Buttery Sugary

This might be one of the yummiest vs pink scents i own! I got this for valentines day n when i first smelled it, it was just maple with a hint of alcoholic bread, but i had it sit for a few weeks bc i was'nt ready to give up on it just yet... best decision EVER!! now its this nice sweet maple with just enough vanilla that helps with the scent, i do get some bready notes in here but not a lot. Def a compliment getter esp when layered with chocolate scents to get a nice sweet choco croissant vibe also update : i layered this with phlur's caramel skin and vs angel cake & cream lotion and it smells just like a cinnamon roll or cinnamon toast crunch in milk <333

I had been eyeing Crumb Couture for a while but picked this up instead after hearing it was similar and much more affordable. If this is anything like Crumb Couture, I need a full bottle immediately. This body mist smells like the most buttery, flaky crème brûlée croissant or some kind of dreamy, golden maple pastry. It’s rich and warm, absolutely perfect for fall. However, it is very sweet, so keep that in mind.

If you’re into super sweet, pastry-like gourmands, this one’s a winner. It smells like a warm, buttery croissant fresh out of the oven, with maple syrup generously drizzled on top. You definitely need to enjoy sweet scents to appreciate this one, which I do, so to me it’s a perfectly executed gourmand. That said, I can see how it might come off as too sweet or cloying for some.

I don't know what's up with the Pink/VS nozzles but they blast me :( not a fine mist at ALL This is buttery sweet, def smells warm, bread-y, and something mildly fruity. Husband hates it but he hates anything sweet/gourmand, I love it. It does slightly remind me of Cirque du Soleil, the butteryness of it at least.

Buttery Sugar smells delicious! It gives me the same warm sweetness vibe as Warm Cookie from last holiday’s collection but this one has more depth with the maple, almost woody on my skin. Perfect for fall! I don’t detect any pastry or butter notes but it’s still super yummy!

Blast of some sort of fruit (apple?). Out of a nozzle that acts like water hose instead of a mister. THEN the notes hit. Gourmand gourmand gourmand. Buttery , sugar, mapley. I've been wearing it to bed or with coffee in the morning before I shower.

God SAVE THE KING!! THIS IS SO FUCKING GOOD! I need this as a perfume so bad. Best blind buy ever. You take choco musk and sol de janiro 62 and you make the love of my life, buttery sugary. 9/10. I wish you lasted longer my sweet baby.

I actually am going feral for this. Warm fresh waffles with those frozen syrupy strawberries on top. Smells like a sweet, buttery breakfast! Sooo nostalgic and delicious. I can’t wait to get the body lotion to pair with the mist.

Very light & airy. Sweet vanilla & lemon. Maybe some blueberry? A hint of pastry. Not getting any maple. It reminds me of Gigglepuff. It smells delicious but you have to over spray just to smell it and it disappears pretty fast.

Wow, usually VS Pink cannot Wow me enough to get a lotion, I bought 2 sets of the body mist and lotion and layer it with DUAs crumb couture dupe❤️

This one is so good - it is a low key Cirque dupe and compliments it perfectly! Love it! 😍

def agree with what others are saying about this--there's an unlisted fruity note and makennaalc's description is spot on: it smells exactly like those green caramel apple pops, before you get to the green apple lollipop inside. it's a buttery but synthetic caramel, with an underlying apple candy scent. this doesn't really have a bread note imo, so when you hear croissant, think butter. but tbh more than croissant, this gives waffle vibes (which somehow smell so distinct from pancakes imo). honestly, i'm not big on fruity notes in general, so i don't know if i love this per se, but it's very fun and very gourmand! if you're a true gourmand lover, give this a sniff and you'll probably enjoy it tbh. this performs surprisingly well too, but i weirdly go noseblind to it really quickly so maybe keep that in mind. comparison wise, i've never smelled the cirque de soleil perfume, but i have been to one of their shows as a kid and there really was a distinct carnival-y scent to it, but this doesn't really take me back to that show. it reminds me of warm cookie in that it has a combination of bakery + fruity/candy qualities, but they don't smell the same.

I really liked this one. I will say if you don’t like super sweet gourmand scents you won’t like it. I get a maple vanilla baked good of some sort, not croissant though. I also don’t smell the fruity note some are smelling, that didn’t come across at all to me. I think this is a lot less overpowering sweet than Snif’s Hot Cakes (or as Imaginaty Authors Whig of Waffle Cone that it reminds me of a bit) as it doesn’t smell like straight up maple syrup but isn’t quite the croissant and jam scent of Snif’s Crumb Couture. I also wouldn’t call it a dupe of Crumb Couture, if you want something less expensive and similar this is a good bet but getting it as a dupe expecting it to smell close to the same you’ll be disappointed.

