caramel-like. I want to taste it lol. This flanker is probably one of the best Bare Vanilla flankers in a while.

Sweeter Bare Vanilla, as the name suggests lol.. I love love love love LOOOOVE it. I’m really difficult with Bare Vanilla flankers (like I can’t stand Cashmere or Starlit for some reason, despite the og being one of my favorite scents ever) but this is almost as good as the og and totally deserves the hype. The longevity is unfortunate but oh well.. If you like BV, Mod Vanilla and other perfumes with edible candy store DNA, you’ll love this one :D it was a blind buy and I’m so happy I got it.

I like this! Very sweet and edible scent. Smells like marshmallows, a mix of fruits and vanilla. I can definitely smell strawberry but not fresh strawberry, more like strawberry syrup or cake. I was not too fond of it during the initial spray, however, after testing this out for 1 week I ended up loving it. I like wearing this on its own, lasts 5-6 hours on clothes, however, silage is not very good. I sometimes layer this with Burberry Goddess or VS Tease Cream Cloud.

A review for the body lotion: I don't smell any fruit in this at all, but WOW it smells like the most delicious edible vanilla custard and caramel with a hint of coconut creme. It smells like a decadent custard dessert with caramel glaze topping . So delicious! I can't get enough of this. I purchased the mist in hopes of increasing the intensity of this fragrance. A perfume of this would be unbelievable.

Bare Vanilla Candied smells exactly like the original Bare Vanilla. I get zero marshmallow and zero strawberries. Thankfully I really like the Bare Vanilla body mist, but I am disappointed that this smells exactly like Bare Vanilla. This is why I don't really try to get the flankers, to me they all smell the same as the original or worse.

I need to find a perfume that smells JUST like this. This is the most gorgeous scent. Fluffy, creamy, and marshmallowy. Fluffy warm vanilla and strawberry sprinkles. I wear this on its own and mixed with any scent I want to sweeten. It lasts very well for a body mist, too! I bought plenty of backups but I’m gonna run through them fast.

this is so frickin delicious ( as is the body lotion , which might actually be even better ) oh my GOD i love it ! sweet , syrupy , gourmand - a kind of crème brûlée sort of scent with strawberry compote . i love this so much ... VS please make this scent as a full on EDP i promise i’ll buy your entire stock

I absolutely adore this scent! I bought it back in November and I’ve made about a quarter dent in it. It has quickly become my daily scent for work and Pilates. The strawberries and marshmallow fit really well together, it smells like a juicy strawberry vanilla whipped ice cream.

I was never a Bare Vanilla girlie until this flanker came out! Delicious candied strawberries swimming in vanilla syrup. I wish I got the lotion to pair! Amazing scent! Update: I bought the lotion! It pairs amazingly with both the mist and with other gourmand perfumes!

If anyone knows a perfume that smells exactly like this but with better longevity please feel free to share. I'm obsessed with this but it has awful longevity!

I absolutely love, it for me it smells like an almost spicy, but not spicy sweet and warm vanilla with under notes of citrus and marshmallow

i just got it delivered to me yesterday and at first I was kinda dissapointed, here in my country it's kinda overpriced and my first thought was: I already had this scent or I have smelled it somewhere. It reminded me slightly of a perfume I ended up selling because I associated it with some bad memories sadly. I sprayed it multiple times and now it smells way better to me, I can pick up some slight strawberry note that makes the opening smell tart, as if it had some kind of sugary lemon note. Almost I wanted to say it smelled like lemon pie on the opening. That fades away and you get a fruity note of course from the strawberry mixed with like some kind of vanilla ice cream. When it dries I just smell the vanilla with some woody undertones. It lasts on my skin for about 2-3 hours. Now I know that my next purchase will be bare vanilla as I have seen some people say that on the dry down it smells like og bare vanilla. Very sweet scent, it's good, but just not what I imagined it to be.

I would say this is fragrance is more like a Smokey floral scent with a very faint marshmallow note which can be overpowering at times which is the same as the matching body lotion which also has that Smokey floral smell but that's about it. there is not much I can add to it besides the fact that this scent can be versatile for both day and night as it's not a super strong fragrance which is best for mostly winter as it won't be nauseating during cold weather. also lasts a good 2-3 hours as well considering its a body mist. quick tip: I don't know how this even happens but if you flick a little bit of water on your clothes/skin where you spray the body mist the fragrance immediately hits your nose in a flash making it stronger so once the scent begins to fade take a little bit of water or a spray bottle and spray the areas which you apply the perfume after 2-3 hours of application.

