Cake Confetti

It smells like marshmallows and cake. It does what a body spray is supposed to do, freshen you up or sweeten you up, in this case, for 2-4 hours. This one stayed on my skin for almost 6, which is long for a body spray. It’s nice.

i wish this was stronger it’s so good!! it’s the perfect light, airy, skin like, vanilla but it lasts an hour on skin and a couple hours on moisturizered skin or clothes.

They have a body mist out right now called “Vanilla Sundae” from the Summer Faves collection and it’s very, very similar to this in my opinion.

i guess this must wear a lot different on different people, this melts into my skin and becomes super sweet, but i don't get nectarine at all like the notes say! i don't mind it at all, it's not what i reach for over edp's or anything but it's nice when i don't want something that will stick on me all day, like if i want to wear something much different later or i'm just staying at home

This scent is fascinating, when I first smelled it, it felt very nostalgic, like cotton candy, frosting, ice cream, warm evening... I definitely recommend getting this!

Hi mayciann. I also have a bottle of Cake Confetti which has no lasting power at all. It's even weaker than 4711 Eau de Cologne. However, my bottle is I think, counterfeit because it didn't have the mini sticker pamphlet detailing all the ingredients and manufacturer's name at the bottom of the bottle, and the spray nozzle hole is smaller. Apparently these two features are giveaways to the product's forgery. But since you bought yours at a VS sale (at their store I presume) it must be original, and the body mist is actually not supposed to last. But even then, the perfume's strength is so weak it's almost like a joke.

Wore this as a hair mist for around a year before I outgrew its sweetness-and-nothing-else, I feel. I don't detect cake per se, but rather a baby powder-esque frosting that dissipates within the half hour.

i got this as a gift and when i first smelled it i couldnt get into it. it smells sweet, yes, but it kinda gave me a light headache when i first got it. it gets better the more you smell it, like getting used to the smell

i've been on the hunt for a perfume that smells exactly like glossier's birthday balm dotcom and when i saw the notes of this, i was really curious and got it. this is EXTREMELY powdery and strong. it was a blind buy and i bought it online and i regret it so much. i thought it'd smell like vanilla buttercream cake with sprinkles and frosting but it gives more of marshmallow?? i dont smell the cake at all :(

Vanilla is too synthetic here, tried to remove it but couldn't!! I slept with it and when I woke up I could still smell it :// this is super strong but the vanilla here gives me a headache

I see this starting to pop up everywhere on reselling websites, for multiple times the price it was originally. When I first learned about Cake Confetti, I was incredibly excited to try it, as I'm a sucker for cake gourmand fragrances. I had the opportunity to give it a whirl during the VS sale in the summer of 2019, where the scent was being sold for around $7. Even for a body spray of that low price, Cake Confetti is an extreme letdown. It smells great for all of 5 seconds before the scent disappears into a puff of alcohol. Sillage is quite actually nonexistent. So if you're looking to buy this, do not! There's nothing to enjoy. Instead, try Bath and Body Works's Confetti Cake Pop- you'll actually be able to smell it after you set the bottle down.

@rehcheyl I'm sorry to say, but what you bought was 99% most likely a fake. There seem to be a lot of fakes of this particular scent and others of the same line, including Candy Baby. I'm still trying to find a genuine bottle myself, which is proving quite difficult given that this was released seven years ago. Victoria's Secret really need to re-release this. I would say that the closest scent to what you're looking for that is widely available would be BBW Milk Bar Birthday Cake, though it does have a milk note that isn't in Glossier BalmDotcom Birthday Cake.

Omg!! This Cake Confetti by VS reminds me of the summer 2019!! Me and my daughters went crazy over the scent and kept loading up every time we ran out!! The notes that are mentioned is kinda similar to the accurate scent notes stated but not necessarily. They forgot to place a marshmallow ingredient on here!!! I really wish they would bring this back or something similar!! A true gourmand compliment getter!!

It's a very tasty, soft, and feminine cake fragrance. I've got the fragrance lotion since it lasts longer and a bit stronger than the body spray and it's very warm and comforting. Unfortunately, it's discontinued but you can still buy it online for a higher price. A must-try for soft gourmand lovers!

Beware there are a LOT of fakes of this collection. Keep in mind this was a 2019 limited edition collection you no longer buy them since they are all past expiration date. I would suggest NOT buying them from resellers unless it's a well known seller there are TOO many fakes

the notes listed on here are wrong. this a sweet creamy fluffy vanilla cupcake frosting type smell and it's divine, very light but so good. it's not overly sweet in my opinion either to where it could be sickening. love!!

This smells nothing like Confetti Cake Pop, it’s a scent that I revisited this morning it actually smells good IMO it smells like a fluffy marshmallow cake...

this takes me back to 2019 in middle school was my literal SIGNATURE. it smelled so good and yummy i remember smelling like a literal cupcake 🧁