Own Snif Crumb Couture. This is a bit more buttery and airy. Sniff is heavier. Both will give you that fresh baked bread, buttery, toasty, but burnt sugar scent. I smell no berries in this at all. Purely Starbucks croissant 🥐 scent with a brown sugar latte in hand.

smells exactly like those caramel apple suckers from grade school !! i wouldn't smell this and immediately think croissant, but it does have a buttery undertone within the sweetness

This smell will attack your nose. Its so intense and sweet its insane. I def am not a gourmand fan but still decided to blind buy it, im so stupid. It smells very WARM, like just baked something and got it out of the oven warm. Like you just opened the oven and got attacked with the warmth. It def stays true to the name, it has a very sweet, buttery, vanilla and a bit of croissant scent, so if that sounds good to you, you wont be disappointed. I personally dont like that when you put the body mist on your skin it becomes overwhelming to the nose, other people will smell it fine, but you probably will have a hard time to breathe. I will say that, i just bought this during summer, so this type of warm and overly sweet oven smell does not feel right rigtht now. In terms of how long it lasts, id say abouth 2-3h but it will progressively get very weak.

This is not it for me. I get something fruity and like a fake biscuit or pie crust scent. And something in it makes it have a faint mans cologne vibe as well. It smells like a dude wearing a cheap cakey bodymist, that has spilled strawberry jam all over himself. I get no maple, no butter and certainly no croissant.

Something about this is just not it. I love sweet scents but this smells too surypy and has a strange fruity note that doesn't fit with the other notes

Honestly disappointed with this scent, as I was hoping it might be similar to Snif Crumb Couture with the buttery bready notes. This scent is so light that I barely got any of the notes at all...it really is mostly the alcohol scent & then in the dry down it just smells like granulated sugar. Really disappointing tbh because I usually enjoy the Pink body mists for the most part.

Disgusting. I get ZEROOO gourmand from this, somehow I just smell fruity and absolutely none of the notes. I tested it on clothes, skin, even the box it came in, and it smelled disgusting. Horrible.

yes buttery and so obnoxious made me sick and worst part is it projects and lasts soo long I think the smell is off idk too strong no layer of notes very synthetic smell

Omg bitch the lotionnnnn tho! 🤤 And with Snif's Crumb Couture layered on top! Totally see the similarity to Warm Cookie too which i love. Think warm cookie but with a buttery + maple note- not straight maple tho, theres a fruit note which is what makes it similar to Warm Cookie. Really nice, Bravo VS. Typical Pink longevity. Also first pink mist ive purchased in a while that doesn't absolutely blast me like a water pistol- last years Warm Cookie, Glazed vanilla and dreamy, and Apple Rush were ALL super soakers unfortunately 🔫🔫 VS FIX THE PINK SPRAYERS!! We know you can, the og VS mists don't have this issue

I have both the body mist and the lotion and I think it's really nice. When I first got it it wasn't very strong but I let it sit for like 2 months and it got better. I get like a bit of a ricey note from it and my friends agree with this. I also get a bit of caramel which could be the maple scent. It's overall a very mild scent not too heavy on the nose but still enough to know that it's there. The projection power is nice without being overwhelming and it lasts for a decent amount of time like two or three hours.

On me, this undisclosed fruity dna is giving artificially flavored strawberry pancake syrup. You get what you pay for, and I was being optimistic after having my eyes on Buttery Sugary for months. I don’t get butter or maple so much as a waft of air from bakery factory pastries. Like sticking your nose in a box of strawberry danish from Kroger’s.

I'm so confused, it smells like kayali boujee marshmallow to me 🤔 which is totally fine. Has good longevity too surprisingly. Just not what I was expecting. Great price though and surprisingly good dupe (at least for how the scent lays on my skin)

I love this scent so much! To my nose, upon initial spray, it smells like a buttery flaky croissant with a fruity jammy spread inside. As it dries down I get less fruit and more of a vanilla baked good. A very nice scent going into the fall

I get mostly a frutty maple scent. In the dry down, I can get some crossant aspect buy it is a fruity crossant. Its nice for cold weather. It doesnt last all that long though. Layers well with pure seduction bliss. For layering its great.

I can’t even gaslight myself to like this cause it’s too vaguely fruity and maple, unless maybe someone told me it smells similar to crumb couture by snif (pls someone confirm or deny this) then maybe I would lol

Flaky pastry, butter, maple syrup, I love it very much it did not disappoint me. In fact, it nearly performs like an EDP, so that was pleasantly surprising.

Smells like maple syrup and croissants with hints of a lemon scent that reminds me of foods like froot loops but in a good way.

Smells almost exactly like Cirque Du Soleil perfume