This smells nothing like the notes to me at all. All I smell is licorice and burnt sugar? It's also pretty spicy for some reason. I kind of like it on dry down (it turns more into a softer spicy vanilla), but it's a bit odd, and I would only wear this in winter. Would not recommend over spraying this one unless you want to choke someone out

This is a really nice, warm, sweet vanilla fragrance. This is what I wanted Jessica Simpson's Fancy to smell like. It's a caramel vanilla fragrance but it isn't overpowering. I don't think it's candied though and I don't get strawberry or florals in this.

burnt sugar, vanilla and marshmallow. birthday cake fragrance. as any vs body mist it lasts like 15 minutes, at best. i like the original bare vanilla better

Decided to blind buy because of tiktok, and trust me this is the worst blind buy for me. when the body mist arrived i was so excited because they described it as "very strawberry" "smells like sprinkles on top" and when i spray it on my wrist and let it dry down it smelled like alcohol vanilla. definitely need to buy a decant first before you buy a Victoria's secret mist lol.

Definite strawberry note present but it is NOT heavy, it's very much subtle. This scent overall is leaning floral than "candied" tbh which is sad because the Bare Vanilla flanker is usually the sweetest in the line. No cake vibes here, no "sprinkles" as described by others. This is a vanilla floral scent with a whisper of strawberry.

this was unbearably sweet for me, someone who doesn't like sweet vanilla or extremely sweet gourmands. if bare vanilla isn't sweet enough for you, this will be. I think longevity is good, but silage isn't. It would have probably smelt better had I tested it during winter. Obviously a winter scent due to its gourmandism.

idk what happened but i went into the vs store specifically to get this (i hadnt smelled it before but i wanted it) and when i went to try it... i literally smelled nothing. no scent. i tried several bottles and even the body lotion... still nothing. literally no smell

I read a review on here that says herbal tea and honey and I actually do get that in the opening. It dries down to the OG bare vanilla but is super weak

it smells alright, slightly fruitier and more powdery than the og bare vanilla. the longevity and sillage suck tho.

Beautiful top note then after 10 mins, dryndown is a vanilla no smell even after overspraying.

I'm just getting vanilla floral

It smells so good from the bottle but when I spray it the scent almost smells like alcohol drenched cake. The projection and longevity is horrible, lasts maybe 5-10 minutes at best, even after overspraying. Edit: I actually really like it.. it's super light though, kind of a skin scent, so it's definitely more noticeable when being hugged or someone's right next to you. I think letting it sit made it stronger, but my preference for scents is in your face, so for a day I don't want to suffocate everyone in a 5 mile radius I'll use this. It smells very marshmallowy, vanilla like, and I do get the strawberry sprinkles. I really do like this though, just disappointed it's not stronger.

Not a fan. It is so thick and synthetic after spraying I totally get the comparison to juicy gold, not for the scent but because that also has the same synthetic thick smell. I have a hard time believing vs mists turn bad because I've had several for years and years and they're fine, so idk what the heck I'm smelling but it definitely isn't strawberry vanilla marshmallow. Maybe whatever flowers are in it don't go.

Honestly this is a really good and joyfull winter scent. I bought it when I was exploring new scent profiles for me. I caught myself wondering who was smelling like realistic strawberry cotton candy all the time and it turned out it was me. At the end, althought I loved this fragance, I found it was not really "me", so I gave it to my best friend who rocks fruity gourmand scents <3.

More og BV than strawberry but still good, sweet, girly. It smells Exactly like you applied a good amount of og BV and quickly added 1-2 small spritzes of bbw Strawberry Snowflakes. It's good and I enjoy it but if you're expecting a big departure from og BV, nah it's 95% BV DNA with 5% Bbw SS. I still love og and luxe more

This scent landed me one of the hottest men I have ever met he complimented it in a store, we dated for 3 weeks the bummer of the whole thing is he was bisexual and decided to be with a guy instead of me...

The projection actually amazed me. Definitely on my fav bare vanilla flankers list. Sweet & comforting.
