Beyond is patchouli, but not in an "earthy", "natural food store" sort of way (to me, at least). It's sexy and perfumey, though not as "exotic" as the name would lead you to believe. It fits the mold for a VS fragrance - sweet, syrupy, slightly spicy. Soft, good for after a hot bath before bed. I'm a fan!

I thought it was coconutty but then discovered it has no coconut at all. Still one of my favorites.

I was a little disappointed that the patchouli note was weaker than I thought... but it's one of the two VS scents (I've tried about 10) I like so far

WOW!!! This is a def "LOVE" from me. Especially after year, after year of the lame ones they come out with for a week. They nailed this one! Excellent! Needs to be part of their permanent line. For those of us that appreciate VS being Different once in a while! You needto smell this one OUT of the store to truly appreciate it. Get that VS lame smell out of your nose when you leave.

Disappointing! with a name like that i thought it was going to be a Fresh scent! i hate patchouli definitely would not want it by itself. And i dont like earthy scents....i hope VS comes out with some better perfumes!
